Truly disappointed in this team. I have been going to them for 15 years, and they even delivers my baby. But I move out of state and they cut off my prescriptions because they no longer are getting my money. The very least would be some kind of notice to find a new doctor. The nurse said she would call me in a month order and then changed their mind because I told them my new address. Thanks for showing me your true colors!!! Don't go to a place that you can't trust in an emergency!

My experience has been horrible at this center. Everyone, with the exception of my obgyn and his nurses have been rude and uninformative. The communication within the staff members are horrible. The staff members ask you questions that should easily be found in the file, and expect you to know the answers. Every time I call or go in for a visit I brace myself bc I know I'm in for a bad experience. Coming from Northwestern Gynecology, my experiences have been night and day. The star I've given is only for my obgyn and his nurses. If it wasn't for the convenient location I'd be running far far away.

I have experienced only the best of care and information here. My gyne, my primary MD. My gi and ent all are here at this location. I’ve had mammograms and many other tests done here as well. I have only experienced the best of care with concise explanations and directions both verbally and electronically. All my questions are answered to my satisfaction. All my wait times ( however brief) are explained. Post care instructions are straightforward. Front desk staff also gracious and accommodating.

Wait is too long ,they are over booking. Go somewhere else. Duly health is greedy
