the food is not fresh. when I told the staff about it, couple of hood rats with gangs tattoos shrugged and kept texting. ghetto staff, worse food - STAY AWAY !!!

Do not eat at this subway, they are using old spoiled vegetables. I ordered a veggie sandwich - disgusting. I emailed several times and no reply.

I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS STORE OR THE WORKERS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR MY FOOD EVERYONE WAS SMILING AND MOVING IN A GOOD TIMELY MANNER

On two different occasions after ordering online they just made a sandwich that was not at all what I asked for. If you don't mind getting whatever sandwich they feel like giving you I guess this isn't also bad place to eat.

Entrance is on St. Charles side. It's in the main lobby, 20ft in to the left. The entrance to the lobby has 3 black rain covers.

Worst experience ever, food items aren't fresh and are rude Am not sure how this is even running although they had to go through regular inspections

I legit just asked the dude who made my sandwich for cheese, apparently he put it on there but I didn't see. I was kind and calm I asked the woman who was putting ny topings on next for some cheese and got yelled at by the man saying I ALRRADY PUT CHEESE ON THERE ITS MELTED. Like clearly was aggravated by me asking for more cheese. It was beyond unexpected and completely rude. I only go to this subway because I work in the building otherwise I wouldn't go here again. The women have never treated me wrong but today the man really had my nerves going. I get scared when people yell at me and I shouldn't be yelled at for asking for cheese lmao unprofessional as idk what.
