WOW! I had the most rejuvenating experience at Urban Beauty. From the moment I stepped through the door I was welcomed and treated like a queen. The staff were very professional and their expertise shone through the whole experience. The attention to detail, the personalized care, and the little extras they provide make all the difference, so much so that no other spa in town has met the same standard for me. I love my regular appointments at Urban. The salon really is a tranquil inner city retreat while the team are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve recently had the new micro-needling treatment with Holly. This treatment was less painful than normal micro needling. Holly provided fantastic after treatment care and the results were pretty much instant with little redness. Over the next week I will follow up with a peel. This treatment will definitely become a regular for me. My skin is glowing and healthy, thank you team.

A team of very professional, detail oriented, and client focused woman who always make you feel welcomed. Sleek, chic and modern facility. Love being pampered and well looked after. I have been going to a urban Beauty for a while now, and I recommend them highly. I love the comfortable and ambient atmosphere of the rooms, I have my treatments with Holly and she is awesome at what she does, she is always friendly and makes you feel at ease. I always look forward to my appointments - I go for eyebrows/lashes and periodically for spa packages. I always leave feeling like a million dollars!

Love going to urban beauty nice calm atmosphere with a professional but cute boutique feel. The lady's there are always very friendly I always enjoy going in for a catch up and quite often a good laugh with Michelle, beautiful lady inside and out.

Had a full body massage by Michelle, was really relaxing. She was friendly and super lovely, checking in to make sure everything was okay. Thanks Michelle. Only critisim I have is that the walls are quite thin, and you can hear everyone in the store, which ruins the ambience a bit.
