Bluemountview is a well appointed, modern and clean guesthouse. The hosts Noel and Michelle are top notch and take pride in offering a superior place for visitors to enjoy. Breakfast is included with the rate and additional meals can be purchased with advanced notice. There are also other nearby places such as Prince Valley and Rafjam that also have restaurants to order meals. This is a one of the nicest accommodations I’ve stayed in the Blue Mountains.

My nr 1 favorite guesthouse of all the places I stayed in in the world. The stunning view, the home cooked meals with food from the farm, the daily hike to stand under the waterfall to wake up, the hummingbirds, coffee plants. From the moment we arrived it was all so relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Architecturally and mindfully situated almost hidden in the lush Blue Mountains of Jamaica, the BlueMountView guesthouse provided us with the most memorable home away from home stay of all our global travels. The guesthouses are designed with respect and homage to the landscape of the mountains and nearby rivers running through the property. We spotted the National bird of Jamaica, the hummingbird and the Jamaican swallowtail butterfly ( endemic to Jamaica) on several sightings throughout our stay. The guesthouses and cottage are each individually designed to offer unique views of the property and each provides amazing retreats to guests. The communal kitchen is well equipped and stocked to meet the needs of guests with a desire to prepare meals, tea or savor the coffee grown and processed naturally on the property. Lots of fruited trees to enjoy and fresh pristine water directly from the Blue Mountains! The locals in the community are welcoming and Noel and Michelle are widely and positively known in the area as they support so much community tourism in the area. So feel free to walk, chill and interact with the locals along your way. Owners Michelle and Noel provided a well curated and culturally immersive experience all around. From the overly affordable airport transportation, tours of the mountains and coffee roasting experience, delicious plant based breakfast and a trail map of the area for informed hiking around the nearby landmarks and local experiences . We travelled as a couple and enjoyed our early morning meditations ( as the property provides so many spots to allow for uninterrupted meditation in the midst of nature). It’s an artiste’s paradise and an amazingly healthy experience for the mindful traveler seeking a unique and almost an insider’s, exclusive experience of an area of Jamaica once reserved for the wealthy vacationers.

The Grounds are absolutely stunning, felt like I was staying postcard 😍. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, I recommend asking the host to provide the transfer to and from the airport much less hassle. On the drive up I felt very safe and comfortable the host is very knowledgeable on Jamaica and the local area. This is my 3rd stay and I will be booking for next year.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for two nights and would definitely have stayed longer. We stayed in the View room, which was excellent and with its massive open windows. Easily the best mountain stay we’ve ever had. The whole area is built by the owners themselves and is a really impressive space. They are also lovely people and clearly trying to make you as comfortable as possible. Noel also does a free coffee tour on the property. Michelle also made us a lovely breakfast both days. We rented a 4x4 and that is advised for some steep hills before the property, especially if you haven’t experienced rural driving on dirt roads. We’ve driven in Asian countrysides before however, so we found the drive perfectly fine. All in all easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given.

Amazing place! If you’re looking for an authentic and rustic experience far from the usual resort you will not be disappointed! Owners Michelle and Noel will make sure you have everything you need for your stay to be memorable, highly recommend!

As so as I reach this 8th wonder of the world, felt all stress leave my body, and Michelle & Noel made me feel like family, for hosting and the home cooked food I would give them more then 5 stars but the most this site gives, and the tours they also provide is worth every penny, will soon forward again :)

This place is amazing. Beautiful view and it’s perfect located for a lot of different hikes in the mountains. It’s 10 min hike from the waterfall where you can take a swim. The owners were really kind and helped us with everything needed. I can really recommend and would love to come back.

This is our favorite place in Jamaica. Here you can unwind, go hiking and enjoy nature. The rooms are very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The hosts are warm, honestly friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. We leave this wonderful place refreshed and deeply relaxed and will be very happy to come back.

I LOVE it here, definitely at home feel and jungle vibes. I feel in love at first sight back in 2020 when me and the Husband stumbled upon this hidden gem. What a Joy to find, you won’t want to leave once you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. Michelle & Noel are now our extended family we go back every year. Can’t wait to see ya next year!

The getaway in the Jamaican Blue Mountains is a marvelous mixture of nature, comfort and relaxation. Beautiful scenery, friendly hots, and good home grown food really make this place stand out. The hosts here will truly try their hardest to make your stay here exceed all expectations. Blue Mount Veiw will forever live in my heart!

This is one of the most amazing places I have stayed. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly, I felt like I was staying with family. Our room, their whole prolerty, the food, the vibe, everything exceeded my expectations. This whole place is just magical

This place is amazing, beauty property, modern and cozy rooms, warm and friendly hosts. I would recommend the blue mount guest house to every and anyone looking for that special getaway that's not like a hotel but just as good. The views are breathtaking from every angle and you won't regret going. It can be a family getaway, a girls getaway, men just going for a hike trip and even better a lovers getaway. I had such a great experience here, the view of blue mountains is magnificent!! Trekking through coffee mountains with great and experienced local tour guide made my stay more practical, I highly recommend Michelle's place to stay!

A 5-star review for this beautiful location in The Blue Mountains. Owners Noel and Michelle have built their own paradise high in the mountains. The journey there is an experience in itself. The directions Michelle sent via whatsapp were very helpful. We arrived in the dark and only early the next morning did we see what special place on earth we had arrived at. The view from the lodge and the rooms is incredibly beautiful. This is a perfect location if you love peace and nature. In the area you can make great walks, for example to beautiful waterfall. It is also nice to interact with the locals, which we did outside a small bar. Noel has a beautiful garden! It looks like a botanical park. He can tell about it with enthusiasm. Nice to hear and see how he makes his delicious Blue Mountain coffee. From his own beans. Michelle provides a delicious breakfast in the morning. From a local lady nearby, delicious food can be ordered for the evening (jerk chicken, of course, but also fish), brought by two cute girls. There is an outdoor kitchen that can be used and a very cozy open living room (with hammock!). At night, the starry night sky is stunningly beautiful. At this location you go to sleep early (it was dark at 7:15PM) and get up early again. We enjoyed it immensely. Noel & Michelle, thank you for your hospitality. What a beautiful location you have realized in this special place on earth!
