    The doctors are fine. The front desk persons just don't answer the phones quickly enough: 6 - 8 rings? Too much. It's now over 6 months the phones are not working properly. They probably need to get new phone lines. I shouldn't be calling a medical centre for 4 days and unable to get through to a receptionist.

    One of the top medical places in Jamaica. A one stop place for your medical needs - doctors, pharmacy, dentists, x-ray, etc. Their popularity has led to abandonment of the reservation system for doctor visits. You should expect a wait if you going to see the doctor. Ample parking is available.

    Doctors are excellent, however I cannot set up an appointment over the phone because no one answers the line. I have been seeing the same doctor since I stopped going to the pediatrician and I have never been able to make an appoinment over the phone. Showing up in person is just as bad since you're going to be waiting anywhere between 2-4 hours.

    Its really hard setting up an appointment over the phone as no one answers the line. I live in Portland and had been trying to call for two weeks unsuccessfully. Been there before. The front line workers are extremely low in customer service. However the doctors are to be praised for their care and professionalism.

    Sat there for 4 hours. There were person there longer than me. I left not fully knowing what my medical diagnosis was. Some reviews say that the staff are rude. Yeah there are some with a little attitude and sass but they’re not all like that. I wish I had just gone to uwi. I heard uwi’s wait time was long which is why I went here but if I waited 4 hours I might as well wait at uwi which is cheaper and maybe I would’ve left knowing what my medical issue was.

    Zero rating! Called to get basic info and the receptionist cut off the call because she didn't know the answer and clearly had no interest to find out. If you own a business, do not send your staff here to get medicals done. The many phone lines are barely answered when rung and the receptionists are clearly uninterested in giving excellent customer service. Not to mention when you get there, the wait times are ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.

    Receptionists customer service are horrendous, definitely does not suite this line of business especially dealing with clients who are physically drained. A particular doctor has been my practitioner for years and she is great, however, this will be my final visit due to the horrible customer service from the receptionist.

    Doctors are great. Everything else is terrible. The wait time is forever. No communication. Front Desk staff are very unprofessional. Honestly is a waste of a good facility.

    My acne has cleared up significantly after going to Apex in just over a few months. It wasn’t the best looking in the beginning, but it’s a process and I’m happy with the results that’s been taking place. Thank you Dr. Yap!

    The doctors are great but the staff is horrible. Basic customer service and communication skills are lacking. Sigh. Not the Apex I’m use to.

    There is a lot of renovation going on and staff is getting better with answering the phone. The Doctors are excellent ..my guess with some of these patients is that they all want to get through all at once and some of those who are complaining is the same one to go into the doctors office and forget that other patients are wait..

    Pros The Doctors are EXCELLENT! Cons The young lady doing sanitizing waits until you ask a question before indicating what the steps are. The customer service is terribly deteriorating.Noone one gives eye contact.Noone is pleasant.Everyone seems too tired to care and act as if patient are being a bother.

    At face value they seem "ok" at the least, but dealing with the receptionists is a task! From start to finish the service is terrible. They don't care about patients, and this unfortunately applies to the doctors as well 😔 They forgot to hang up the phone after a very aggressive conversation with me and the nasty words I heard from the doctor and whoever she was talking to, about me was so disappointing. I know I shouldn't have heard their "off-air" conversation but if that's how they deal with and think about their customers I... I will never visit this place again and would never recommend it even to an animal. Extremely disappointed.
