I'm not sure if the baristas are trained in this fashion, or if they are all just rude and inefficient. There can be a line, and they will not look up, acknowledge or take any orders until their cleaning/chores are done first. This has happened to me several times, so I have given up going to this Starbucks. Today there were 2 baristas, one cleaning a coffee pot, one getting ice... while 4 people waited in line for over 10 mins. I ended up leaving, as I was the last in line and no one was being helped. Here's a idea: fill the ice and clean when there are no customers! At the very least, stop staring at the ground and and say 'I'll be with you in a moment'. Use common sense.

Friendly service. I believe the people who work there try however my drink for $6 didn't really have a lot of flavor it was a mocha Frappuccino affogato. Too much ice too much water not enough coffee flavor. Which is a mocha Frappuccino with espresso Dropped In after it's Blended.. I don't have a photo to show. Because of this experience it'll be quite easy to just keep walking past the Starbucks

Every day I go to Starbucks sometimes a hot drink sometimes a cold drink but my favorite is an iced white chocolate mocha and don’t forget the whip cream

Online chat said to get card replacement at the store, but they only told balance and wouldn't replace it.

Food is always so,so. I mean its NOT Fleichensteins bakery my dear! 1/2 the time they get my order WRONG! Because of my dietary restrictions! Atmosphere is a bit stressful so its definitely not my favorite place to go to unwind.

Always makes the drinks to perfection! Only downside is the small size in Jewel so if it's busy hours you will have to wait a decent amount of time.

Not sure how you can call your self Starbucks. The coupons are not honored. They charge to put syrup in your ice coffee. Which that's never happened to me. The women are beyond rude there,

They wouldn’t let me scan my phone for points. Said they could only scan gift cards which makes no sense.

Love coming here they are the best at their job ,best service I ever received, they never let me down with my drink 10/10 😻😻😻

All I need is house coffee. Always quiet.

The girls are always so sweet here! they always remember my order and are very quick! Love this Starbucks!!
