zero
stars
if
I
could.
I
could
name
a
million
reasons,
but
I’ll
just
name
a
few.
A/C
was
breaking
on
&
off
since
we
moved
in.
The
maintenance
staff
claims
to
fix
it,
but
it
always
ends
up
breaking
again
&
there’s
a
different
excuse
each
time!
Water
leaks
through
the
walls
and
ceiling
are
very
common.
There
was
mold
covering
most
of
my
ceiling
due
to
the
constant
water
leak.
There
was
a
wire
hanging
from
my
ceiling
for
months
that
was
supposed
to
be
fixed
when
I
moved
in.
Don’t
even
waste
your
time
trying
to
contact
the
front
office
because
they
won’t
answer
the
phone.
Elma
has
the
worst
attitude,
never
knows
what’s
going
on
&
swears
she’s
never
wrong.
Don’t
forget
about
the
random
charges
they
add
to
your
rent
every
month!
Maintenance
is
lazy
as
h*ll.
I
moved
in
October
2020,
had
to
make
an
agreement
with
Kelli
to
break
lease
in
July
2021
because
I
feared
for
my
family’s
health.
Mind
you,
this
all
happened
in
a
“renovated”
unit!
Update:
I
was
promised
I
could
move
out
with
no
repercussions
due
to
my
living
situation
by
Kelli.
After
moving
out,
a
collection
was
put
on
my
credit
report
and
a
broken
lease
on
my
rental
history.
After
a
long
fight,
all
of
that
has
been
removed
free
of
charge!
These
apartments
are
run
by
a
terrible
company
and
the
people
in
the
front
office
are
even
worse.
You
can't
expect
luxury
living
in
the
east,
but
no
one
in
these
reviews
are
exaggerating!
Please
stay
far
away.
