1/24/22 - 1/30/22. Tower Isle is an older resort, but the staff and service more than make up for it. Plus the price is better! Our 2nd time here and still as great as our first (5 years ago). Very laid back. You can go through 95% of the resort outside, which means no mask. Room service comes twice and day and always leaves ice. Breakfast on the balcony facing the ocean is heaven. Beach area isn't the biggest, but floating things to lay on is nice. The flag service for drinks is so nice. You put a flag out and they come take your drink order and bring it to you! If you want adult time and not pay a premium I suggest Couples Tower Isle.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. This was my first all- inclusive resort that I ever stayed at. I was blown away with the service that was provided. Everyone was really nice and the food was amazing. The only reason why I wouldn’t give this place a five stars is because I paid a lot of money to have a private dinner on the island and it wasn’t a great experience. For the whole dinner we ate in complete darkness because we didn’t have any proper lighting. I couldn’t see the food I was eating or even my partner. I literally had to use a flashlight on my phone to eat my food. Wasn’t worth the money I spent. Plus I brought this up to several of staff members but nothing was done about it. This was the one thing that I really did not enjoy about my experience but literally everything else was absolutely amazing. I will still go back to this resort just because everything was top notch.

The experience was almost heavenly. Staff very courteous. Food choices were excellent for us. One of the few hotels we have gone to that have an excellent snapper fish sandwich at the grill. The Veggie bar with coconut water is also excellent. The water rides and boat trips all-inclusive was a great touch. I can't overstate the excellent staff that is there. My only recommendation would be for greater variety with the nightly entertainment. Spent 3 nights and literally didn't want to leave. Love it

Awesome adults only all inclusive resort. Only complaints were the hot tubs weren't hot and there were rarely hot showers. But other than that lots of alcohol, excursions, great food and music at night. Definitely would go back!

Amazing! The all inclusive spa villas were absolutely incredible. The whole resort is so cared for and well kept. They treat you like royalty. Fun activities each day. Delicious food, and amazing spa services.

This resort was nice with an amazing view. The property was small and dated but definitely served the purpose for relaxation. The beach was beautiful. The island they own for nude bathing is perfect. The food and dining options were wonderful. I also liked the room service but it ended at like 9pm and WAS NOT 24 hours. The resort is about 1.5 hours from the airport but we certainly did not mind the scenic views. The ABSOLUTE best part of the resort is all of the amenities that are included. You can snorkel, scuba dive, canoe, paddle board, ride water bikes, I mean the list is endless. Not to mention they own several boats that assist you with all the sports. There are also off site things included that would certainly cost if you were at another resort. The only thing I DID NOT LIKE is that the resort sits right off of a busy road and oddly enough you can hear all of the cars, trucks, and motorcycles while you are enjoying the beach. Some may not care about that but when you come from a city with all of that noise, I definitely do not want to hear it on my island vacation. Overall, a great vacation.

Stayed here for a week in Jan of 2022. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but there were some unpleasant parts. First I will start with the best: Their divemasters and boat crew. Great people, Andrew, Chaz and Mikey were the best. The diving itself was meh, but the crew were great. One major downside to the diving is that you only go out for a one tank dive and included in the price is only two one tank dives a day. The food tasted good, but it tore my stomach up the entire time I was there. I was fine before I got there and the moment I started eating at the airport it immediately got better. No idea what it is, but my stomach didn't agree with the food. Also, avoid the steaks there at all cost. Rubbery, hard to chew and they gave us butter knives to cut them. Also stay away from the hamburger, reminded me of what you'd get from a hospital. Jerk chicken was delicious. Local foods were delicious. Wifi was straight garbage. Got ZERO wifi in our room. Had to go outside or to large common areas to have spotty intermittent wifi. This could not support a VoIP call reliably on a new iPhone 12. Shower was wonky. Very little pressure, fluctuates between hot and cold. There were quite a few power outages during the storms there as well. I had fun, but probably would not go back.

Our vacation here was truly amazing- smaller intimate resort. Food was very good and always lots of space on beach and pool. What made are trip unforgettable was the amazing staff at Tower Isle. Every interaction we had with staff was positive from check in, servers, housekeepers and entertainment crew. They truly go above and beyond. We were here for New Years and the celebration was so much fun! Would recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Amazing! We would highly recommend this resort for couples looking to relax in a smaller sized classic Jamaican resort. There is plenty to do on the resort and trips organized for you through the resort. Food is really good. The staff is amazing. We were married (eloped) at the resort. We had an amazing wedding planner in Melissa. Even though it was just the two of us, she made sure we had everything to make our day special, from hair, makeup and nails to photography to cake and to champagne! We will most definitely return.

We chose the Couples Resorts in Ocho Rios because of the reviews. This resort is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for something intimate, this is the place for you. The service was excellent and everyone was so kind. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an all inclusive that covered more than we had anticipated. When we arrived we were given an itinerary packed with activities that we could sign up for daily. All of the water sports were also free. We did a complete photo shoot that was all covered by the hotel coupons that we received through Delta Vacations package. Be sure to pack dress clothes for dinner if you wish to dine at the fancier restaurants and make sure to pack all of your essential needs otherwise purchasing from the gift shop will cost you a pretty penny.

It is the people who work there who make this already "Very good" hotel a truly "Excellent" one! From the minute you arrive, you are treated as someone special, someone who is valued and someone whom they want to come back time and time again. Yes, the room was lovely, the food was great, the bars well-stocked (with top-shelf liquor), the entertainment adequate, the variety of Water Sports comprehensive, and, most importantly, everywhere was immaculately clean and hygienic. But there are lots of good hotels that can boast exactly the same. What made the difference at Tower Isle was the attitude of its employees. The fact that all of them, without exception, from lowest to highest, seem to genuinely enjoy their work. In whatever role they had, they spread their pleasure and happiness across all their guests, all of the time, morning and night. They are truly an amazing group. Happy, funny and friendly, whilst always remaining professional, and their management must similarly take a lot of credit for creating, fostering and maintaining an environment in which they can so flourish! Well done everyone and "Thank You"!

This, place is fantastic, for the most part. There were a couple of hiccups but the staff more than made up for them. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a hello. The food & meals were tremendous as were the drinks. I highly recommend this resort. There are plenty of things to do especially if you like water sports.

Why did I wait so long to visit Couples Tower Isle My other half and I stayed at Couples Tower Isle (CTI) this was an unforgettable weekend! The property the staff the service the food the scenery, just has left me speechless. How could I have waited so many years and just going to Couples for the first time? I have done the Spanish resorts, I have done the premium brands, and the very famous hotel chains, and nothing compares to my first experience at Couples! The property manager must be lauded, and I really want to acknowledge the following team members who made my other half and I feel so welcomed! Zhania you are simply amazing! The catamaran cruise was an excellent choice, and dining at the Bayside restaurant by the sea at night, really was spectacular. Great food, ever flowing drinks, attentive servers, just in abundance, it really was unbeleievable! I spoke to many international visitors staying at Couples and nearly all were repeat guests at CTI, some had been 5 times and another was there for their 10th stay. Trust me once you go you know! I will be back and I wholeheartedly endorse CTI, and this entire chain of hotels. Do not get distracted by the others with all the pictures and multiple properties in Jamaica, stick to Couples, a hotel chain that offers premium service to all guests (foreigners and locals alike). Where do I began, it was our 8th year Anniversary and this place was amazing. The staff is remarkable! They make sure you are having a great time. They have plenty of things to do and keep you entertained. The food was wonderful especially eating at the grill. This is a hidden gem. One our favorites is the Water Sports and the staff. The staff is amazing and funny. If you come ask for Seaweed he is a great guy and will make sure you have a wonderful time on the water. Definitely can't wait until we come back again. It exceeded my expectations...

I can't say enough great things about this resort. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food at all the restaurants was amazing. We stayed in a spa villa and our room was absolutely fantastic. The ladies in the spa were done of the friendliest,sweetest and most accommodating people I have ever met. Highly recommend this resort. The only downside is it's about 1 1/2 -2 hours from the airport

This was our first time visiting Jamaica and we had the pleasure of staying at Tower Isle. The staff are amazing! Place was always neat and clean. Lots of activities to do during the day. The coffee shop is outstanding. Food was delicious. Only thing my wife didn’t love was that the resort is 2 hours from the airport. However, overall this place was great! If we ever visit Jamaica again, would definitely stay here!

From before we arrived at the resort the staff was amazing. I called the front desk on my way there to find out exactly where the resort was located and the young lady provided detailed directions. Even when I called back to make sure we were heading in the right direction she stayed on the phone until we arrived. We were there for an entire week and the entire staff was so pleasant and welcoming with everything. The view from our room was amazing. And the activities they had were all incredible. Once I got a taste of breakfast I was immediately whisked back to my childhood growing up in Jamaica. Room was cleaned every single day without me asking. Loved the experience and the staff. Will definitely be going back

We were looking for a smaller to a midsize adults only resort with great reviews and Couples Tower Isle kept coming up as the best option. We decided to stay here for our trip to Jamaica and we're glad we did. This resort is wonderful and the staff is amazing. We loved the food and private beach. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment including the piano bar and the lounge. The staff here is so attentive and they really make you feel special. There were a lot of couples here that have been here before and were making another trip and that says a lot. This resort has been around for a while but it's been kept up to date. The rooms are fairly basic and could use an upgrade but it wasn't an issue for us at all. We will definitely be making another trip to Couples Tower Isle.

This resort is AMAZING!! My only complaint is we weren't there long enough! I wish we could have had a couple more days to enjoys the resort because there was so much to do! The rooms were spotless the resort was upbeat and fun. The food and restaurants were all delicious. All of the staff was extremely friendly and personable. Sandy was or tour guide for orientation and she continued to recognize us and call us by name the rest of the trip! We LOVED Sandy!! My only advice would be to be mindful of your flight times because the resort is almost 2 hours from the airport! We hit traffic on the way there and it took us almost 3! I can tell you right now though the resort is absolutely worth it. We would 100% go back. Thank you Couples Tower Isle for making our honeymoon so memorable! Until we see you again!

Incredible! The people are so nice and that makes all the difference in the world! The facilities and amenities are nice too. The food is fantastic - all of it. The drinks are made right. The views are amazing. The entertainment and activities are great. Being a COUPLES only resort makes the experience much more relaxing. Because ‘adult only’ doesn’t eliminate immaturity. I could go on and on but compared to other all inclusive resorts this one sets itself the most apart because of the staff. They are the best.

My wife and I spent 3 days here. If you are looking for a laid back and relaxing environment this is the place for you. There was never any overly loud music. The staff did not bother you to participate in activities at all. The buffet food was below avaerage. There was not many options and had very little local Jamaican food. The 2 restaurants where you had to make reservations had excellent food and I would recommend them. One thing that is not advertised well, is that they have a private island that is a 2 minute boat ride from the resort that is a fully nude Island. We did not visit at all, but the people who went had a great time enjoying the views and bar service there. Overall I would come back just for the peacefulness but not the food.

Wonderful all-inclusive resort. Great beach, pools, activities and rooms. Tower Isle delivered all the elegance and charm of Jamaica. Conrad the swim-up bartender was super fun and a great bartender! The food was consistently superior at all or the restaurants. Make sure and reserve a dinner or two at the Eight Rivers Restaurant, for fantastic food and a true 5-star dining experience. The staff is consistently wonderful and the entire experience from the Couples Airport Lounge throughout the entire trip was perfect! This was our second visit to Couples Tower Isle and we plan many returns. We stayed at the resort Jan 7 - Jan 14 2023.

While this resort has a drive to get to from the airport, it is well worth it! All of the included activities and entertainment here are the best! We had a wonderful time and we will definitely return. It was good to meet so many other guests that are repeat guests for many years. Loved the staff! Definitely a favorite place to return to.

Its a very old school looking resort that's doesn't have a lot of beach access to other areas. This is a good thing If you're looking for a more secluded type of vibe as opposed to the other larger chain resorts on the North Coast. The interior and exterior of the resort is very dated and a couple of areas are in disrepair. The rooms look like you were transported back to the 80's,but I like it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and all have a great view of the ocean. There is an all-natural beach accessible by boat where you can be assured of your privacy. The dinning and bar options are fantastic. The choice of food and liquor available on property are top notch and maybe some of the best that I've had at any resort. There's the typical nighttime resort entertainment which was great,but the performance space is in the main dining hall so seating is a bit sparse. Check in and check out went smoothly and the transportation to and from the airport was comfortable and safe. You have the option to take a taxi while on property,but call the front desk for pricing. There were a couple of bad encounters with some staff who obviously were having bad days,but for the most part everyone seemed relatively nice. I like the process of how the room's bar is stocked. You fill out a card and hang it on the door and that's it. There's no need to go hunting for ice as the staff replaces this daily as well.

What a fantastic resort! We loved everything about our trip. The first evening we were blessed to meet Kaveian the night club bartender before his shift started and he supplied us with so much information about the resort and activities. He was so welcoming and made us instantly feel welcome. He is just a fabulous asset to the resort. Later that evening we went to the piano bar for the sing a long and was introduced to Bubbles who is one of the event directors at the resort. She was also so warm and welcoming and has an incredible voice. She is also everywhere at the resort making sure all have fun whether it's the beach, pool, one of the parties or one of the evening's entertainment options. We also can't say enough about her. We had the all-inclusive spa package and from the moment we entered the spa we knew we were going to have a great time and be pampered. Camille and Samantha welcomed us and once again made us feel special! All of the treatments were wonderful and relaxing! The spa has a top notch staff that made our trip the best vacation ever. We can't wait to return!

Pros 1) Scuba staff were amazing 2) Entertainment staff were also amazing... unfortunately they have very little to work with. Cons 1) Food was below par and my wife and I are not hard to please. Catch of the day was the same everyday (red snapper) accept for lobster Friday. Snapper was not fresh and was prepared the same everyday. Lobster was not prepared well either (mine was under cooked and mushy and my wife's was over cooked and rubbery)... Food was very inconsistent to the point where a top chef needs to have a more hands on approach to what goes out. We also had frozen tuna appetizer to which we commented on with no correction. We were part of the Return Guest dinner and I ordered medium rare beef tenderloin and I received well done end pieces that were uneatable and I asked for a new piece but was told that there wasn't any beef tenderloin left. Not something that you would expect at a return quest dinner. 2) Service at most restaurants was below average... It seemed that employees were not happy and therefore it was reflected in their work... Cut backs were apparent to us and other guests that we had meet and had conversations with. 3) Entertainment was lacking... There was no overlapping of entertainment and the same entertainment every night including the main show was the same person every other night. We stayed with Couples Negril in 2019 and everything was amazing and therefore we were very excited to stay with Couples again, but; based upon our latest visit (August 2023 Couples Tower Isle) we would not return and would think twice before booking with Couples again. Note: resorts that are struggling do to COVID need to know that you can't cut back ... Just the opposite... Resorts are heavily competing and need to spend money to make money... Not just maintain and "stay afloat".

This was our 3rd time staying at Tower Isle and we are never disappointed. The food is excellent and the specialty restaurants are great. Will return soon as we have been very happy with the accommodations and overall experience.

Just returned from a lovely week at Couples Tower Isle. I'd have to say it was a little bit of a longer drive from the airport; but once we arrive, found it well worth the extra time. The food was simply amazing! We enjoyed the early morning coffee from the coffee bar and the evening rooftop martini nights. They have plenty of excursions and activities to keep you busy throughout the day if you're not one to just sit in the sun. The personnel are wonderful and make you feel so welcome. Shout out to Junior at the pool bar who kept us all entertained while enjoying a cool beverage; and Byron at the front entrance who never stopped smiling. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely return!!

Think twice before photo session!! The resort in general is very nice. We liked everything there except photo service they offer. We had a dinner on their private island. This dinner is not cheap but it includes short photo session and one photo, printed or digital. They charging $15 per copy, digital or print. Next day we stopped at the office to pick the photo from last night and we didn't like any of them. Pictures was taken at sunset time and photographer used flash. NONE of them was good. When I asked if we can shoot another photo today at the daylight to have one good picture instead one from dinner?! They offered me to pay for a separate photo session, which stars from $100 for 15min. Rules are too strict there. Didn't cooperation with us at all. Photographer had a professional camera, but I'm not sure he knows how to use it efficiently. Just keep it in mind if you consider photo session there.

Overall a fantastic experience, staff was always very friendly and very helpful. A couple of small issues such as the our snorkeling excursion being canceled due to weather and then having them rescheduled wrong, but we ended up buying snorkeling gear from the fantastic and well stocked gift shop. The only other small issue we had was we did not receive the complimentary water bottles when we arrived, again not a huge deal we can live without. Everything else was great rooms always cleaned, service was great. Would definitely stay with this resort in the future.

Absolutely loved this resort. Ocean view room, second floor. The travel party was hoping for a more of a party atmosphere but the chill vibes were tailor made for me. Had concerns with the island and the people prior to arrival. I am very introverted, but all of my concerns disappeared the moment i arrived. Can't say enough about the food. Hit every restaurant on site, never missed a meal... not one single bad bite. Some of the soups were simple yet fantastic.

Can't say enough about how friendly, accomadating and helpful the staff is here. They go out of their way to spoil and pamper you and make you feel at home. The pools, the beach, the daily activities, the free excursions, the drinks and food, the shows, etc. were all wonderful. We'd go back again and again. Only draw back is the ride from the airport is 2 hours to get there, but lots to look at on the way

From top to bottom, what a great experience! Plenty to do each day, and the staff was so friendly. If you come here, you don't wait on anything as the staff is right there. The food is fantastic and the variety changes each day. Spend time at the beach or in the pools, it doesn't matter, the team is there for you. We started with a Nature Walk the first full day and Alfred is the absolute best! He taught us all about the plants and animals and was the nicest through the whole tour. Well worth the trip in the first morning of the day. Later through the week we did SCUBA with Beetlejuice and the Scuba team. Definitely the highlight of the trip and Beetlejuice was kind, funny, and patient, we fully recommend going out on a reef excursion. The coffee shop team was friendly and we loved stopping by and getting a Frappe or coffee. The Fire Show was amazing and a great performance from very talented performers. If you want to have a calm, pleasant, and relaxed Jamaican adventure, Tower Isles is for you.

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful. You may get a slightly nicer plane by shelling out the big bucks, but this place is the best value, by far. It's gorgeous and the staff is amazing.

If you are looking for a honeymoon destination, you can look no further. The staff was completely attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. The resort is gorgeous with beautiful views. It feels like home from the minute you are there and staff go out of their way for you. My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and already planning to go back in the future

Can't recommend enough, staff was very attentive and friendly, the facilities were very nice, food was awesome and all that good stuff. The only minor thing I would say is that I sort of wish the room service went past 930 for late night snacks. That's searching for a problem though

My experience at Couples Tower Isle is amazing in every way possible. The staff was quick to welcome me, and felt comfortable. From the beautiful beach to the friendly bar, to forestry walk then the breath taking private inn and luxury private mini pool.The private nude Island all of these things just set the mood for any couples. Couples Tower Isle name speak for itself. I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort to every couple. Thank you for having me. 2 hours from Mo Bay airport. Classic 40's - 5 story architecture so not one of those behemoth resorts. Never feels crowded. Vacationers return year after year so one sees familiar faces. The grounds and hotel are immaculately kept. Going back for 3rd time in Jan. We love it.

Such a beautiful resort with amazing service. We enjoyed are stay and so thankful our travel agent recommended it here. We look forward to stay at your other resorts sometime soon. Great food great atmosphere and all together great time. We love couples resorts.

Went January 2022 for anniversary. Occupancy was around 50% which was great during these Covid times. Shuttle ride is around 2 hours from the Mo Bay airport. Grounds, staff, food all excellent. Shout outs go to Chavelle in guest services, Kirk the bellhop, Junior the "alcohol man", the guys who made my green smoothies and the veggie bar, and Kadelia who was our waitress on the island. My hubby and I did the private island dinner. It was $275. It was beautiful and worth it. We had the entire island to ourselves for a few hours. Very romantic with excellent service. We also did the twilight cruise with Roger as our captain. It was $300. Worth it as well. We went snorkeling, had dinner and drinks and had the speed boat to ourselves. Participated in sailing, pedal bikes, kayaking, water skiing, and Dunn's River Falls trip. Only con was the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and sometimes didn't work. Really nothing to do after the nightly entertainment which ends at 10 pm. Everyone went to their room or the bar at that time. No one went to the Lounge night club from 10pm - 2 am. So keep that in mind. Overall, excellent stay. Will return to Jamaica. This was our first visit.

We were married here 16yrs ago and we still love it. I wish they played more reggae music my only complaint. We had a server named Renee that week and she was always absolutely wonderful ❤️. This place is still our home away from home.

We went to tour this resort as a potential wedding venue. The vibe was relaxed. Crowd was in the 60s +. Food was delicious. Beach has a lot of seaweed. The beach chairs definitely can be replaced. We decided it was a little too relaxed for our wedding needs.

Exceeded expectations. We visited CTI as a couple (of course!), with other family members. Our trip was late March to early April 2022, and we reserved five rooms that encompassed different categories. My husband and I stayed in Room 3218, and were absolutely enthralled by the view from our room!!! It was, beyond doubt, truly Heaven on Earth. The patio was HUGE, and had a two-person swing AND a patio table. Others in our group opted for the garden view, and it was oh, so elegant and refined!! We held a small cocktail party on the garden terrace, and the beautiful trees and foliage, and the tree frogs, made it seem like a party at an exclusive Jamaican home. The staff went above and beyond, from the warm reception at check-in (complete with a scrumptious rum punch), to the beach staff (hello Martin), restaurant employees and housekeeping: EXTRAORDINARY!!! I cannot wait to return. As they say in Jamaica:soon come. Thanks to the management and staff of Couples Tower Isle. You have a customer for life; see you in Nov (I hope). Peace and love.

Couples Tower Isle is like something you dream of. It's all inclusive but it goes above what would be expected. The food is amazing especially in the bayside, which also has amazing views whilst you eat. The island is amazing, everyone should visit at least once. The staff!! Well, apart from the odd one who can appear a little grumpy the rest are outstanding. There's a no tipping policy too! But if you feel a tip is warranted I don't think anyone will turn it down. There's activities all day if you want it. But also places to just relax and get some peace. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. The downside is sometimes some beach staff can pester you to book extras what cost such as a fishing trip etc. It was peace itself and well needed rest and break from the real world.

The staff is so great here. Byron was the first friendly face to greet us. And everyone there was just wonderful. Always greeting you with a smile and more than happy to do anything to make you stay pleasant. The food was great but I must say, the soups were outstanding. Generally I don’t like to eat hot soup in warm climate. They were so delicious I couldn’t get enough soups. Our room was so nice, and the bed was so comfortable. We had no problem falling asleep. There was a great beach party, but we skipped it for a quiet dinner at the Veranda. Every server, every host in the veranda restaurant was excellent! There is a coffee shop which makes the most delicious coffees. O’Neill served us one evening, and he was so cute! The spa seems to get better every time we go. My husband said that was the best massage he’s ever had. There were a few singers entertaining here and there. We had no idea there was a rooftop bar. We’ve been coming for years and never knew of its existence! There was a wonderful woman singer there. She was really good. There were also a couple of groups that were singing in the Patio restaurant. They were all very good.
