國家人權博物館;這個紀念在那個威權年代所發生的事、受難者及其家屬的痛卻無法公布的事實,皆完美在此呈現。該館離家很近,改建開放後一直想來卻始終沒有成行,今天終於一償宿願;而該館不論是在硬體還是在軟體上都沒令人失望,以下簡述各區體驗感想。
1. 開放時間-如同大多的國立博物館一般選擇週一作為休館日,採用免票方式入場。
2. 導覽方式-1.
語音導覽-手持式多語種導覽機(9種語言)、2.人員定時導覽-一日兩場次10:30,14:30、3.白色恐怖VR導覽-一日兩場11:00、15:00。(全程免費體驗-依現場公佈)
3. 展區動線-展品及展間眾多,散落在園區內各處,對首次參觀者具有一定的挑戰,好在展場地圖及園區內隨處可見的指示牌幫了很大的忙。
4. 展館特色-因園區保留了相當多的原始建物,僅在內裝的部分作部分調整;因此,行走在展區中彷彿能感受到當年風聲鶴唳的情景。
5. 展物特色-1.實體展物-當年使用的牢房、刑具、偵訊室、洗衣房等很大部分還原地當時的場景,再輔以細膩的文字說明、當年受難者及受難者家屬採訪等讓觀賞者能更貼近當年的氛圍。2.聲歷其境-透過互動式及沉浸式的方式模擬受難者在過往遭受不公平對待、刑求等過程,間接地訴說的那個年代個故事。

7. 人權紀念碑-這是個令人感傷落淚的紀念碑,設計師很用心的透過不同的方式(建議現場詳細觀察景點)紀錄不當關押、死刑、關押致死等受難者的種種經歷。
8. “言論自由日”特展-該特展以偏互動的方式讓學齡參觀者以一個較容易吸收訊息及互動的方式體驗當年那個沒有言論自由的日子,非常用心的一個策展。
