Visited during Christmas 2017....I have been eating jerk pork all over Jamaica for the last 40 years. Just on a whim, I decided to stop at Chateau 7 while driving past. Best decision ever!! The pork is unbelievably good! It is BURSTING with flavor, incredibly succulent and just OVERALL YUMMY! The hot sauce is unique and very different than typical jerk hot sauce. It was so good that we kept ordering more. There are common issues that jerk sellers have....either the pork is too dry or not flavorful. Chateau 7 avoids these issues with ease. We also tried the Cow Cod soup. WOW! Just writing about it makes me want more. It is so tasty. If this jerk pork is not the best in Jamaica, it definitely makes top 2. It is so amazingly good. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Went there two Saturdays ago around 4pm , and the food sell off! I mean literally the food sell off ,there was no jerk pork or chicken there. ( only for persons who reserve or call in their orders. Patra ( the owner ) was very polite & friendly, she apologized & I got a cup of conch soup on the house. I'm not a fan of soup ; but that conch soup was the best ! It was thick & delicious. I will definitely be returning but earlier next time .

I got there a little late in the afternoon, so most things wrre finisehd but I was able to get the curried pork that i went for, soft, tender, spicy but not too spicy and the Jerk Pork was also a delight. I have passed this spot so many times, and didn't realize that the food was so good. Its in a the deep corner on going up to Stony Hill from Kingston or the other other way a around. I'll definitely be back

This is an easy stop along the route from Stony Hill, with a pleasant bartender, dining space and a chill environment. Needs a little upkeep though.

We were visiting Kingston after hiking the Blue Mountains and had the best dinner we've had in Jamaica!! We had jerk chicken, veg, rice & peas, conch soup, plantains and roto! All was exceptionally delicious and the owners and staff were so kind and warm! They have a side patio too where you can eat. It was all around amazing!!

My new number 1 jerk spot. Great food, great customer service ... Best to call ahead and order.

Best jerk pork I've ever had!! Curried pork off the hook!

Absolutely surprised me. Decadent jerked pork, crisp fried green plantains, spicy seafood soup with octopus...and Red Stripe beers that were just the right temperature. Happy I stopped by.

The food is great, full of flavor, served hot and the perfect amount of pepper. The service is great and the owner/hostess very friendly. The prices are a bit high but the volume of food you get really makes up for it. We had so much food to take home! You sit in an outdoor garden, but there is alot of smoke which can kill the vibe a bit. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend taking a lil drive out to eat here.

The variety of meals offered here is great. I don't eat pork but my friends who do, often boast about it. My favourite things to buy are the pepper pot and coconut fish soup. The pasta is also awesome.

Curried wild boar with roti is a MUST HAVE! Owner is friendly and very accommodating!!! It's a great spot to go to!

This place is run by reggae artist Lady Patra. Ackee and saltfish fritters are very good. But walk with a full pocket because it’s more than you’d expect for road side food.

Great restaurant, great vibes, friendly staff. Their food is always wonderful, but you have to call ahead to find out what's in stock that day. It's nice to go to a restaraunt where people welcome you with a smile.
