Went there during covid times. Rooms were not properly cleaned, there were even things left by the previous people! Hairs on the floor, food here and there... This is absolutely unacceptable during COVID-19 pandemics. The room also had a horrible cigarette smell (I do not smoke), so strong I had to open the doors to chnage the air. The beds are ok though. The breakfast might be ok for someone used to eat chinese food. If you are looking for a good coffee, croissants or quality bread, jams, fruits or fruit juice... You'll be disappointed. A 4 star hotel serving a coffee worse than 7eleven coffee, fruit juice is fake one... Bread is bad, and croissants horrible. It is expensive but does not offer a better experience than any 2 stars hotel.

Only had a tour group lunch here, so no comments on the room. Building is nice and clean, restaurant where we eat is comfortable and has a nice interior. Bathroom was clean and has nice design. Seafood served here especially the boiled prawn was great, taste fresh and sweet. All the other dishes also quite good. But staff here need more smile on their faces, it's depressing to be served without a smile.

The room is big but very very noisy….we can hear everyone talking through whole nigh. The breakfast quay is also bad, not really fresh and few choices, the playroom is indeed big but the facilities are not enough to cover all kids age. No parking lot in the hotel building need walk minutes from hotel to parking, really unfriendly for traveler and family. We are unable to recommend here just personal experience

Play area was lovely and my little one had a great time but this is where my positive comments end. The room was average and not worth 3600. The breakfast is your standard sub-par hotel breakfast. We arrived right at opening time and the floors/tables were dirty. Food on the chairs/floor as if no one had cleaned after the dinner shift. Over all, I definitely wouldn’t recommend. But if you’ve got young kids and just need a night away from the city in the heat of summer then it’s fine.

The main draw card for us was the kids play area as we have a 1.5 year old child. They have a movie/ TV room, large kids indoor playground with trampolines and slides. Free arcade games, basketball game, Nintendo Switch, small cars, rock climbing wall, board games and badminton and archery outside. I think these activities would suit elementary school aged students the best. The buffet breakfast was average. We also ate at the Ocean Cafe. We ordered the tomato shrimp pasta, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto and two drinks. The food was average and we felt the 10% service charge wasn’t justified because the service staff weren’t attentive like other restaurants that have a service charge. Parking was free which was great (they have a few different parking lots around and you have the token validated at the front desk). There is also a 7-11 next door in case you get the munchies. The gym was small and it seems like not many people use it so both the times I went it was quiet. If you don’t go sightseeing in the area one or two nights is the perfect amount of time to stay. We just went for the facilities as it’s too hot and uncomfortable to take the little ones out during Summer. There are a lot of beaches nearby and an old street that is known for its variety of sweet potato snacks. I definitely wouldn’t call it a five star hotel but for the price we paid for accommodation I think it was worth it.

The Buffet was so so. This place is near a Tourist attraction where bus loads of tourists comes and leaves at the same time. The crux of the matter was the man's and ladies' Toilets. There was only 2 urinals and one bidet. so imagine the long queue outside the ladies Toilet. This establishment can seats 200 plus customers. The Management didn't think of this matter. 😕

Location is great as it's across the road from the geological park and the ocean The room was nice and bright and had unobstructed view of the ocean which was great. It would have been great if you could sit in the tub and enjoyed the view but the coaches below can see right up through the window so you could only use the tub with blinds down. Bed was comfortable enough and I had a good night's rest. The hotel is really 3.5 star at best and more expensive for the $3600 tariff for off season, especially since you have to take a bath with all the blinds down . The big let down was the breakfast which had limited variety and most things that should be warm (bacon, noodles) was not kept warm it was unpleasant to eat.

Love the room with ocean view. A very nice hotel on a great spot. Yehliu tourist center is right across the street.

Everything was great, room, play area, breakfast, and I was happy with their services until I ran out of towel. My family went swimming in the ocean so used up the towel they provided so we asked them for some more. With a quick and snapping reply the receptionist replied we have already provided you with enough towel , it should be enough. So I explained to her why we need extra towel. So she said okay but you will only receive two towels after that they will charge us for extra towels. Other hotel I have been to never been asked to pay extra for towels, and the person who delivered the towel had a frown on his face. When I said thank you he didn't say anything.

It sure is the only hotel in Yehliu. Very well situated between Ocean World and the Yehliu Geopark, which is a short stroll from the hotel. Breakfast was not bad, choose your time very carefully, because this hotel is very popular with tour groups, and they breakfast between 6:30 am and 7am.At breakfast, there is no juice. Only tea and coffee. The coffee was quite good, I had a cappuccino and a Latte. I was in a non - smoking room, but I could smell somebody smoking in their room above my room or next to my room or across from my room, through the air conditioner vent in my room and bathroom ,early on Sunday morning, like 05h30.Luckily I was awake before that person started smoking in his room. Be sure to take some air freshener with you if you should encounter such a problem. I was in room 1319, at Inhouse Hotel.

The room is not bad with a good Seaview and a tub. Breakfast though was very average and most of the food were cold/lukewarm which is very unsanitary. Wanted to check out the games room but at both times there was a power cut and they closed it, which was definitely a shame.

I had a great stay. The place is most definitely perfect for a long stay. The food is amaze. The room I had was neat and comfortably spacious. I would definitely book this hotel again if I'm back in Yehliu to visit the queen. But I guess, it would be better if the noise from the hallway and from other room could be minimized or controlled. I felt the banging on the wall while I was trying to get some sleep.

Impressive service with great personnels. Clean and neat environment with awesome views in the rooms, gym, and meeting room. Even though the gym is small, the facilities are quite nice and pretty much enough for most of the training. This hotel is worthy to pay a visit.
