Literally the rudest Starbucks. I go here almost every day (was). Today my card had a chip malfunction and wasn't working. They were so quick to grab the drink from my hand. It's a 3$ green tea, I have no problem coming back to pay for it. When I told the lady in front that I would never come back here, she did not care one bit. Extremely rude don't care about customers at all.

All the staff here are great people Latoya, Michael, Patrick, Mikael, Jeff, una, beautiful and I am probably forgetting a few more. They are always friendly and have great customer service skills.

I truly don't know what was worse, the product or the TERRIBLE customer service. More specifically "Patricia" I placed my order after being rudely asked "What do you want" and no not in a polite tone, then I sat down to try and enjoy my hot beverage and not only was it practically cold, there were tones of coffee grinds. I asked for a new one and was rudely greeted with "Nope bye". I was in shock that someone could be so rude to a customer. After that she began getting an attitude with a maintenance guy who works for stop and shop. The young man looked like he was ready to pass out from the heat (it was approx 90 degrees) and when he attempted to get a cup of water he was met with more rudeness. If that is how stop and shop condones customer service I will NEVER go back in that store let alone the Starbucks bar.

This is your classic, completely reliable and predictable Starbucks, faithful to the brand. It is also nice, comfortable, lively and inviting. I was in a rush and the place was packed, but the personnel was great, hard working, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely effective in delivery. Kuddos!

Workers not even at the counter taking orders. Had an attitude because she had to do her job. Just close this location if you don’t want to serve people. Or hire a new team.

Jamal and his staff are awesome!!. Great customer service. They really know their customers. You don't even have to order if you get the same drink all the time!. Haven't been disappointed ever!

Been here three times and the lady who’s been there for a while is rude. The drinks aren’t done right, they dont do the right measurements or something bc it taste very different from the ones i get at regular starbucks. Iced drinks are always hot lmao Def not going back :/

This is inside a grocery store. The espresso machine was broken. Friendly service tho!

Do not say it is a "drive thru" if it is located inside a mall, this is not a hard concept
