I used to love Chili's for their chips , tacos, etc. My kids love it because you can get a drink, appetizer,and meal for 10 bucks, and mom says ok because I don't go broke trying to feed my children. The one thing that is my biggest pet peeve is the brown nasty looking avocado that they try to put on your sandwich. There is nothing worse and unappetizing. Covid and now lack of workers. I came in and so many open seats, but people had to wait to sit to eat because honestly there weren't enough workers. It's a very sad situation. We had to wait, and we did, but honestly, we don't know why we did because the food was terrible. My daughter didn't like her meal. It was very greasy and asked for a hamburger instead. If you look around the place is messy,lack of staff and tons of people waiting to eat. Honestly, it's not worth at all to eat out at all. I got home to eat a hamburger..not edible. I watched ten bucks for a meal that we just threw out. This is the story at almost every place recently. Stay home and eat. I'm a glutton for punishment. Try , try again. It makes my kids happy. Not bad this time, but I got a chuckle. I ordered a salad with a ranch. I told the lady about my allergies. I'm just about to put dressing on my salad when she says she just remembered that the dressing has some of my allergies in it. So, she brought me out a ranch but charged me for it. Smh. Figures but kudos for telling me before I ate it.

Very clean environment, service was fast, accommodating, and friendly. Chicken crispers tasted alright and were warm, not hot. Fries and Mac and cheese were pretty good though. Restaurant was rather loud, even when only 1/3rd full. Location is very convenient, right off the freeway and close to several hotels.

Great place, The service has always been great, and food is good for what they have. They have a big selection, which helps when everyone wants something different. Parking can be tough sometimes but not bad.

Ordered the ancho salmon, they sent me a piece of salmon with none of the ingredients on top. So sick of these half azz workers and restaurants.

This is probably my all time favorite chillis restaurant! I come here all the time! Very friendly staff. Very clean environment, and they really do pay attention to detail. They are usually improving which is a good sign and shows that they care! I will definitely continue to support this place by coming to eat here! Thank you, keep doing a great job.

The service was extremely slow and mid way another person ? Manager came by and asked for our order again because seemingly only part of order went in. It has now been over 40 min and no one has a come by to update or bring food. This is no way to handle a situation. Waitress walked by and I had to stop here to get any information. Lousy service

They were busy when we arrived but we sat right away. Initial acknowledgement from the waitress was slow although she was friendly and polite. I was brought a wrong soda by the person that delivered our drinks. The food was perfect. The waitress was slow to check in on us and then slow in wrapping up our visit. We were asked to pay on a portable kiosk, whick is ok with me, but the screen was a bit sticky.

The food was ok, but the service was quick and friendly. The server kept our drinks filled and the food came out fairly quickly. In these days of expensive everything it was nice to have a good meal for one adult and two kids including one appetizer and a desert for under $40 dollars including tip was a welcomed relief.

Only giving this rating for the GM TIM. He is truly amazing. Handled everything and gave options. I had to complain for the first time and honestly Chili’s is lucky to have a GM like him. Thank you again Tim!

Good food especially if eating there, but if taking out make sure there’s enough dipping sauces or you might not be given appropriate amounts for multiple orders of appetizers. Edit: So far they have improved on appetizers dipping sauces, great.

Food was hot and fast and our waitress was friendly. Ordered Bacon Ranch Quesadilla...recommend.

I love this place. Plenty of parking. Clean indoors and out. Customer service is very accommodating. Quite spacious. The food is delicious. I love the salmon.

I am really upset 😡 with the order that i place today. If you want to be deliver your food to your house just think twice before doing it because they will have you in the system wrong even you put the right information on the website. Also the person who picks up the order would not make sure about the peopleos order and just take them to diferent place but not yours..

For a Chili's its actually pretty good. Outstanding service food always gets to the table quickly and hot. If you have to charge your Tesla it's a good place to hang while charging.

One of my favorite eateries regardless of its location. Food is always delicious and top rate. Our waitress was outstanding constantly checking up on us asking if everything was okay. Now thats the kind of service Chili's is known for. A definite return for more delicious Chili's food. Keep up the outstanding work 👏.

This last time that we were there the food was kind of disappointed, the wings were not the flavor it was supposed to be (habanero)and both tasted like BBQ sauce. We were set at the bar area and we saw our waitress/bartender only 3 times. The other times that we have been there the service was good but this time it sucked. The hostess where nice and the other server at the bar was nice to us too

The employees of this location are nice and never had a issue with my order. This shrinkflation going on with the retooling of "specials" is a issue and it's for corporate but they won't care. The machine runs with your concern or not. For a togo order Chip sizing same. Salsa size, guacamole dip 1/2 size and upcharge "3 dip". The salad portion was ridculous. Literally a salad stuffed in a salsa cup with a small side cup of dressing. Can you at least give us a good amount of fries or a decent salad while you ask for another $5 per person with your pricing. Squeeze and squeeze until the consumer pushes back. Keep playing that short game corporate America.

The service and speed of the food arriving was fantastic, Heather was amazing. Gf thought the same. This is my new favorite Chilis, 1000x better than the one in Uncasville/Montville.

I can't comment on the food. We were never greeted at the front door despite standing there with many other customers for more than ten minutes, and despite being glanced at by several waitstaff. Finally gave up and left. The waitstaff are all congenial with one another, which is nice to see.

We were very tired when we got to the hotel room. So we decided to use GrubHub to deliver some food from Chili’s. The food was very good packed well and tasted just as like we were in the restaurant. They even included ketchup for my wife’s french fries. They did a great job

Food was good. Disappointed they did away with some of their offerings that were cost effective and like everywhere their prices went up but waiter was great and we enjoyed ourselves. I always have a much better experience here when I dine in because their take out service is awful.

My family had a really bad experience at this Chili’s. On Sunday my entire family and granddaughter were there. Our server wasn’t too pleasant. We waited almost an hour for food. When she finally came back to our table we asked how long it would take for our food, she said the kitchen workers are new, and the kitchen is in total chaos. Meanwhile, the table across from us who were all white came in a half an hour after us, were served and eating their food! We ask for a manager, told her what was going on, offered to pay for what we had so we could leave the premises. I was extremely upset because I had my eight-year-old granddaughter with me who was hungry and ready to eat after visiting my 99-year-old mother in the nursing home. We are from out of town and had an hour ride back before getting something to eat. This issue needs to be addressed!

Horrible cold chicken tenders and fries. My salad had barely anything in it. Only a few chips and pieces of chicken for $16. It is not ok to charge that much and think it is ok for what you gave me!!
