    Finally a hotel with automatic room door closers that don’t slam the door shut and wake everyone up when the drunks get back to their rooms at two am. Brilliant, I wish all hotels were this smart. I would give this hotel five stars for that only but the staff was also great. Way to AmericInn!!!

    Huge, very clean room. Inexpensive furniture but in great condition: wardrobe, entertainment center, desk, small kitchen table, chairs, end tables, Pool towels for Pool and hot tub use. Pool table. Large TV. Free wifi. Hair dryer, micro, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Clothes $2 washer, $2 dryer on-site. Very friendly and informative staff at the front desk. Different free breakfast daily. Free newspapers. Pet friendly.

    The ladies working the front desk are TOP NOTCH! Friendly, accomdating, and genuine. The room was so clean, bed & pillows were quality, even the whirlpool tub in the room was spotless. I usually pass on these large whirlpool tubs because the jets are often missed in cleaning, but this tub and room were impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's about 12 minutes from Sam's Christmas Village with a ton of local restaurants, bars, shopping, and a Caribou Coffee or 2. I would recommend this hotel above others in town for sure!!

    Friendly employee service & great breakfast. The dark shade in my room was perfect. Bed was comfy. I enjoyed visiting with family on the patio off the pool area. Thank you for always greeting me & letting me know your help was available. πŸ˜ƒ

    The front desk person that was checking in on 7/13 in the afternoon was amazing! She was so nice, personable, and just happy. Such a pleasant experience and definitely will return to the hotel.

    Worst experience ever with the hotel Manger was staying at this hotel due to a house fire have a service dog outta no where the manager says can only be there three days and when I told her that it does not say that in their book infact it says the complete opposite for extended stay she started to yell at me in the hallway saying she can change the rules on that policy any time she feels like it I said no you can't she then became argumentative with me so then since she is refusing us another night's stay I asked if I could have a later check out so my guest in a wheelchair wouldn't have to wait in that wheelchair four hours til we could get into our next place only for the staff to be rude to us because I asked for a later check out and completely refused that at well! Wouldn't not recommend if you have a pet or service dog because the manager isn't nice at all!!

    Was a necessary thing to stay here, had a septic issue with our house, set it up through the phone, paid for our dog and they apparently don't communicate with the hotel itself. Some of the staff was nice, some quite aloof, but other than a group of people blocking the front door when we were checking it wasn't too bad.

    We stay here whenever we compete at Games Unlimited. Staff is top-notch and so understanding. Dog Friendly...which is awesome. I suggest being a responsible pet owner when you stay to show the staff the same respect and understanding they show their customers.

    Update - shower pressure was better this time, however having housekepping banging on doors at 7:30a to clean rooms was very excessive, not to mention at 8:30, one of the housekeepers singing outloud with her headphones on in the hallways while shes cleaning.. i couldnt believe the disrespect for paying guests. I said something to the front desk while it was happening, explaining not all guests have to check out everyday, and that its rude for guests still sleeping.. the front desk managers response was an eye roll, and said "well, sorry, shes expressive!".. absolutely no form of understanding the hospitality business at all here.. complete disrespect to the guests trying to sleep.. its basically a sorority house.. The shower pressure at this place sucks period I had to take a shower 2 or 3 times longer just to get the soap off period I get that every business is trying to save money but come on. travelers want to feel clean when they start their day and not like they had a little sprinkler system missing water on them the soap off. If this is the standard for all wyndham hotels I will no longer be staying with any windham properties

    Great staff, great rooms. Clean. Awesome swimming pool. Never have had an issue. Love it!
