My
daughter
and
I
went
to
Panera
Bread
in
New
Milford
for
lunch
on
3/10/23.
We
ordered
from
the
kiosk,
there
were
no
buzzers
available
so
the
kiosk
said
my
name
would
be
called
when
our
order
was
ready.
My
daughter
ordered
a
teriyaki
chicken
rice
bowl
with
no
cilantro
and
I
ordered
a
sandwich.
Our
name
was
never
called,
we
had
to
go
and
check
if
our
food
was
ready.
My
daughter's
teriyaki
chicken
rice
bowl
had
so
much
cilantro
on
it
that
you
could
barely
see
the
food
under
it.
She
took
it
back
to
the
window
and
told
them
it
was
not
supposed
to
have
cilantro
on
it,
the
girl
that
took
it
from
her
was
pleasant
and
said
they
would
take
care
of
it,
just
as
she
finished
speaking
the
other
girl
that
was
there
turned
and
ask
the
girl
that
took
the
food
back
if
she
had
ever
seen
the
movie
Waiting.
For
anyone
that
doesn't
know
the
movie
it
is
about
what
kitchen
staff
does
to
your
food
when
you
return
it
because
of
an
error,
and
it's
not
pleasant.
She
did
eat
her
lunch
but
only
because
she
stood
there
and
watched
everything
that
went
on
with
fixing
her
meal.
Was
the
comment
poorly
timed
one
has
to
wonder
and
honestly
if
it
wasn't
for
the
fact
that
she
could
see
them
fix
the
error
we
would
have
asked
for
our
money
back
and
left
without
eating
there.
This
type
of
behavior
will
definitely
make
us
think
twice
before
eating
there
again.
