I absolutely adore the entire staff, including at the front desk. They all go above and beyond. They are very passionate about their profession and their patients. They are dedicated to the success of your treatment, and encourage you to be and do your best and praise you when you meet your goals. I was so grateful for my experience that I made sure when my children needed Physical therapy, they were scheduled here. 1000% recommend. I do not remember everyone who cared for me but Thank you to Christine, Mary Beth, Caleb and Donna for your care.

Christine was an exceptional PT! She tailored my exercise program to my limitations of scoliosis, compacted and herniated discs. She knew that my major concerns were to sleep well and be able to walk 3-4 miles every morning on the beach. She provided me with detailed handouts and all of the tools I need to continue my therapy at home. I have not had an issue since and know what to do if I go into severe spasms. I am grateful for such good care and would recommend H2 Health New Smyrna to anyone in need of PT! Dennis Gease

When I walked (limped!) in the door in June, I was certain I needed reconstructive surgery on my already replaced knee. Ten minutes later, Cristine had accurately diagnosed the problem--and it had nothing to do with my knee. Over the past seven weeks, she has treated me with nearly magical insight, always keeping my end goal (my July 2024 8th degree black belt test) in sight. She has a sweet demeanor, even when she's rolling out my leg like a demon, and never stops caring about me. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, there's no one else I'd trust my body and physical goals to.

I not only progressed significantly in my rehab, but I'd like to tip my cap to the staff.. Christine, Donna and Buffy (Jax) were amazing. I've been in and out of post surgical rehabs since 2016, and I can say this experience with H2 NSB has been the best yet. Please share my comments with the NSB Team... I also plan on returning in the new year when my insurance renews for another 20 sessions.

Loved going to H2 Health for my pre-op and post-op therapy. I recovered quickly from my total knee replacement and I feel this was due to Christine and Mary Beth. Mary Beth ended up going on leave for surgery. Christine continued by working with two patients at a time. She still managed to give individual attention to all her patients. Donna (the receptionist) went above and beyond to help out by sanitizing the equipment, getting water, towels and ice packs as needed. She even would help getting us started on the NuStep machine. The only negative I experienced was the noise of the children in for their therapy. This location was still under repair because of Hurricane Ian and adults and children were sharing one big open space. It seemed to me that the children ran around screaming and that their therapist had little or no control over them. I would highly recommend H2 Health to anyone looking for a physical therapy location.

In addition to the high professionalism of the entire staff, the friendly atmosphere they create is laudable. Unfortunately, lately there was a shortage of therapists. Whenever there was a "one on one" treatment it was great, however, when it was doubled I felt that I did not get out enough from my time. I felt it was a waste of my and their time. Again, I have to emphasize each and everybody was highly professional, pleasing and friendly.

Throughout my experience for the last several months. Christina my PT has been phenomenal, truly cares about your overall wellness and health. Archaic equipment, short staffed, facility issues and repairs still in progress due to last years damage from Hurricane.

Cristine and Marybeth were super! Christine quickly focused in on the source of my problems and came forward with several ways of attacking them. My time in the sessions was efficiently and effectively used to greatly improve my condition. I highly recommend H2 in New Smyrna Beach for physical therapy needs.
