I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to move here, my air been broke for that last couple of weeks.. like how is my thermostat is on 50 but it’s 80 degrees in here🥴I called SEVERAL times , I have a one year old child. She’s constantly sweating. I was at work one day and had got a notification saying that my problem was solved. A LIE ! My sister was here , and she said NOBODY came. And that it was STILL HOT.

I would give zero stars if I could. I could name a million reasons, but I’ll just name a few. A/C was breaking on & off since we moved in. The maintenance staff claims to fix it, but it always ends up breaking again & there’s a different excuse each time! Water leaks through the walls and ceiling are very common. There was mold covering most of my ceiling due to the constant water leak. There was a wire hanging from my ceiling for months that was supposed to be fixed when I moved in. Don’t even waste your time trying to contact the front office because they won’t answer the phone. Elma has the worst attitude, never knows what’s going on & swears she’s never wrong. Don’t forget about the random charges they add to your rent every month! Maintenance is lazy as h*ll. I moved in October 2020, had to make an agreement with Kelli to break lease in July 2021 because I feared for my family’s health. Mind you, this all happened in a “renovated” unit! Update: I was promised I could move out with no repercussions due to my living situation by Kelli. After moving out, a collection was put on my credit report and a broken lease on my rental history. After a long fight, all of that has been removed free of charge! These apartments are run by a terrible company and the people in the front office are even worse. You can't expect luxury living in the east, but no one in these reviews are exaggerating! Please stay far away.

This place deserves Zero stars!! No air since October 2020 and today is June 2021. Laguna Creek needs Lee Zuriks attention along with all the local and national news stations. My daughter and granddaughter has chronic Asthma cannot be living under these conditions. The panel for the ac unit is filthy!!!! I wish can can upload a picture for the world to see how this company have paying tenants living. If Laguna Creek does not send someone out today I will be contacting all news stations and national news.

This company is set up to take applications and admin fees both which are non refundable for units which vacancy does not exist. But advertised online as available. The pictures are photoshopped ai generated. Go see in person. Claims to be a gun free community. When I pulled up to deliver my app a resident was walking through the parking lot with a Draco.

If you're looking to move here DONT! I pay my rent on time and I've been waiting along with other people in this complex for my air to be fixed. When you call the office about a problem they see your caller id & purposely don't answer the phone!

You get what you pay for. The buildings look rough, the gate is broken, and the paint is uneven inside. But if you don't mind those things, just put in your maintenance requests and have the pest control guy come by (Thursdays). It's not as bad as the Google reviews, but it's not as nice as the pictures on their site. It's not that bad, but you also aren't living at luxary apartments either. If you handle your own B.S. then it's fine.

Do not move here!! Mold and mildew issues weren't taken care of, after moving out they claim there's no information they can give you.

  • 1/5 La Ley N. 1 year ago on Google
Worst people I've ever worked for . Managers don't care about the tenants .the owners only care about how much money they can make .and never had materials to replace or fix . Only wanted cover up work done . Pathetic.

This property is great the staff members are very sweet and caring they are very professional and they care about the tenant more than the actual property they make you feel comfortable. The maintenance staff is kind of slow but they get the job done. The property is always clean

if you are reading this and thinking about renting out this apartment. DO NOT!! PLEASE DO NOT! My apartment was broken into severally. Management did not care. The mailboxes are always broken leaving our personal mail and information vulnerable. The pictures are extremely misleading and the people in the office are very rude. If you have a maintenance problem (in which you probably will) you might have to wait weeks on end until a solution is brought to you. The east is also not a good area in new orleans. The rent is cheap and the rooms are reasonably spaced. Other than that it’s a no go. Ignore at your own risk.

The reason I’m giving this apartment a low rating is because I lived back there in 2015. The property manager then Keysha stole my rent one month and file an eviction. The company backed her up even with me having a receipt. When the eviction went on my credit it wasn’t even an eviction! It was property damage! I asked the creditor what kind of damage. They explained the pipes, cabinets, carpet was all set a fire. This was all a lie. I was confused but remembered that when I first moved back there, it was an apartment (which wasn’t mine) that had caught a fire and everything was damaged. I was homeless because of this and I pray I never have to move anywhere in the east again. They will take advantage of the people out there. Make them pay for rent and have them living in the worst places!

The unit i currently live is slowly being up to part. The maintence problems has been fixed. The pictures are misleading. It would be nice if a washer and dryer can be placed in the unit. When I found out about the mail and I had no choice but to get a po box. I would recemmend people to search and read the reviews before moving into a unit.

I just moved back home to New Orleans from California in March. I've been gone since Katrina. I've had so many problems living in these apartments since I've moved in I'm not sure where to start. The front gate that requires a card or code to get in is always open or broken which allows people/children from all over the neighborhood to come and hang out and destroy the property. Some kids took a bunch of newspaper ads and set them a fire underneath the staircase. I have a neighbor who has had the police to her house multiple times including the time I had to call them on her and nothing was done about it when I reported it to the leasing office (mostly likely because she's on section 8, she's granteed rent). I've reported my air conditioning being broken 4 times, they've sent the same person to fix it and he never does. He flirts with me when he comes up here which makes me extremely uncomfortable. It's 80 degrees in my apartment as I type and I have the thermostat set on 50. It's been 3 weeks, they keep saying it's because I live on the third floor. The pool was supposed to open in April. It's July. The pipes in the wall that run water to my washer machine leaked down stairs to my new neighbors apartment. Keisha never takes my complaints serious and leaves poor Kelly to do all the work. Good news; these are the most affordable apartments in New Orleans. Bad news; this is why...

This place is HORRIBLE. I live here now as I speak but the roaches in the homes the rats upstairs crawling every night is just yuck 🤮 IT'S BAD, not saying our house isn't clean or anything but no matter what everything is broken or something is wrong with the house the ceiling is peeling and water is coming out of it and all we have buckets just sitting on the counter and it's been like this at least 3 times. All the doors are falling apart but they still just sit there and look at it, all the cabinets falling apart, and much more, they barely take care of this place pls don't move here for your own good.

I currently live in these apartments and despite The bad rumors about the neighborhood, it has been a pleasant experience so far. The apartment manager Kellie is real nice and effective. Everytime I go to her with a problem, She is on it Asap. She really is great! She goes beyond and out her way to make sure (Us) the tenants are satisfied. My neighbors are kind and peaceful. Now Maintence on the other hand can improve some but other than that It is a great place to live.
