There was a rather large group of us that booked a block of rooms for a family memorial that we had held in the conference room at this hotel. For a hotel that touts itself as somewhat of the better ones (and they do charge more), you would think that their attention to detail in their rooms would be better considering what they DO charge, which is for EVERYTHING. At breakfast the first morning we were asked if we did breakfast vouchers with our rooms (we had a total of approximately 10 rooms booked) and when we said we weren't sure, but if not we would like to add them (the breakfast buffet is $20 p/p) they checked, came back and then said we CANNOT add it because we paid for the rooms separately. We had to wiggle the plug in the outlet to get the coffeemaker to work, the top outlet by the lamp in the living area didn't work at all, the corners of the rooms looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in months, some of the areas that were painted looked like it was done by a 5 year old, the clothes hanger in the bathroom was broken, and the fire sprinkler over the door was unfinished. The thermostat, I believe, is for looks only. When we went in on the first day it was set on 75°. I left it there until bedtime then dropped it to 72°. No change in temperature. The next night I dropped it to 69°. Nothing. The hotel was booked solid so another room was impossible. Then add that when we were bringing our luggage to the car before checking out, there was a card on it saying our vehicle wasn't registered. When we checked out, we were told that the parking lot is owned by a private company and we were charged $15 per day! This place cost us hundreds of dollars for a subpar stay. We could have spent a quarter of that at a Motel 8 and had a better experience.

Absolutely great room! Spacious, beautiful, and felt luxurious. The hotel decor and design is beautiful in general. Free shuttle to and from the airport which made traveling so much more convenient! The service was decent, but only 1 associate at the front desk so multiple people checking in had to wait.

We stayed here for one evening before our early flight home. Super close to the airport which ws ideal. Our room was spacious and clean. Having the suite allowed us to spread out a bit. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didnt like is you had to pay for parking and it had to be done through a 3rd party via a QR code and app. But everything else was very nice.

I've been staying at the hotel for an employee seminar with my job, and I can say the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is so hospitable and kind. They are very attentive and clean. Ms. Latifa in the Cafe makes THE BEST coffees, hands down - almost like she came from Starbucks royalty. It's always nice seeing her there nice and early in the morning. Will definitely be coming back for a leisurely stay.

Not worth the price. The bathrooms have rusted tubes and other issues that need attention. The hallways are long and aren't disabled-friendly. They serve breakfast which will start at $ 17 or higher. They have a menu that you have to place an order at the bar, not worth it. Don't or from the pizza, they suggest it's gross and expensive. I should have gone to bed hurry! Go to SONNY'S it's worth every penny and reasonably priced!

Beautiful hotel! Great customer service! My only recommendation would be to have laundry soap in the laundry room. I had to make an extra trip to the front desk. Not a huge inconvenience but would be nice for others who stay here. Thanks so much!

I want to give this place a good review, I really do. The facilities are superb. Rooms are large and spacious. A few things here and there require maintenance but no deal breakers there. The biggest problem we had was the staff and getting answers to questions. We made the reservation and asked for certain amenities which we were told were included in the room they assigned us. Upon checking in we found out the rooms they assigned us didn't have what we asked for. Okay, not a problem when we told them that they changed our room to one that met our request. When we asked questions about scheduling things we were quoted a price then when the CC was charged it was for a higher amount. It's little things like this that happened multiple times that just added up to the bad experience. They even forgot to tell the shuttle service we needed to be picked up at 3am for a 6:50 flight. Luckily there was a shuttle for a different family and they had room but that almost made us late. One side note to be fair to the staff on site. You saw the same staff behind the main desk or food counter all the time no matter if it was 11 pm, 9 am or noon. When I joked about always seeing them there and asking if they ever got to rest they chuckled and rolled their eyes. I guess they're short staffed which may explain the inconsistent answers we get. With any luck this is something that can be addressed and fixed but really it made our stay suboptimal. Lastly a high end place like this doesn't have a complimentary continental breakfast? I'm still boggled by that.

Quiet rooms, nice hotel. 10/10 would stay again. Staff was friendly. My only complaint overall was that the walking path stops at the next door hotel Ramada and not here at the Sheraton. There is a beautiful pond with a safe walking path and it seems to just miss the Sheraton. In the name of safety it would be great to see that added. Otherwise 10/10.

Absolute best! I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Everything I needed was provided. The soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided, made a great ending to my day. Smells amazing! My flight was cancelled and I was only supposed to be gone for a day. I didn't pack any of the extras I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy! The cherry on top of my day... The dinner and bar was open. I was starving and so happy to be able to relax with a glass of wine and real food. The bartenders were so nice! I also had my small dog with me. I had to pay a $100 non-refundable fee but totally understand and didn't mind. They provided a shuttle to the airport the next day. Very happy with my stay and highly recommend!

As an Ambassador Elite Marriott member and +1,700 lifetime nights, I have certain expectations with the Marriott brand. This property falls short on multiple levels of the Marriott promise. The desk area in my room has no outlet for my computer unless I unplug the lamp or the phone. Very strange. I called to find out about breakfast and they said it ended at 11 am. I showed up at 10:40 am and it was shut down since 10 am. The associate said she made a mistake and offered to go to the kitchen to get food because “they haven’t thrown it away yet.” As a restaurant professional, I don’t want scrambled eggs and sausage that have been sitting at room temp. I passed. I asked about a marketplace credit instead and received a blank stare. No follow up. Went to Deny’s instead. My colleague noticed they were offering a special on parking as this is next to the airport. He’s flying out for 2 days. He asked if he could park for 2 days. They said no, since he didn’t book that special as part of his rate. He’s titanium elite and I’m lifetime titanium and Ambassador level. not sure why they couldn’t meet us half way. The AC in the room is not very cold. Cool, but not cold. The check in process was nice but after that, not a good stay. I will not be back.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. Absolutely great room! Spacious, beautiful, and felt luxurious. The hotel decor and design is beautiful in general. Free shuttle to and from the airport which made traveling so much more convenient! The service was decent, but only 1 associate at the front desk so multiple people checking in had to wait.

If you’re staying here just for the “indoor” pool, look elsewhere. We chose this so my son could have something to do in the cold weather, after our flight got canceled. The pool was indoor/outdoor & was NOT HEATED. It was not swim-able, and there was no hot tub. However, the rooms were FANTASTIC; spacious, cozy, and clean. The hotel staff was TOP NOTCH, and all the Christmas decorations were so cute. The bartender was friendly, and and the food & drinks were delicious. Shuttle driver was fabulous, and it’s sooo nice that they provide this for you. I would 1000% stay here again, on a warm day 😊.

This is the perfect place to relax near the airport to catch your shuttle. They have an indoor/outdoor pool. A full service restaurant and bar. A small convenience item shop. Beautiful suites, comfortable beds, tasteful decor and excellent staff. The airport shuttle staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff-especially the chef and bartenders-made my stay fantastic. They didn’t hesitate to accommodate any request and were always happy and kind. I kept pushing my dates due to work and they were overly accommodating, kept the same rate I had booked under, and housekeeping staff was always ready and quick to replace or refresh anything.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels near the airport but this one is definitely at the top of our list. The suite had everything-fridge, two televisions (with Showtime movie channel), soft pillows. The fitness center isn't huge but it's decent, with weights, elliptical, treadmill, bike (the yoga mat is a little worn). The selling feature was the pool which is both indoor and outdoor which allows you to swim back and forth. The exterior landscaping made the hotel feel like it was a tropical location. There were many great restaurants within a mile of the hotel (Chuy's Tex Mex, Sonny's BBQ, Rock and Brew) and we felt safe walking. They have a shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes which we used. They don't have free breakfast but they had a great breakfast buffet (for $17.99 per adult) and a cafe with grab and go items. We will definitely stay here again.

Sheraton suites Orlando airport hotel is pretty good to spend the night when you have an early morning flight out of MCO The hotel property is well maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly! All rooms are suites so you do get a living space and a bedroom! Overall a good stay for one night!!

I stayed at the hotel for one night from missing my connecting flight. Everything was great until the next morning when half the building lost its power and AC to my room. When I went to eat breakfast, the food was cold and they would not compensate the meal and only gave 30% off the room rate. I was a little disappointed because the hotel is very nice but the staff at the bar couldn't speak very good English and wouldn't comp our meal. The power did come back on but by that time I was already taking the shuttle back to the airport

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. 2/2/22: My connecting flight was cancelled in Orlando, and I needed a room for the night. I spoke with Aleesa at central reservations, and she was able to get me a room at a great rate. She provided information about the courtesy shuttle pickup point. Jose, the bartender, was able to take of me, as I checked in not too long from when the kitchen would close. The room was very nice, and I'm glad that I stayed here, although it was a last minute reservation. The staff made me feel like a valued guest.

We stayed here for a day before continuing our vacation. I can't express how impressed we were with everything from the staff to the rooms to the quality of the food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all great. Our room was very spacious and spotless. The fit and finish on everything was excellent. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Good location. Took us 6 minutes to get to the airport and return our rental car the next day. Room was spacious and the price was decent, we only stayed one night but if we had stayed multiple nights we would have sought something cheaper. Clean place. The staff that checked us in was nice but the person the next day seemed annoyed that we didn't know we were already checked out. We didn't need to go to the front desk. The restaurant had good service and good food. Not as expensive of a food choice as you might think . Two of us ate for $35. Would I stay here again? Probably not . I would look for a cheaper option something three star or rent a villa closer to Disney.

This hotel for the price we got was absolutely astonishing. All real Starbucks products including the tea and they even have yogi tea. Lotions and soaps and shampoo and conditioner are good brand not the cheap ish. Beds were comfortable literally felt like was on clouds. The blinds kept the sun out . The staff all friendly and super helpful. Rooms super clean and have all your essentials . The pool was super cool my only stress was the hot tub was closed

The hotel experience was good. The only thing that really bothered me was our shuttle driver he was very very late to the airport to pick us up. On top of that he wasn't ready for a family of six. He had my husband sit on the floor inside the shuttle. By people who we didn't know. It was very unsafe very unclean.

Fantastic stay, we decided to change our plans last minute and stay here, I am so glad we did! The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. The staff was so helpful and kind, great food and drinks. I do not want to leave! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just hanging out for one night close to the airport. Got an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, very nice. Had dinner at the bar. Limited choices, but my turkey with scrambled egg was good and unique. Slept well!
