This place is amazing! The moment you enter the entranceway, you can smell the fresh made waffle cones billowing out the door. Walking in, you get to experience and visualize life in the late 1800s. Making your way to the parlor, you can smell the various delicious scents getting stronger. Once you enter the parlor, you are greeted by smiling faces of lovely people adorned in very clean ice cream parlor attire. The selection is amazing. I was there with my wife and two children. We all chose something different and unique. We were all blown away by the burst of flavors we experienced as we passed our selections around the table for the others to try. The pricing was very good for the quality and amount that you received. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in PEI. If the team is reading this, thank you so much! You made our trip 10x better!!

This place is truly fantastic – it gives me a homely feeling with its friendly staff, heavenly ice creams, antique charm, and comfortable atmosphere. Their offerings boast fantastic quality and quantity at an amazing price. I adore everything they provide, but my top favorite is the homemade brownie with pecans. The outdoor seating around the fireplace is a delightful touch. Whenever I'm in a bad mood, I visit, savor my ice cream alone, and leave feeling as if I'm at home.

I really wanted to love Holman's ice cream because I love to support local. The building and surrounding garden (complete with seating and fire pit) is beautiful. The heritage home has a very grand feeling and houses the business well. The staff were very friendly. However, the ice cream itself is lackluster. The selection of flavors was limited and the ice cream was not rich and creamy like I'd expect a homemade ice cream to be. In my opinion, it was just OK... I wouldn't rush back.

Ice cream was absolutely amazing. Locally sourced ingredients and everything. The Spaghetti sundae was super fun and the strawberry sauce was like fresh jam. The strawberry rhubarb sorbet was creamy and very flavourful. The atmosphere was also really nice with a beautiful bonfire burning out back with tables and chairs. 100% recommend checking out if you have the chance!

LOVED the atmosphere here. The ice cream shop is in a historic building and they make all their ice cream themselves. They usually have a campfire going on the outdoor lawn to enjoy in the summer and they have a shelf of board games that we sat and played with while eating our ice cream.

I had heard a lot about this place, so we had to check it out. It was a rainy day, so that may have contributed to us enjoying it a little less. The ice cream was good. We all got a waffle cone with two scoops. The parlor itself is awesome. The service was also good. I expected it to be more expensive given the popularity, so it was fine to me.

Wowowowoowowowow absolute best ice cream ever. And sooo many options that change daily. Waffle cones and bowls are made right in front of you. They also are pretty inventive with their variety of serving styles, including ice cream pasta! The one my friend got doesn’t have the strawberry sauce that makes it look more realistic and the meatball is a Ferrero Roche!

Three times a year I drive an hour to get the best ice cream east of Montreal. First trip of the year did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, and the flavours never disappoint. A must if you are living on, or visiting PEI
