From food to room service everything is perfect.. thanks for your hospitality which make my quarantine life more easier. Much appreciated!!!

The only disappointment was, in the evening it was very noisy and you literally hear every single noise from the road side. Apart from that the room was very comfy and spacious, our room had two windows for lighting and well aerated. The service was also very good, any needs are dealt with immediately at the counter. The bathtub was really nice and clean. Overall it was worth staying over and decent room for the price. Location was an added advantage.

Moreover, the abundance of bus routes further facilitates business trips or sightseeing to Taipei City and New Taipei City. The hotel itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay, while the courteous and attentive staff members provide impeccable service. Numerous convenience stores and diverse dining options surround the hotel, ensuring utmost convenience for guests when it comes to dining. The only minor drawback during check-in was the overwhelming amount of information provided, delivered at a rapid pace, making it challenging for guests to catch every detail.

櫃檯服務人員很親切，講解服務也很到位 房間很乾淨，熱水很熱，床軟硬適中，棉被枕頭很乾淨 可惜，隔音效果不是很好，會聽到外面的聲音，且又在裝修，會影響睡眠 原訂是下午3點退房，但10點多就電話說是12點前退房，感覺做事沒有很仔細，小小扣分，且人為疏失，應提出補償，還需自行詢問，有點小失望

房型簡單，僅提供簡單盥洗及住宿需求，但櫃檯服務很棒，值得讚揚櫃檯人員，且電視提供數部藍光電影，還是很不錯的。房價也相對的較便宜。

隔音很差整個晚上都聽到機車的引擎聲還聽得到隔壁床戰的聲音，房間中規中矩，桌面小有些東西只能放地上，客服人員還可以但不算親切

Large and comfi room, close to shoppings and restaurants. quite far from the airport as they aren't no direct connection. The service is not the best I had so far, the receptionist didn't even check if I paid through the app, and was about to charge me for the stay a second time. AND she was quite hard to convince that I already paid, despite mai proofs and bank statement. bit annoyoing

Very reasonably priced, the rooms are quite nice. Only nitpick is that the view from my window is the lovely slab of concrete of the building next door.
