Cool coffee spot I found while driving through New Philadelphia! I got the “Grandmas Pumpkin Pie” Latte, excellent! They also have food (breakfast and lunch) and some gift items for purchase!

We love stopping here when we travel into New Philly. Great unique lattes and awesome small town vibe. All the employees are always so helpful with the menu if you ever have any questions as well. Until we see you again....!!

I was passing through New Philadelphia en route to Pittsburgh and decided to stop in at Daily Grind Cafe. I am so glad I did! I had a delicious breakfast bagel sandwich. The name eludes me right now, but it was a blueberry bagel with jalapenos, egg, cheese, and I believe bacon! Scrumptious! I also had a delicious drink. The service and atmosphere were top notch!

Cute shop with kind employees. As for everything else- overpriced and underwhelming. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The hot latte we had was average at best, and the iced latte was way too sweet and watery by the time it got to our table. Everything we ordered was $2-3 more than the listed price on the menu. Overall, there are a lot of other coffee shops I'd go to before I went back to this one.

It’s been here for years and always is great. I love the atmosphere. I really like the darker area with the lights on the table to make it “cozy”. The coffee is great and staff are polite! Also, the prices are reasonable. Lots of neat merchandise and community news up front to look at. Also, the hours are awesome. They are open early and don’t close until 6. It’s a great place to take your computer and get some work done!

Small town coffee house with large variety of coffee ☕️ Food menu. I had the club, big sandwich very tasty bacon 🥓 was overdone but still very good. Like 👍🏼 and follow for more adventures 50M views and counting thank you 😊 travel well.

This place is always on point! Fantastic customer service and my food is always great! Plus! The bathroom has optional lighting, so if you don’t like the big light; a smaller, dimmer light is available. I was so happy when I found out!

Never been there to eat. Noone told us there was a menu or what was available. We ordered from the glass cases. Never told us they would bring stuff out. Only brought part of our order. Finally brought the rest. Sorry , Not a good experience.

I absolutely love it here! I always feel very welcome and safe in this environment. It's hard me to feel safe as a gay guy going on a date with my boyfriend. I have never once felt judged by the staff. I love going on dates here or just grabbing a sweet for my cravings. All the food I get here is always fresh and good. The coffee and tea is always on point. The staff is always inviting and friendly! The atmosphere is very chill, friendly, and open here. It's calming and a great place to grab lunch or hangout with friends. I 100% recommend anyone coming here! ❤

Whenever I stay at the Riverside Hideout, a local and unique Airbnb just minutes from New Phil., I make sure to make a pit stop at DGC in the morning for the ugly bagel and a large black coffee—TASTY COMBO. This cafe is a visual vibe. You want to find reasons to hang out longer, either under the string of lights or at table tucked in the front window.

Of all the times I've been here for college breaks and coffees, I have never once had a bad experience. After I ordered my coffee, I sat down to set up my wifi. Without even asking, I was brought my coffee with a smile. Outstanding employees and service. I would absolutely recommend it as there is such a variety, even for people with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is amazing, I can't wait to be back next semester.

Can't go higher than four stars due to moral obligation of honesty, just walked in, joked with the Ohioan behind the counter, got my coffee with espresso and beat it. Nice spot, good coffee, good selection, hilarious, friendly folks. Easy recommendation.

I'm not familiar with cafe's myself, but as this one was very local and well reviewed I visited with a friend and was very happy with the experience! The lighting inside is dim, but with a warmth that (at least in me) invokes nostalgia. There's a pleasant smell from all the different drinks they sell, from tea, coffee, and a variety of other beverages. So far I've had three different drinks, a salad, a chicken wrap, and scones that they sell in front of the counter. If you want a homey place to relax and talk to loved ones, or just want to get out of the house and work on something, I'd stop here and give it a try. I know I'll be coming back!

I visited this place two days in a row. This is a store front location. In downtown New Philadelphia Ohio. They offer a nice selection of coffee, tea, and soft beverages. It is a casual place with a friendly staff. They have menu's at the counter. You order at the counter and pay when you order. They bring the food to your table when it is ready. The first day I had a roasted red pepper sandwich. The second day I had Greek Humus on pita. I finished off the meal with a very good espresso.

Second time ordering their Farmhouse Salad. It was surprisingly good the first time so it gets a review for meeting expectations the second time. Doesn't get 5 stars only because I have a couple other salads that hold that spot. Both times ordering the Farmhouse Salad the presentation was fine, the greens, tomato, carrots and onion were all fresh, the chicken was cubed nicely and tasted good, some grated cheese on top with a parmesan-peppercorn dressing on the side finished it out. The dressing complimented all the ingredients we'll without overpowering the balance of flavor. The portion was big enough to share and with two iced coffee beverages under $20 gets a 4-star.
