After a hard days bicycling, we stopped to have an ice cream cone, not just anyones ice cream , but ones from COW’s!! Yummy.

Come to the boardwalk and experience the best ice cream on earth! The flavours are amazing, and many are locally sourced and inspired. Also, frankly, it's super charming. All the cow puns and flavour names, it's so adorable.

We had all three Cows PEI flavours! Yay!!! PEI apple crisp, PEI blueberry, and PEI strawberry. My favourite has got to be the apple crisp. Cow chips are too sweet and rich. Anne of Green Gables raspberry cordial is delightful!! 😊

Stopped to see if I could enjoy some ice cream but I’m traveling alone with a pup so I couldn’t go in with the dog. A wonderful employee, Caleb, saw me and kindly offered to hold my pup for me❤️. As weird as it was to give my pup to a stranger, the help and hospitality was very much appreciated. Thanks Caleb!!

This place is amazing! The ice cream actually tastes like it's made with real cream, and from real ingredients, and you can watch them make their own waffle cones right on site!

Good ice cream and friendly service but serving size and cost relative to other places is a bit underwhelming.

As always, Cows is just amazing! Can’t go wrong here. Flavours: apple crisp, peach Melba, strawberry, moonicorn. Additional goodies: their t-shirts with a parody on movies, shows and some brands. Worth the trip.

So so so so delicious!!! There are so many flavors it's hard to choose just one.

Loved their PEI Blueberry and Strawberry ice team! Some of them look quite artificial but these berry flavors seem to be all natural. Some benches outside to sit down and enjoy eating ice cream. $6 + tax a scoop - not cheap!

I love COWS! i used to come as a kid so its super nostalgic. They have great icecream. Awesome tshirts, sweatshirts, socks etc. So much stuff now. Everything from magnets so school lunch bags, to cows butter. Busy place. Totally worth it. I got my son a minecraft theme tshirt moocraft. Hilarious. They had harry potter, sports themes everything. Ita great. Check it out

Rated number 1 best ice cream in the world, and for good reason; it is delicious. The line of people pouring through the door to pick up this delicious summer snack is endless. They stay busy, but they get you in and out quickly. Highly recommend this place.

A great selection of shops, just outside the PEI Park. We had the famous Cows ice cream and it was wonderful! Large variety of good flavours and the clerks were very helpful.

It was really good ice cream but I’ve also had better. I love the attached shop with cow themed merchandise.

Loads of flavours to choose from. Friendly staff. They let you sample flavours. The store also had loads of products and clothing items to pick from. Great selection over all

The product itself is great. But on two occasions my scoops were tiny, it really depends on who you get scooping… disappointing as I like the ice cream itself. Summer staff should be trained better.

Might be slightly obsessed with cows but for good reason. Best ice cream in the world. Had to get some swag too. Their stuff is so cute !

We were told about COWS at an inn we stayed at in Charlottetown. Great ice cream and good cones. Fun flavors—many had names that were a play on words about cows. We went to one store in Cavendish and one in Charlottetown. A must for an island vacation!

Was my last day on PEI and had to stop here for a nice treat on a nice summer day, was around 5 in the afternoon on a Saturday, line was about 20 people long when I entered but only took a few minutes to get to the front. I did see a couple flies inside (and even on the cones :x...) that did turn of off a bit, but the icecream was delicious.

Best ice cream tons of great Flavours. A bit pricey but in a very touristy place

First time trying COWS ice cream. Insane line up. Some people were chronic fans and some were new like we were. Fortunately, people amused themselves and the line moved quickly. I had the Peach Melba with a plain waffle cone. My bf had Wowie Cowie with a chocolate/peanut dipped waffle cone. Both were tasty (the cones were amazing)...but I don't know that COWS is better than Kawartha Dairy...but I'm glad I got to try it. I also got a few obligatory non-ice cream COWS souvenirs to take home.

Cows themed everything from apparel to food. Just do it. Ice cream is tasty!

Busy. A very busy location. I recommend you drive down to the one in Avonlea. Less busy. The line moved quickly, but their card reader was down so no credit card. Which for an American Tourist was very annoying. Not bad ice cream, just a long line in a small shop and had to use cash, which we had little of.
