My experience with Russell's was extremely WOW Great, nice waitress, nice food, nice atmosphere every thing was just wow and am going back for my Birthday, it was my daughter's birthday and trust me I enjoyed our selves to the fullest

Placed an order for pickup. Item was ready and packaged nicely for collection. Staff including supervisor was very friendly. Every time I visit Jamaica, I go to Juici. Always fresh and always hot on the spot.

Had my first date here with my Girlfriend. Also took my brother here on the eve of his wedding day. The first time I came here the atmosphere surprised me. I did not expect it to be this good; crannied off at the top of a plaza, hidden from society. You would be surprised that a cozy place like this exists in Old Harbour. Russell did a good Job with this one. I would encourage anyone to come here and have a feast with friends or family.

Went in on an empty Sunday evening with a party of 5. Our order took over an hour to come out and when it did the food tasted like it was washed with soap and disinfectant. Our drinks that were to be served with our food also came long after members of our party had finished their meals. The only saving grace way the taste of the drinks and the courteous behavior of the waitress.

I had the worst experience at this place and I think that the manager needs to make changes to the entrance policy. After having my temperature checked I was being forced to use their hand sanitizer after making it clear that I prefer to use my own. I was refused entrance to the establishment after being told by the male taking persons temperature that he does not know what I had in my sanitizer. Well done Russell’s 👏🏽👏🏽 get that man from your door he is bad for business.

Ordered chicken quesadilla but one of the wraps came out slightly burnt. The server was able to get a replacement relatively quickly. The mixed drinks was good.

Customer service is great. It seems that they are the go to for breakfast options as every morning there is a line that extends to the side walk. However, the speed at which you would expect it to move seeing the long line is amazing as it moves very quickly and you are in and out in no time. I would suggest to try their breakfast sandwiches.

Quick breakfast for family, the calaloo and cornmeal porridge was great as usual. Wished the ackee and saltfish was there.

This company has always had the best beef patties. Went in for a dozen for travel & the customer service was very good. I will be going back to this location.

Arrived at 5:15 pm and the closing time online shows 6 pm. The staff was so determined to close early I couldn't get 2 cases of frozen patties. So disappointed.

The unity between staff and security poor On my visit cashier instructed the security to turn the fan off the other cashier was very upset and disgruntled by this letter post and went back to turn the fan on that was not professional of her nobody said anything supervisor manager nobody everybody just stood and watched so I was not pleased with the level professionalism displayed while they were dealing customers and this was in New Kingston

Came here for our first Jamaican patties and these were very tasty! We tried the vegetable patty, the soy one was unfortunately not available.

Reasonably priced food. One thing that Juici has over other patty companies from what I observe is customer service. The employees are often polite ( new Kingston and utech branch I can vouch for)

I'm not one for juici patties but, when I went back there after a long time I realized just how good their patties and porridges are. This is a most visit place and I hope everyone enjoys there as much as I did.

The service was pleasant and quick. I went to buy coco bread and patty, while I had to wait on the coco bread, it was ready within the time the cashier had stated. The coco bread warm and just nice!!!

I went to the Juici Beef in New Kingston this morning and ordered liver with callaloo however I did not enjoy it. The liver was raw with no taste so I couldn't consume it, plus the sweet potato was hard. Banana and Callaloo was okay but serving was small though. They are not consistent at all. I need back my old Juici Beef when everything was A+ & on point.

I recently ordered food from T20 for my mom's birthday dinner. I was a bit nervous becuase (as a kingstonian) I've never even heard of this restaurant, muchless eat there. I must say I was very pleased with the menu options, several platter options for sharing food amongst everyone. Plus the individual main dishes. The food was lovely, nobody had any complaints. From the lobster, shrimp, steak, fish, chicken, oxtail, loaded fries, everything; it was worth the money. They also cater for the everyday lunch customers, so now I know that when I'm in old harbour, I dont have to go to KFC or Juici. Oh, I cant speak for the entire staff, but Ms Davis provided exceptional service. She made sure everything was prepared on time and ready for pickup.

Usually I purchase at the new Kingston branch closest to work for lunch. However last week I send to purchase a no meat soup and was very disappointed. Even though no meat is in the soup, oh gosh man put some love in it. The soup was very watery and had no love in it. Please I am asking to be mindful that quality is appreciated. This is not the first time experiencing this with the no meat soup, however this is my first time writing as I am not getting through via phone.

I purchased a 2pcs meal and though all they had were wings and legs, I received 1 of each and they looked like they belonged to a Cornish Hen. Use actual rolls like you used to for the meals and stop cutting the cocobread into 3" sizes and putting in the boxes. For $800, I expected better. ...

Ideally located on New Kingston hip strip...pleasant staff...courteous. Clean air, floor and serving counter. No dining in allowed now...security meets at door to sanitize. Popular eating place so long lines at lunch time...but good food and opens later than the other patty shop.

Horrible customer service, nothing is ever ready when they are opened both new kgn and constant spring location, they lose at least 10% of the customers in the morning because nothing is ready when they open. Staff is depressed. Wish they would do better.

It is obvious that they change that person again because the dumplings are course and hard to bite into again. Please give that duty to someone who knows how to make the fried dumplings. Your customers need to be satisfied.
