I enjoy shopping here. You can find most of your favourite local and imported foods, drinks and snacks. They also have a ready-made meal section and a bakery section as well. However, it is always busy at the cashier section as, in addition to the cashier, there are sometimes two workers helping to place your purchases in your bag/box.

One word nicee, it encourages shoppers to do just that, shop the atmosphere is clean, and the temperature is welcomed after coming out of the scalding sun this place has a variety of items and the price is average

I've going this supermarket urs now and today was my worst experience,and it wasnt inside the supermarket,it was outside with the taxi men who are forcing you to travel with them,is like i dnt have right to travel with who am comfy with,and for i dnt think am going back there,i think the management staff should fix this issue ASAP!!

One of the most reasonable (on prices) supermarkets in Kingston and Saint Andrew. Though the staff could improve on their customer service skills, I was satisfied with my experience shopping here. The items I wanted were available and had good dates, the fruits and vegetables were in good condition and I didn’t have to pick through bad products. The store was clean and the trollies neatly stocked awaiting to be used, baskets were much the same and I did saw a staff collecting use baskets to be restocked. Oh, let me not forget to add that parking is limited and on the weekends it’s a tight squeeze for a parking spot. The entrance of the driveway is in need of urgent maintenance and repair as there’s a huge pothole which is only getting bigger overtime and might cause damages to cars; if it haven’t already. @Management, do something about that pothole; it nuh luk gud.

Smack in the middle of a busy business district in kingston. Carries a variety of things. Comfortable hassle free shopping, as reasonable as any supermarket gets in Jamaica i guess.

I love going to Brooklyn, its convenient for me and more affordable. I must say that the cashiers are very pleasant too which is very commendable and made my shopping experience even better.

Perhaps the most reasonable supermarket in the vicinity, Most of time the cashiers are fast and efficient than most place I have been, the parking could be better, if they could expand the parking would be perfect.

Used here for the cambio and it was quick and fast. Recommended for quick service time.

It is always a pleasure shopping at Brooklyn Supermarket Clock Tower. The meat options (even on a budget is pleasing).

My favorite supermarket to shop. My only issue is that their meats need rotating as I’ve order twice there and they were spoilt.

This is now my supermarket of choice, as the prices there are quite reasonable. The location is conveniently on my way home from work and the staff is polite and friendly. Everything there cost less than where I have been shopping for the past 12 years.

The service is always good. Quality of food items are of optimum quality and can always rely on them to stock seasoned meat for persons like me who is very lazy to cook. Makes my chore in the kitchen a lot easier. Been shopping there for over a decade now.

Good place to shop, really good service on the inside but the security in the parking lot needs to be tighter. Someone broke my window and went into my car. If there were even eyes to just scan the parking lot it wouldn't have happened. Once you upgrade the security checks and maybe even add cameras , then is the customers would be so grateful. It's really unfortunate that this happened. The staff was helpful after the fact but I really am begging for a security to be posted at the back.

Brooklyn supermarket is pretty acessible in halfway tree. It's located beside clock tower plaza. Inside is a western union and an NCB atm is located on the grounds, adequate parking for low crowds, it gets very hectic around peak hours.

Large supermarket located in halfway tree. Very busy today. Temperature check and hands are sanitized before entering store. Bag check available. Security guards in store. Be prepared to wait in line when cashing out.

This was my best experience at a supermarket. I didn't get her name but she was awesome, extremely polite, very professional and she smiled throughout the entire interaction. I really hope her supervisor knows what an asset she is and i hope she's rewarded for her great customer service skills
