Unfortunately my family and I didn't have the best experience at Shore Road Diner. We ordered waffles and silver dollar pancakes. The batter of the waffles was very thick. I'm all in favor of hiring teenagers but I feel they haven't been trained properly. They waiter brought me an orange juice when I asked for cranberry juice. Then decided not to bring the correct drinks at all. I had to ask another waiter. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the bathrooms & kitchens should be closed to the public. I noticed horrible conditions.

Wasn’t going to share this experience. But have too. Went to this place frequently. This one morning there I ordered breakfast food tried first bite it was spoiled/rotten literally. Ok no problem maybe the fridge was acting up. Was assured everything was ok try something else. Ordered something different cut into the first bite and pulled out a nasty hair(if you know what I mean). Will not be going back. Was a favorite of mine too. Shame.

This diner is big and has very nice and quick service! The food looked good and it tasted great! Recommending it!

Great small mom and pop breakfast diner for quick bit to eat. They close at 3pm. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

The owner is beyond rude and unprofessional, I’ve been going to this diner since 1996, and by far the service has gone downhill… since it took new ownership. I used to be a regular until they began to forget items in my delivery orders. The owner took no accountability for anything and even became offended at his mediocre service, thereafter her refused to service me. The last straw is when I just recently ordered and he told me “I don’t want you asking me prices I have no time for that” I guess in Mexico 🇲🇽 Where he is from they service loyal clients like this!! Beyond unacceptable behavior

Real customer here. Joe Francis from Pelham. Left things off the order. (Bacon egg sandwich without bacon.) The food tasted dry and not seasoned. The only thing good was the smoothies but not enough to order again. Bronxville and Pelham Diner are better.

Love this place… busy good food friendly staff clean bathrooms and a parking lot … This place is fantastic for the community. Enjoy the summer salad with grilled chicken Delicious

This place is awesome, the entire staff is great, and their food is always on point! It may be one of many diners in this area but they keep their prices down and consistently serve delicious meals. Hands down one of the best spots in the entire county.

Love ! The food is great the prices are comparable if not a little less expensive than other places. I’m right down the street and have deliveries quite often and they’re always fast. When I go in and sit down and have the time very courteous and friendly staff, thank you for being here.

Fantastic friendly service we had different dishes it was all perfect fries to die for and the Strawberry,banana shake was stunning
