An historic building that caught mine eyes from a youngster. I was honored to yield the call to get a little bit closer, so I decided to take a walk armed with my camera. Yes! I entered the Church Grounds and behold there were the mammoth bells that I am told will be chiming again very soon. I got a peak on the inside and I saw history unfolding. My eyes fixed on where historians sat to worship, and enjoy the melodious sounds of the organ. I saw special names on plaques erected in memories of those who contributed to some aspects of this unique building - built to last for centuries. This site must become part of the renovation program to protect and preserve the history of the Nation.

I visited the Saint Andrew Parish church on Sunday December 5, 2021. I particularly enjoyed the architecture and the sermon. The rector reminded us that our self worth should only be tied to God's love for us and nothing else like our environmental circumstances or our job. The property is expansive and there many great views for picture taking after church. The parking is adequate also.

St. Andrew Parish church is a historic Jamaican land mark. Anglican archdiocese for Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Right in the heart of Halfway Tree. The corner of Hagley Park Road and Eastwood Park Road. It has a graveyard with headstones dated from the early 1900's. It's worth a visit for travellers or sightseers.

Horrible!! I went to go look for my grand parents and great grandparents and all i could find is broken graves with epitaphs and statues missing, homeless people sleeping on graves and bush covering graves everywhere. You could be walking on graves and you wouldn't know! I couldnt anyone and for all I know their graves could be broken or stolen aswell! Disgusting!

St. Andrew Parish Church (Anglican) is on of the oldest buildings in the country. Established 1664. Very nice place to worship on Sundays. The architecture is just fantastic and the graveyard has its own story to tell.

Most of my visits to this beautiful church have been for funerals, solemn occasions which allow one to observe and to reflect on it's awesomeness. It's definitely worth a visit just to take it all in and to view the stain glass windows also.

One of the oldest Anglican church still around. They have services to attract both mature and young persons. The main service is held on sundays in the morning. They have bible study on mondays which is usually enriching. They also have missions and they are well involved in the inner city communities. Do visit them on a Sunday morning.

I have been a member there for 5 years. Really good church. They just need to upgrade their song selections so it is more appealing to the younger folks

Went in this church for the 1st time recently to a funeral. Architectural design is uniquely Anglican, as expected...reminds me of churches seen in one of those medieval movies. Sound delivery at the back needs addressing. Peaceful and tranquil environment
