Food was good as always the case of Burger King anywhere in the world. Placed in a convenient place which has so many offices around the area. Service is fair even though it was bit crowded during lunch hours. Menu has may options and liked the taste.

Adhering to all COVID19 measures. Friendly staff. Just have 1 question as it relates to point-of-sale machines for all Burger King Islandwide. Why do all locations experience a disruption in service for all point-of-sale machines for more than twice per month? Turning back customers as a result. They even have a permanent sign now, why? Hope someone from management would answer.

I really like this Burger King. The location is everything. Consistently good burgers. Damn I love their fries. I love how you can mix and match with anything on the menu or leave something out. They even cut your sandwiches and double wrap it. You just need to ask. Most people don't know this. They are the only fast food restaurant I know of that doesn't charge you extra for getting water for your drink replacement. The only downside is the parking.

The burger was steaming hot and that made my day. Can't tell when last I had a real hot one before that

I shop at the new Kingston branch the food is great but at times some products are not available

Last night I bought a fish sandwich which was extremely salty. I could not finish the meal. I was very disappointed with this experience since I was very hungry. Seems like someone was not paying attention. There must be some kind of recipe which must be strictly adhered to. Burger King should do better.

My sister and I stopped at New Kingston Burger King on July 9, 2022. The location was not packed at the time, service was quick even with the one Cashier so kudos to her! The one server held her own as well. The only issue I had was when I left and arrived at my destination to eat my 2 large fries, there were no napkins and straw! My sister had to share her napkin with me and gave me her straw. Is it a new rule for me as the customer to ask for napkins now? Before Covid you received more than enough napkins! Not that I'm complaining...just stating an observation. I am also told I keep my ticket purchase too. I will be conducting the survey soon in order to get my prize! Thanks 😊 Burger King!!!! 🍔

Fast service. The fries are a nice balance between soft and crispy.

Meal wasn't bad. Order was mixed-up, two of us ordered, I wanted extra onions, it was put on the other, pineapple was cold, not grilled for both. Double whopper only one patty was in the sandwich 🤦‍♀️

I purchased the double burger with bacon but got no bacon. It was certainly pricey for not giving me my correct order. The breakfast menu is preferable to me but they closed off breakfast by 10:45am

Made a large purchase that was forced into 1 large bag. There were more items to collect and was shocked that I was told that I couldnt get 1 more big bag to carry all the items.

Listen I stood and watched a server used her gloved hands to scratch her skin her hair and eventually push it in her ears and scratched and not change her gloves, I was elated when another server served my food Cuz no way I was gonna accept food from her, another customer requested the same

A mentally challenged man entered the location and started disturbing my friend and I. Then after we collected our orders he followed us right out...was just mentally preparing myself for defense

The wait was not that long customer service needs alittle bit more attention but overal i was satisfied with my experience there

AHH BK..The Place you usually end up to avoid the long KFC line...The place is usually clean and not as full as you know where. The prices are a bit expensive for what is supposed to be cheap fatty food. And be careful of what you order some of those sandwiches look big on the display board but are actually super tiny in your plate. Not the best place if you love nufff Food like me lol

Service is good but I think over the years the taste of Burgers have been stagnant. Just saying.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Covid 19 protocols are in full force. The cashier offered suggestions to satisfy my need and ensured that what i required is exactly what i got. Food was yummy!
