Wow, Wow, the mussels and scallops were delicious and the drinks were good too!! The views from the outside patio are exceptional! Our server was a summer student from Ontario working there for the summer, she was great as well, so we gave her a great tip!

Food was fresh and yummy! The staff was really nice and accommodating as we had young children with us. I ordered oysters, steamed clams and the chowder and they didn't disappoint! My daughter had the fish and chips! It was a bigger portion than she was able to eat but still good!

Raw quahog clams were absolutely delicious - meaty with a satisfying bite, pleasantly salty, and went well with the horseradish cream. Steamed clams were good too but just a bit sandy. The dry cider on tap was nice too, and the outdoor patio had a great view overlooking the water.

Muscles in garlic and wine were delicious. Oysters where fresh and well prepared. Friendly service and good value. Coconut cream pie was the perfect end!

Awesome food and staff at Carr's! The lobster roll and PEI potato salad was so good and the fish and chips was fantastic.. non greasy with a perfect coating! Don't miss this gem!

My wife and I were surprised that the establishment was open and stopped in out of curiosity. Had a drink at the bar with a delightful server. A very clean and well maintained place. We will be back.

Great oysters - very fresh. We had the Cascumpec and Fortune Bay. Had the seafood Chowder - good flavour, not too creamy (which i like) but could have used more seafood. Mussles were fresh, very simple broth made with white wine and raw garlic.

Excellent place to stop by for oysters, especially when other restaurants are closed for the cold season. Their Shucker's Plate comprised of three oyster varieties for $42 was reasonably priced (yes, times are hard and everything is expensive at the time of writing this review). Their seafood chowder was to die for and the staff was ever so kind and knowledgeable. Wait... Did I mention the view? 😉

Stopped in as soon as I saw the oyster bar sign! After consulting with Jeff, who was busily shucking oysters, I ordered the Malpeques…incredible. Best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried this variety where I live and although they’ve been good, there is just no comparison to fresh from the water we are sitting next to. Jeff gave my husband and I a quick “about oyster lesson” too. We had so much fun. Hope you do too!

I go several times every year I visit PEI and this place is great! Oysters are amazing, patio is great and we had Olivia as our fantastic server on the last visit. Highly reccomend!

Stopped for lunch, the seafood chowder was watery, tasteless and had few flakes of seafood and potatoes . The fish and chips( not fresh cut fries) the fish didn't taste fresh, and the portion was 1 skinny piece. The server took the chowder off the bill when I complained. Husband enjoyed the oysters. Waste of money.

Staff are Amazing!!.... but don't come hungry for lunch. We ordered the seafood chowder Big Bowl and was hard pressed to find much in it. My little companion also felt insufficiently suffonsified, easily slurping up her lunch in about a minute. Potatoes are cheap! Load it up!! Watching the kids jump off Stanley Bridge improved the experience. At least we don't have to save room for dinner.

Cannot say enough great things about this gem of a restaurant! Staff were welcoming and accommodating considering we were travelling with our canine companion Daisy (who by the way gives this place 4 paws up!) My first time having steamer clams and they had just been brought to the restaurant 2 hrs prior … you cannot get any fresher than that! My husband loved his fish and chips and the views from the deck are beautiful. Thank you Carr’s! We will definitely be back before we return home! No matter where in the island you may be visiting - this place is worth the trip! Also shout out to our amazing waitress from Barrie!

Friendly service. Food was very tasty. I got the cucumber and bacon on a toasty bun and homemade potato salad. Was the best I've ever tasted. My friend loved her food as well. There were no left overs. Sorry,no picture of the food. Scenery was amazing!

The food was amazing and so was the service!! Our server was super sweet and she made sure we had a good experience. The prices are super fair considering that all the seafood is fresh and very tasty. Would definitely come back here and recommend it!

My husband and I stopped for lunch and had a great experience. We both tried fresh oysters for the first time. Our table was right beside the oyster bar, and one of the chefs explained everything for us. We tried some local oysters and some from the other side of the island. It was so interesting how each of them tasted so different. They were delicious! I have dairy, gluten, soy, corn, and egg allergies, so I often have a tricky time eating out. Our server brought the owner to our table to speak with me. She was very friendly and helpful. I had a pan-fried haddock with shrimp and scallops. They have a dedicated gluten-free deep frier, so I had fries as well. My husband had fish and chips. Everything was delicious.

Fantastic food. Oysters, fish tacos and lobster rolls are delicious. Friendly staff is not doing this place justice. Patient, hard working, educational and understanding. They make you feel like family. Amazing location, gazing upon the water, red soil, Stanley Bridge, kids/adults jumping of the bridge into waters, you can be sitting in the shade under a large canopy or in the sun on one of best (if not the best) patio on PEI Island. Option to sit inside weather permitted. Highly recommended to choose patio option. Lots of parking options. Can get busy depending on if you arrive late. Kid friendly. Amazing wine list and selections.

We had lunch on the deck. Very picturesque location near across from a marina. Food and service were very good. The place was understaffed, however, for the large group of motorcyclists that suddenly appeared. We enjoyed Carr's very much.

Awesome food. Haddock and lobster was very fresh. Nicely cooked. Good food, outside sitting on the restaurant deck under umbrella with cool breeze was amazing.
