The mac n cheese was more like soup. The green goddess caprese melt was terrible. There was no cheese. It was mostly dressing on bread. The baguette bread was like a rock. The food was terrible!!

Ordered full Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Got home and got 1/2 a sandwich (more like bread) but was charged for a full sandwich. For the side I asked for an apple which was missing too. Waste of money.

Went through the drive thru, I ordered something that I didn’t realize they stopped making and the guy snapped at me.

I go to Panera a lot.. went through the drive through to get 3 breakfast sandwiches and a pecan braid. The drive thru person wouldn’t or couldn’t get the order correct. Asked for a manager and he seemed to get the problem about one of the breakfast sandwiches fixed. They gave me a bag with my order and I get home and it’s wrong. One of the breakfast sandwiches was missing sausage and no pecan braid. Not happy.. maybe I’ll think twice about going to Panera as much as I do!

Went on my lunch to get food and as I’m eating my soup I see a large piece of wood. I take it out to make sure and sure enough it’s a huge piece of wood! I have tried to call Panera over 5 times and no one picks up the phone from an associate or manager and it’s not during busy times. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I am even more mad that I can not reach anyone at the store

Very good and consistent Panera. Although, I ordered on the app and could only pick it up after I waited in the drive thru lane after everybody else ordered. People were very nice. I will be back.

I love going to Panera bread. I feel good about the food I'm eating. Panera bread makes it easy to make smart food choices with low calories. I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable so I can go more often.

BEWARE before you place a catering order at this location. We purchased over $500 worth of food. We received left over bagels and pastries thrown in a box from the night before horrible presentation and stale. No variety as it was only leftovers. No cups plates or utensils were offered. When we called the store we were told “the night baker packed it” and no further help was offered. Horrible business

My daughter and I went to Panera Bread in New Milford for lunch on 3/10/23. We ordered from the kiosk, there were no buzzers available so the kiosk said my name would be called when our order was ready. My daughter ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl with no cilantro and I ordered a sandwich. Our name was never called, we had to go and check if our food was ready. My daughter's teriyaki chicken rice bowl had so much cilantro on it that you could barely see the food under it. She took it back to the window and told them it was not supposed to have cilantro on it, the girl that took it from her was pleasant and said they would take care of it, just as she finished speaking the other girl that was there turned and ask the girl that took the food back if she had ever seen the movie Waiting. For anyone that doesn't know the movie it is about what kitchen staff does to your food when you return it because of an error, and it's not pleasant. She did eat her lunch but only because she stood there and watched everything that went on with fixing her meal. Was the comment poorly timed one has to wonder and honestly if it wasn't for the fact that she could see them fix the error we would have asked for our money back and left without eating there. This type of behavior will definitely make us think twice before eating there again.

A good Panera, drive thru and easy to park and get into the shopping center and out. The convenience makes it a nice place.
