This is very clean and the staff is exceptionally professional. My issue is they didn't seem friendly to you unless you were paying the $20,000 per month for a trainer. I used a 3 day pass and boy not once did someone ask how was my experience. I'm thinking of giving them a chance though despite my challenges and all for assistance. I still recommend them.

Full disclosure: I'm a member here. That being said, let me give you my honest review... I love this place. Has a wide variety of modern equipment spread over two floors. The prices are very competitive and the staff is knowledgeable. With 24 hour access, it gives Express a run for it's money. They've also recently opened a lounge on the adjacent deck above the ground floor and it's open to the public. My only complaint is, there are only two branches (even though I only use one). An overall good experience. Updates to come as needed.

It's a good gym , a variety of equipments . Place is clean , good atmosphere . I only ever been to one class , but it was good (just restarting gym life ). As another person said , I wish they had a separated restroom area . Overall I would recommend it to others . Gym personnel are engaging . If only I had a the pocket to get their personal trainer but oh well. There are many different classes to choose from too.

Love this gym, equipment up to date. Only missing an abs crunch machine. Only drawback is the price and a bit difficult maintain for long term.

Facilities are generally good and so are trainers. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the bathrooms/changing room area is unisexual.

Open 24/7 and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. They have convenient payment plans. The instructors are always willing to help you understand the machines and exercises well, so that you don't end up damaging the machines or yourself. They know you by name as they are always happy to greet you with a smile each time you go.

The gym has different rooms with different equipment that will fulfill all your exercise needs. It's usually not crowded so you can work with little to no interuptions.

It's a great experience. It's a upstairs gym. Cool and spacious. It has various classes sessions and equipment to work different muscle group

Staff is welcoming and the equipment on hand is able to get you in shape once you put in the time and effort. Ease of use is high, possibility of injury is low and the women on location are as dedicated as the men.
