Ultra caramel Frapp and Jerk Chicken and Cheese Bagel Sandwich. Oh wow! This sandwich is so good and the caramel in my cold coffee is so sweet. This is my newest sweet crave. This reminds me so much of my travel days. Not to mention the service. It's a whole new Jamaica inside this Star Bucks on Knutsford Boulevard. Get the experience, get the coffee, get a bagel. Enjoy.

The atmosphere was inviting and the servers were an absolute gentleman. They made us feel welcomed and apart of the Starbucks family.

I always get a warm feeling when I’m in this Starbucks. The customer service is friendly and they cater to people who are lactose intolerant by having dairy free alternatives.

Starbucks was definitely worth it... I strongly agree with the ambiance of inside as it creates a safe space to chill... Went there with an ex co worker to do some work and I had the medium *Signature Hot Chocolate* The taste wasn't bad but I am not a coffee drinker so I wouldn't know how it should taste lol.... Anyways the bathroom was clean for the most part 7/10 Staff was warm and friendly and I thought they would have wrote my name funny but they didn't [ little disappointed ] The prices are a little up on the higher end of the spectrum ( walk with money )

The location itself is very clean, but unfortunately they didn't have ingredients for almost anything that I wanted to order! They had to refund my order three times! Other than that it is in a nice area and they have some fast internet'

Was good but I bought a tumbler for $3000 and just made a cup of coffee to check it out . Hot/ leakfree so on, not even took a sip, if fell and broke, kmt after paying so much is should not happen. Today is Nov10 and I bought it Nov7

Great coffee drinks, friendly staff at the location. They can also spell and pronounce names really well contrary to popular beliefs 😂. The ambience was relaxing and great for hanging out.

Centrally located on knutsford boulevard. Inviting aumbience, good for meeting or a space to work on a computer. Depending on the time of the day might be crowded. Friendly staff, relatively quick service.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. We got welcomed when we entered, and the customer service was great. The place is also beautiful and the drinks and snacks were amazing.

Customer service is always great here. This visit I had the dragon fruit refresher drink and chocolate chip frappuccino. Overall (10/10)

There is this one server who literally says "Welcome to Starbucks" as the door opens ALL THE TIME. I think this location is the best one so far. It is so easily accessible to all. The security was nice and friendly and assisted with opening the door. They were a little short on non dairy option today (no almond milk), but the server was kind enough to point out the coconut milk option and was concerned about my lactose intolerance condition. The atmosphere was really nice, with music in the background drowning out other conversations. I do think they may have underestimated this location. It seems to be always busy, so the normal number of servers puts their staff under pressure and increases the wait time to be served. The day I went, one person ordered like 5 different items to be prepared, plus all the other persons in the line. This location will be one in which one person collects orders for multiple persons all the time. Just imagine 5 persons in the line ordering for 5 additional personal. Does an online ordering exist?

They are kinda slow but nothing overbearing. Just don't be in a rush. The environment is friendly and the space is cozy. Great place to get work done. The prices are as expected. One drink will run you more or less $1000. Great coffee. Fyi Try caramel anything.

Quaint space. Service is okay. Had the Jerked chicken sandwich and an iced coffee. Your average Starbucks flavour. Afternoon sun may not be to your liking on the west side of the cafe if you want to sit in and do some work.

The staff is really kind and welcoming, the baristas especially are so sweet and the setup itself is gorgeous. Drinks are great!

This is the quietest Starbucks i've experienced in Kingston by the end of 2021 but it is similarly warm and welcoming as the other locations

Coffee is consistently great...meets international standards. Great service from staff especially Hakeem who was exceptional! I will certainly be back.

I visited this location on Saturday January 15, 2022. It had a very welcoming, clean atmosphere. The cashier was not polite at all, not the warm welcoming embrace I would normally receive walking into a Starbucks. I felt like I was more of a bother to her. The barista Matthew however was so welcoming and friendly he changed my mind of never going back to that location. Thank you Matthew for the awesome service and excellent customer service you showed me. Kudos to you. My cappuccino and white chocolate pistachio frappuccino was done just like I like it and the pastries were delightful.

Atmosphere and service was top notch. Their coffee is nothing to scream about to be honest. It tasted really watered down but okay overall. I'd go back to try their treats though. Another thing, their menu board isn't really the easiest to see. Especially since it's not being shown digitally.

Good location in New Kingston but I didn’t find any attached parking garage. Staff was very professional and friendly. Establishment was clean and comfortable.

Great service, good coffee. My only issue is the menu is hard to see for people with low vision. Also they need an additional cashier during peak hours. Other than that, wonderful.

The ambiance of this location was on point; calm, cool and quiet. It had free wifi, good customer service and great drinks. Would recommend going there before the lunch rush or pre-order drinks else items will run out on you. I didn't know this and went after rush hour and ended up with no whipped cream and had to get a different order than what I wanted, but the drink was ok.

Had sandwich and hot caffe mocho. Both were not at the right temp.. sections of the sandwich were still cold, mocho was not hot enough. Didn't finish them. I guess the team on that wasn't following protocol.

AMAZING!!! My 1st Starbucks outside of the US! It was AMAZING! The coffee was on POINT. The young lady who made my coffee did a magnificent job. Could not tell that I was outside the US. The only drawback was that I could not use my Starbucks points there. Otherwise, loved it!

Lived up to my expectations really. Nice chill atmosphere for a casual meetup or a inpromtu meeting. The food options were surprisingly good in complimenting the vast brewed options. Customer service is becoming less of a problem in cafes but theirs a bar above. The only gripe is the prices, esp that they are quoted in USD then converted; caveat being that this is a problem when viewed from my socio-economic disposition.

Nice clean open cafe with friendly staff. Excellent WiFi. I would improve the bathroom doors. The lock on one of them was a bit confusing. Actually, someone opened it while I was washing my hands. I thought it was locked.
