I never thought I’d be a Pilates girl but I’ve been doing private sessions with Sierrah at sculpt for two months now and I can not recommend her enough! I’ve yet to take any classes but I’m sure when I feel ready I will seek out her times. She’s very patient and has a precision eye for form & your body. I’ve learned so much these last two months and I feel stronger than I have in so long! I’m post a pretty big surgery that destabilized my core a lot and it’s been hard to feel confident I’ll ever regain my strength but I can say I’ve felt set up for success by Sierrah and I’m grateful to have her!

I had a class this morning at 6AM. I have taken 2 classes at other studios before but I felt comfortable and challenged. I definitely will be returning. I enjoyed myself.

Loved the studio and the vibe ! Bridget was an amazing instructor...Will be back next time I'm in NOLA
