Great work out Center, it's called the JPS Powerzone. They have tennis courts, a netball court, a gym area with weights and cardo/aerobics classes. Great staff facility equipped with bathrooms and a bar. Only downside is that they do not have a cooler or water fountain for days the bar is closed.

Good for Tennis and some netball. The place has a bar that's open to the public. The facilities are a bit run down. The football field is a mess, the gym is incomplete and the sporty vibe is lacking.

Very private and well facilitated, bathrooms are clean, parking spaces good, security good. I'll definitely recommend.

Its a good chill spot on Fridays evenings. Otherwise, it has a gym, darts, pool table, dominoes, draughts/checkers, football field, netball court and tennis court that you can utilize throughout the week and on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

Lighted Football field, netball & tennis courts, weights room, games tables and a well stocked bar, what more could you ask for?

Very spacious. Lots of physical activities. They have great personal fitness instructors.
