I arrived just before 8 a.m. (scheduled opening time), but the office did not open until 8:15. No appointment is required here. After the normal first-time patient paperwork was completed, I was called in. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a decent experience. I would not have a problem going back.

Arrived and checked in as I made a last minute appointment before a hospital visit as I wanted my infant to be seen as soon as possible. Was told by pediatrician to do so. When I briefly explained to the receptionist why I was there I was told to sit down and not one minute later a woman in the back was criticizing me for not wanting to bring my child to the hospital as I didn't want to risk her catching something worse if I was just being paranoid. I understand medical facilities are short staffed but that was entirely unprofessional. I heard her LOUDLY talking about me and she didn't know anything about the situation other than the briefing I gave to the receptionist because I didn't feel to give her the whole 2 week long story. I made sure the receptionist knew I could hear her to which she walked to the back and said something and that she'd make sure I wasn't with that provider. Absolutely uncalled for. How DARE you shame a first time mom for literally trying to do her damn best. I hope no one ever makes you feel the way you made me feel today. My child's only symptom was a cough and no fever but the cough got progressively worse. She wasn't in critical situation. Update. After reaching out to their support email in their response no one ever got back to me. Was billed 165 for doing absolutely nothing for my child AND being belittled by staff

Was able to check in and make available appointment within an hour and half. Easy registration. Staff was amazing. From front desk, nurse, and doctor. All treated me kindly, fast, and thorough. Did not have to wait long at all. Very pleasant experience considering what I was experiencing physically. Doctor and nurse took their time to make sure I was ok from start to finish. Thank you for your prompt and friendly service. Was very impressed, and will return if needed for future urgent care. Thank you again.

Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. I was seen in a very timely manner by Nicole Morgan, PA. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She listened to and answered all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. She was awesome. I would highly recommend your facility to everyone.

Dr. Amanda, Nick and their staff were wonderful! I was seen on Monday 9/18/23, they were very caring, understanding, and compassionate! Their whole team/staff deserves the highest praise for the care that they gave to me as a patient! I highly recommend this urgent care!

We have gone to Physicians Immediate Care in New Lenox several times. Every experience has been positive. Every staff member that we have encountered has been knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The last time we were there was for my son's broken arm, and they went above and beyond. The receptionist showered him with little toys, stickers, and suckers, and the medical team had outstanding bedside manner and took great care of him. It's so much easier getting in at this urgent care than with his pediatrician, and the care we get is just as good. Highly recommend.

Would be a 5 star but their new Policy requires 168 dollar copay and then you get reimbursed if they don't use it all. However if you use a HSA it's hard to redeposit that money. They need to revisit this.

I received great service and care. Very nice staff. Nurse was extremely nice and physician was really professional. I would recommend this location to anyone. They do have a bit of wait time for those that are in a rush.
