What the heck happened to this place? Used to be our usual spot and now it’s turning into a way overpriced cheap buffet. Food selection is significantly less, some plates were left emptied regardless of how many times we asked them to refill (see pix, only after numerous asks. And it’s just some cheap sushi rolls which was all there is in the sushi session. For 1200nt per? What the…)even movenpick ice cream is gone, replaced by no name ice cream machine. This place is forbidden forever.

From the review I guess the freshness of the food maybe not very consistent but the day I visited I had a great experience. Great seafood, the sashimi is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is nice too. Only one comment, I find the waitress find a bit difficult to give service in English but it's all fine. Recommend to go for your special meal.

Food quality is under average given a five star rating hotel's viewpoint. Seafood wasn't that fresh and roast pork ribs and stewed beef were overcooked. Green vegetable had no other choice beside chayote vine which was also chewy. The only thing tasted fine was roasted beef that you could ask from the cook over the counter. For the dessert, black currant ice cream and lemon tart were okay. Overall, it is not worth to spend a thousand NT dollar to have such a miserable experience dinner with family.

great variety and quality of breakfast spread, although some hot dishes were disappointments (the braised pork was very tough). highlights: -bacon was crispy -scrambled eggs were creamy -meat sauce for danzai noodle was reasonably lean not sure if we would pay for this breakfast if it was not included in the roommate (as that would depend on how much it would cost). visit(s): 20210129

Gotta say I never thought Hilton would be in New Taipei City. Surprised me when someone told me about this place. Abalones! Food is alright but unfortunately with insufficient dinner food selection. There are only a handful of dishes to pick from. Scheduled time for certain food and drinks, such as cocktail and desserts. Only serves striped bass as dinner main course and no other choices.

Great buffet and amazing HILTON service, GUAM food station was a nice surprise! spacious festive environment, our birthday party continued over 3 hours and enjoyed every bit, there was no rush or ques even though place was packed, five stars for staff and big thanks 悅·市集!

Spacious and bright environment. There weren’t many kinds of dishes. Most of them tasted normal. Soup was my favorite! Puff pastry, borshch and chicken soup were awesome. Sashimi was not fresh but shrimp was okay. Good service. Efficient plates clearing. A little bit expensive (about $1000 per person).

5 stars hotel with 1 star buffet , we had lunch at the 1 star buffet yesterday , fry rice , fry noodles totally no flavour. Roast beef is pink at the middle, but very very chewy . Can taste is very Cheap parts for the beef . Lots Ribs in the dish , that’s cut off from the good part( recycling dish). $700 NTD per head , better go for night market food

Not sure why this place is rated low, overall it's quite good. The presentation may not be amazing, but the food itself all taste very good. The fish dishes all tasted excellent, and there was nothing that tasted bad, which you can't say for most Taiwanese buffets. There are many meat choices and a great dessert spread. Also, a variety of beers are offered for lunch and dinner, including Taiwan beer on draft!
