Brianna was the best tour guide. Went there for the first time over December and her and the whole staff was so warm and inviting. Will be back again! Thank you for making it so great!

Went here on an excursion with royal Caribbean. We did the dunns river falls first.(which was amazing!) we came here shortly after. It is a beautiful beach but a bit unorganized. We were supposed to get 3 alcoholic drinks and 3 small plates of food. We only got one of our drinks, and only 2 of our food plates. In all honesty don’t expect much from the food. Other than that staff was friendly. I personally don’t think it’s there faults for the long waits and chaos of the way this place is run. To be fair there was only 1 bar tender making drinks on the entire island, and for our group of about 30 only 1 person to get us food. We did something similar to this getaway in the Bahamas but the organization was better. I recommend doing something where people get up to grab food from windows instead of having the very few staff we saw bring food out. You guys have a beautiful location and I wish you all the best.

We visited via a Carnival excursion and hat booked the VIP beach club. We had comfy and padded chairs. A 4 course meal with jerk chicken and fish was delivered to our beach chair, and drinks were plentiful and delicious. The water was chrystal clear - just note that there are large rocks in the water. It's perfect for snorkeling. It was not busy at all.

Myself and my husband visited here today, it was amazing! The staff were lovely and made us feel secure. It’s a great spot to swim at and we felt safe leaving our bags at our seats. Prices are good and the atmosphere was great. It costs J$2000 per person for entry, this includes your chairs to sit on. Food was good but could be doing with more of an authentic seasoning, drinks are great. We met some lovely people that arrived from a cruise ship, they seemed to be having a lot of fun and we were sort of sad we didn’t get included in on the fun! 😅 Would love to see some designated shower spots, the one water hose had a huge lineup so we went home without showering. Overall a great, secure spot to swim and relax with family and friends. Love this spot. We will be back!!

What an amazing VIP beach experience. Georgia was such an extraordinary hostess. Her attention was pure love. Our driver, Donald, was phenomenal, couriered us safely on the island. Jamaica, you are beautiful and would love to visit you again.

Great experience booked through Celebrity. The bus ride took about 20 minutes with traffic. The area is very private and quiet. Food was amazing, and they even made vegetarian and gluten-free accommodations. The bathroom was cleaner than most gas stations.

We did a Carnival Cruise Line ship excursion to Bamboo Beach Club. It was a great experience. The drinks and food flowed continuously, the water was spectacular and we were very comfortable in our shaded beach chairs. Our hostess Jamila and driver Uncle Joe were superb and made sure our every need was addressed. It was a super day!

Once you come in you can't go back outside or else has to pay another $1000. Can't take in any form of food. Nice water but somewhere I wouldn't go to again.

We came here on a cruise excursion. The beach was nice and we enjoyed the food but we paid extra for the VIP package that included drinks and we only got one drink the whole time we were there. The drinks were watered down and weren't good at all. Upgrading to the VIP package that included alcohol was a waste of money. Also they wouldn't let us order from the bar so we had to wait for someone to bring the drinks to us but the staff was so busy trying to serve food it was impossible to get any service. The staff was also very rude to each other which made it very awkward when we were trying to talk to one of the servers but her coworker was yelling at her while she was trying to answer our question. For the most part I would recommend the Bamboo Beach Club but if you're on a cruise save yourself the money and don't get the VIP experience.

Our favorite royal Caribbean excursion this week! Our tour guide Patrina made us feel like family as we escaped to the Duncan’s. We enjoyed over 2.5 hours of music, rum shots, delicious jerk chicken and deserts. To top it off you MUST get the 15 minute $20 massage therapy. We would come back here anytime.

Service was good. The excursion that we went on before we went to the bamboo club was good as well. But really could have done without the beach wasn't much to it really wish we just went back to the resort. But if you like drinking this is your place.

We had a fantastic experience at Bamboo Beach Club in Jamaica. I visited the club today with my wife and we had a wonderful time. The club is located about 30 to 40 minutes outside of Ocho Rios, and it is a beautiful setting. The beach is pristine, and the water is clear. The staff at the club was very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. Our hostess, Shaqueen, was particularly attentive, helpful, and fun. She made sure that we were having a great time and provided everyone in our group with some great Jamaican food. Of course we had Jerk Chicken. Maybe a tad dry, but the flavors were great and I honestly can't complain. We had a great time at Bamboo Beach Club, and we would definitely recommend it to others. The staff is friendly and fun and the setting is beautiful.

Went on an excursion from our Holland America cruise. It was a fun day. If you want a safe beach day, with a great view this is for you. Make sure you bring some sort of sandals or wet shoes, this beach is rocky and not “tenderfoot” friendly.

If I could give this a -1 I would. Went to this beach to get some lunch before going to kingston. After being let in at the gate and unpacking our stuff, a man in a white shirt tells us that he’s denying us entry. when we asked for what, he failed to give us a reason. Embarrassed my friends and I who were ready to spend our money here. A big disgrace and embarrassment in my own country. Was once my favorite beach but will never see me again...

I'm not sure how this place is rated as good as it is, perhaps people have much different tastes. Personally I dont like having to pay to access a beach, where you receive a padded chair and get charged a $5 for a red stripe, there are much better beaches. All we saw were tourists bussed in with no choice to enter, someone is making alot of money for a below average expensive experience.

We had a cruise excursion to this beach and loved the food. It was small plates but filling. The drinks were good. We ordered additional drinks at the bar and the bartender made the best Mai Tai! Renay was our server and she was fun.

Liked this place a lot. It had a nice beach sand consistency, nice beach chairs, shady and sunny places, a bar, souvenir shops. Some snorkeling is possible and we saw quite a few species of fish. It looked like the reef was in a recovery mode so don't expect a top notch snorkeling experience but it was worth bringing our gear along. Friendly staff and, on our excursion, some yummy food the staff brought to us, kind of like tapas.

The experience was amazing our guide was Melody was incredible. The beach was clean with great weather and the music was the perfect atmosphere for a Jamaican vacation. The cuisine was great authentic Jamaican and the drinks had a nice balance of alcohol and none-alcoholic. Making drinks alcoholic beverages with the staff was an experience that must be tried out before anyone leaves Jamaica.

It's time to upgrade the lounge chair pads and upgrade the overall look, smell and appearance of the facility. I was disappointed at the quality of drinks, dining ware, etc. I can see the effort but the facility really needs an overhaul. It has so much potential 😔😔😔

Joyan, Shanae and Errol were awesome. The service by all three individuals were tremendous and they made everyone feel welcomed. The food at Bamboo Beach Club was great with delicious Jamaican cuisine. The Duns River was soothing and an adventure worth trying. This was my first time to Jamaica and I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely revisit. I’ve done numerous cruise tours before and this was by far my favorite. Would highly recommend the Duns River Fall and Bamboo Beach Club excursion. Remember to ask for Joyan, Shanae and Errol!

We recently visited this location while one our cruise vacation to Jamaica as part of the "Bamboo Beach Club & Jungle River Tubing" excursion sanctioned by Royal Caribbean. We WOULD NOT recommend this excursion to anyone. The tour was supposed to begin at 9:45am, however our bus to take us to river tubing was 1 hour late. When we arrived at the River Tubing location, we waited standing in line waiting for live vests, tubes, and a tour guide for another hour. After 2 hours we finally began tubing, which was very fun and of course the best part of the day. Our tubing guide was wonderful, entertaining, and did a nice job. The tubing only lasted 15-20 minutes. After the tubing, we waited on the hot bus for another 30 minutes until we could leave - no idea why. When we arrived at the Bamboo Beach Club, we noticed the beach was already packed and our group got positioned at the very end of the beach where it was really dirty with dried up weeds. We waited another hour until we were served the included food and drinks. Jamela was our tour guide from Bamboo Beach Club. She was very nice and delightful all day. I know the delays and the time wasted during the day was not her fault and nothing she could control. She did a good job of staying positive and keeping us engaged despite some of the less desirable aspects of the day.

They try to make it a friendly atmosphere and it's a beautiful place but they are not organized and please change the DJ not one full song is played they play about 20 seconds of a song and change it was not pleasant to listen too. And its jamaica please play more reggae not just what ever you put together

We spent the afternoon with Sashell and Anna our tour guides. I rate it one of the best cruise excursions. A group of easy going guys from the island Princess, our guides and the beach club. Lunch was tasty and way too much rum. Our guides provided continuous entertainment on the long ride from the boat, a mix of singing, riddles, stories and island history.

Food was horrible chicken not properly cleaned, wedges fried in fish oil, and cold oily ranstid festivals. Low level entertainment but on the good side beautiful get away clean beach area for play water gets deep very quickly. Water play area is is about 60-80metres parallel the beach front the rest is quite stony flat bedrock. A lovely server was assigned to us she's very customer friendly.

We were well taken care of with food and booze. They provided grilled lobster with jerk chicken. A small magno salad and dessert were also served. They kept coming with the strong mixed drinks. The beach waves were pretty rough but we still had a great time hanging out.

The best part of this location is aura of the beautiful beach. The setting makes you want to relax and forget about all your troubles. The beautiful white sand complemented by the warm blue Caribbean sea creates a magical aura that makes you feel like Alice in wonderland. It’s one of the attractions in the fast developing Trelawny area. The attraction is complemented by other great attractions in the area like Falmouth Town, Braco Stables and Glistening Waters.

The location and setting Looks really good, However the service by the young and inexperienced staff was not very good, The prices are quite high considering the the lack of foreign customers due to covid19. I will go again to see if we caught them on a bad night, Because I liked the setting, and it appeared they were not expecting any customers that night.

Entry into the place could be more welcoming/inviting. Service needs to be more professional/efficient. Hours of operations needs to be specified so as not to usher guests out prematurely. I find the owner of this establishment to be highly unprofessional. You offered a service during Covid and did not have the proper sanitization in place. You have refused to take criticism from your patrons to enhance the service you are providing. Shame on you and your unprofessional behavior. I hope the government of Jamaica looks into your establishment for not following the Covid guidelines. You are such a liar about persons stealing and vandalizing the facility and at no point were the police on the property while we were there. I sure wished they would have been there to see all your violations. I hope the party that rented your establishment sues you for liable.

The beach was beautiful and clean. The location was good even though the road could use major fixing. However based on my experience would not book it for any major functions. I found it very distasteful that during the wedding the staff was not properly dressed but in short shorts and they were stoping the program to take pictures with their phones The sound system was poor. The food was cold. The food was ridiculously over priced. They seemed to have limited staff because they took forever to serve the meal. I had to stop one of the works and polity tell her that she should serve the head table and bridal party 1st before any other guest. The dj did sadly didn't seem to have any good repertoire songs. He hardly played anything. The location did not have a sensitization station and when I went to use the restroom there was no running water and i asked for assistance he dismissed me by saying to check again. I could say more but i wont. While I loved the location I did not feel safe and sadly the staff did not make me comfortable. Location good, experience distasteful.

If I could rate this beach 0, I definitely would. The customer service is HORRIBLE specifically speaking about one of the mangers, Omar Clarke. Prior to going to the beach, we called to find out the entry fee and if we could bring our camera to take pics and also if this would attract an extra cost. We were told by the woman on the phone that yes, we are allowed to bring our camera and it would not attract an extra fee. Journeying from Kingston, we went to the previous location (Ochi) and was disappointed when we realize that it no longer exist. After calling we found out that the new location is in Trelawny. Determined to get to the location, we went to Trelawny. When we finally got there, they did the necessary covid precautionary measures and we each paid $1000 to enter. One of the workers escorted us to an area and she asked if we had food in one of our bags, we told her no just our camera and she said okay great. We took out the camera and started to take pictures of my friend. Another worker came over and told us that the manager said no cameras are allowed, we expressed to her that we had called before and we were told that we could use our camera so if it is possible to speak with the manager we would appreciate it. The manager (Mr. Omar Clarke) eventually came over and told us that his superior said no cameras. We stated that we had already called to ask and we were told something different from that. Mr. Omar Clarke said "go put your camera back in the vehicle" we told him no we cant do that but we will not take any pics and we asked to speak with his superior. He blurted out "suh who you think will thief the camera, police outside". Once again we asked to speak with his superior, he did something on his phone and he walked off. The police officer came over to us and we told him the issue. The officer made us know that he understands that we are upset and it is clearly an error on the head office's end and he also mentioned that no rules about camera were read to us upon entry. A few minutes after Omar Clarke came back to us and said "It is either you take back your $5000 or you leave your camera in the car, that is what my GM said". We took our things and left. Even the employees expressed their disgust to us about Mr. Clarke. Your customers come first! How it is that only the manager knows that no camera is allowed, the worker should have said this to us when we called. First and last time visiting this place.

(Translated by Google) A negative aspect of Jamaica from a purely tourist point of view is the complete subdivision of the most beautiful beaches by large hotel chains (which is quite common in some Caribbean islands). It follows that often you are forced to use clubs like this in order to spend a few hours in relaxation and tranquility. The cost is not excessive and if desired, you can also eat, as we did, good fish by the sea. The beaches are small and gradually eroded by the sea but all in all it is pleasant.

This is a beautiful beach and is always empty whenever I visit during the week. The water is calm, place is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. There is always soothing reggae music being played and food is available on site. My only issue is that the food is very expensive for locals and prices are quoted only in USD, though the exchange rate used is fair (better than the rate at the banks).

The beach is small and rocky but you still can swim and snorkel a bit. The restrooms are clean and there is a small performance by 2 local dancers. The DJ is not very good but at least you can hear some nice reagge songs. You can get a massage with an additional cost. The beach is divided in 2, one side is VIP and you have a waiter that brings you the drinks and food to your lounge chair.

The snorkeling was good, but I didn't see any gear to rent. I bought my own. We went on a shore excursion and got some drinks and tasty tapas. My husband really liked the jerk chicken.

Bamboo Beach club was great.....it feels like a hotel resort, but without the hotel ....if you know what I mean.....the food was OK 👌 and the service was good....very relaxing place to spend all day with family and friends....bottom line is the Bamboo beach club is the ultimate chill spot!!!

Need to let the public know your open and need to cut back for and drink price. Have more entertainment at the venue can't allow 12 persons to just and leave like that. Also workers need to practice good customer service skills as a TOURISM worker i was disappointed to see how poorly locals are treated.

Overall the experience was positive. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. It's a nice little beach with adequate seating/lounging facilities. It's a bit off the beaten path only accessible by a dirt road which was quite muddy at the time. The food offerings do not live up to their exotic names and are average. To me the modest food quality is over priced. I guess you pay for the beachy ambiance.

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful. We had the best time of our lives on this beach. Our hostess Zena was awesome! Her and her helper Kaleesa were exceptional and I will never forget the amazing time we had.

The beach/waters were clean and lovely. It would be worthwhile getting a package instead of paying for entry and getting food separate. Downfall of this package is that it does not cater effectively to person with other dietary preference (I.e. if you do not eat meat and probably only eat fish). Though it was a nice experience- I would not go back. There are other great alternatives that I would prefer to return to. The rest room facilities need alot of improvement and also the road to get to the facility

Great place and service. Nice ambiance and space with a private beach, open access to umbrellas and nice sturdy beach chairs. Food took long but was good and the staff (We got served by Pat) were very friendly and professional. Pricier than comparable spaces but if you don't mind that, it's a nice hangout spot.

A nice, quiet private beach. The food was good as well as the servers. The drinks were also decent.

A fun day at the beach. Lots of comfortable lounge chairs. Cabanas are also available. A four course lunch is served to you right in your lounge chair. Lots of rum punch included. Friendly staff.

The view and ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. It was boring though because it lack activities and it seem that way because they catered to a specific type of customer. Some water sport would nice or boat tour/ride. But, if you need somewhere to relax n chill and catch a good nap.. By all means.😉

Excellent, private beach club to visit. Great water. Great environment. Kiddo friendly. Lovely all inclusive VIP package that includes food and drink. Opens early, closes late. It is relatively secure and a great location for private beach events. Would highly recommend!

Chelceann was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly! We had a great tour of different parts of Northern Jamaica filled with informational facts and tidbits. She was very helpful and open to answer any questions we had. Our time at the beach was very peaceful and exciting at the same time. There was great music, good food, and even a nice rum shot! Thank you for a great time!

You will definitely not be hungry, they give you a lot of delicious local food during the whole excursion, even my 3 years old kid enjoyed the food! Alcoholic and not Alcoholic drinks were included at the beach, (some shots included), reggae music from start to finish, the girls that guide you during the tour are very friendly and they do an amazing job ( thank you Dominique for all your help with my baby) The place was absolutely beautiful, I have nothing bad to say about it , the only thing is, I wish we had some more time to enjoy this unique place but we had to leave at 2pm because of the cruise.

Wonderful day!! Food was good, laid back atmosphere. Came from cruise as a shore excursion. Small quiet beach, warm water, bathrooms, bar and small local lunch food. Souvenirs, coffee, rum, t shirts. Safe and clean, would go back.

I had the most amazing time ever at this beach club. Shanice my guide was exceptional. POUR POUR POUR!!! SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!!! Cheyan kept em coming and Alex made sure we got to the Club. The experience was relaxing, food was really good but that service was what made the package come alive.

Selene went above and beyond to make sure my group from the Ruby Princess was well taken care of throughout our day! She was very informative, giving many facts about Jamaica and even sang for us at the end of our tour! What a voice :) The Dunns River Falls excursion was epic and our time at Bamboo Beach club was such a wonderful way to end the day! Great food, great music and delicious drinks! The beach is gorgeous! Such a wonderful day, can’t wait to return!

👍👍 As far as my wife and I are concerned, Lobster Bowl is the find of the century! What an amazing experience...the food was incredible and the setting is just absolutely phenomenal. We were visiting Silversands and were on our way back to Kingston when both our bellies started rumbling! We punched in...
