The therapists Lexie and Destry were excellent. They were very focused in what they were doing. They answered all my questions concerning my therapy.The facility was clean and organized. I would recommend PT Solutions to anyone 100%.

Due to a general lack of coordination or common sense, I have suffered a string of different injuries that could have been crippling if not for the excellent staff at PT Solutions. They have always been knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, and have repeatedly helped me return to 100% functionality no matter what ridiculous way I find to hurt myself. I have suffered for a year with a partially torn rotater cuff and have tried various therapies but never really healed. Lexie was my primary therapist, but I worked with Destry and Jackson, a student, as well. Everyone is competent, compassionate and balances the seriousness of their task with humor. I have a plethora of exercises to use at home now that I am finished, but Lexie made it clear I could return if needed and we would try my insurer again.

PT solutions was absolutely awesome! The whole team was extremely helpful, encouraging, and professional. They worked with my schedule and guided me through the steps I needed to heal and strengthen my ankle. I would recommend them to everyone!

I have been coming intermittently for 6 months after having a neck injury that also affected my shoulder and arm. Everyone here has been incredibly professional, thorough and flexible with my schedule which often changes last minute. Would recommend anyone here. I have worked with Lexie, Destry and Drew the most and all are excellent.

I have had the most rewarding experience at PT solution downtown, the entire crew is so wonderful. When I first began I was using a walking cane and had bad back problems, today I do not use a cane and no back pain, thank u PT solution.

This place is a total SCAM!!!!! Patient beware!!!!! When I first went to the facility I asked what the charge would be. They said don't worry that they would just bill my insurance and I only had to pay $35 copay. I asked again what they charge per visit. They responded with $130/ visit if I was a cash patient. Then I asked how much do they charge my insurance company they responded very vaguely and said billing would work it out with insurance. I assumed it would be a little more than the $130/visit but after receiving my first bill for services not covered by insurance and finding out that my coverage was maxed out for the year on this one issue I called in to get to the bottom of the issue. It turns out that they like to charge $2,321 per visit!!!! This is a scam!!!!!!!! One hour visit for over $2K!!!! To date my insurance has been charged over $60K and I know there is still a months worth of outstanding bills that I have not received yet. Now I am left with a final bill for over $2,300 that they expect me to pay after I have already paid $35 per visit and they already collected about $35,000 from my insurance company. Help me understand how most Physical Therapist offices that I have been to charge $80-120/visit and this one wants to charge $2,321/ visit. You decide! But don't complain about high insurance cost if you support an unethical, scamming place like this!

My first experience doing PT and could not have asked for a better place to do it. Worked with 4 different instructors and all of them were kind, personable, and caring. Very knowledgeable and exercises were never boring. At the end of my program, I had met my personal goals. Would highly recommend this place! The people really make it worth it!

My experience at the Tulane Physical Therapy unit was helpful. My therapist, Lexie, went above and beyond by explaining not only the process but how the process provided relief to my situation. She provided me with the necessary tools and techniques to continue my therapy at home

My experience at PT Solutions of N.O. at Tulane Hospital Downtown was phenomenal! When I first walked into PT Solutions, I was barely able to walk and in excruciating pain. Lexi really took the time to listen to me and customized a workout plan tailored specifically to my physical capabilities. Within weeks I gained my strength back and hit the gym for the first time in months. Each one of the PT Solutions team members were so positive and uplifting. Walking into PT Solutions, I was in tears, completely discouraged and feeling defeated. Walking out of PT Solutions I was filled with tears of joy, literally. I am beyond thankful and grateful for this amazing team of Therapists and all they do! I am pain free and ready to get back to the gym and take on my new workout plan! Its a family atmosphere. They make each patient feel like they're #1. They are very qualified and my husband has progressed a lot since being here. I had therapy at pt solutions and the staff is outstanding. When I first started I barely had muscle strength in my legs. When I finished with my sessions. My muscles became stronger in my legs, and riding the exercise bike became easier to ride. Now I am able to walk better than before. I am happy that they are there to help. Thanks for being there.

MY experience with PT Solutions was an excellent one, they’re all extremely compassionate, caring, and dedicated to helping patients better their physical mobility and performance, as well as guiding patients to become more confident! Best outpatient rehab in my opinion! I've always had reoccurring issues in my neck and back, even after seeing a chiropractor. I have never had so much relief until after I came here.
