It was a smooth process and the staff were professional. I got back my results within 25 minutes and they told me an hour, loved that. The sales team very responsive and friendly could not breathe before one was at my car lol.

A special note on the customer service: from the gentleman providing the QR code for their convenient online triage and intake forms to the nurse who checked on vitals to the doctor herself, everyone was pleasant and gave clear communication at each stage. I also love the fact that they give you a little card that works as your medical docket, to swipe with on subsequent visits. Note also that it is a cashless set up, so you can pay with debit/credit cards or with lynk! I’ll definitely be going back!

I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with the drive-through clinic in Barbican. It was a phenomenal experience. Everyone, from the first to last interaction, was friendly and professional. Dr. Greene was amazing and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a patient centered experience and the level of service delivered was past exceptional. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. This new and innovative concept must be applauded and given the recognition it deserves. I will be their forever patient and strongly recommend their service.
