The layout is awkward, spread over 2 floors. Customer service is on the first floor by the entrance, cashiers are b1. So, if there's a problem with your card, you need to exit the store and enter again or walk all the way back through the store. The toilets are by the exit, meaning that it can get crowded as you have people waiting by the toilets with their trolleys and others trying to get past to get out.

Good store for people who don’t want to socialize for the next 5 months.. or people who love to buy a lot of things

Imported wholesale. Bulk purchase kind Nothing much and not that wide variety to buy as said , price not that cheap like said. Staff at cahsier rude. Not worth going and spending 1350 for member. Disappointed worst costco supermart i ever went.

Costco is Costco, but larger than most Costco in Taiwan, with gas station. Need to spend more time than other Costco to shop as it's larger space.

My favorite supermarket. The only one that I love now. Was so happy to get branded things at a reasonable price. I mean good quality things at a reasonable price. Taiwan.

I have been to countless Costco in various countries and this is my first Costco in Taiwan. It is similar to many others.. , offering quality products, competitive pricing and genuine services. What's unique from others are their staff. Within my 30 minutes of shopping there, I have already been helped by 2 friendly staff. All in all, I had an unique experience at a familiar place.

Be careful if you arrive early in the morning. Make sure you take the right path. We parked near the elevator and didn’t notice the queue so went right up with the elevator but got blamed to take the wrong path. We asked how we can go back to the right one but just got the response “follow the crowd!”. Come on we don’t live here! It would be just nice to help us return to the right place and don’t assume we are taking shortcuts. Other than this incident, all good.

Compare with Beitou. Although bigger place but for local families stuff more than Beitou. Like Beitou the coffee products more than here.

This is a great location for wholesales item in Taiwan. My favorite place to shop for friends and family in bulk. The membership fee is quite reasonable for the value of everything you could find in here. The only problem is the money trap, you will likely spend a decent amount every trip you come and it is often unnoticeable. Obviously with good stock management skills that wouldn’t be a problem. Overall I love the store both back in the States and here in Taiwan.

Came in the morning, mainly for the American beef. Costco seems to have more choices of American beef, compared with other grocery chains.

Great place to find western food you won't find anywhere else. Their bread and cheese selection is quite good. Also the meat section has quite a few things, like ground beef and sometimes mutton you won't find in other supermarkets.

Enough place for parking, the staff are polite and the guards are really nice and kind.

Better to visit on weekdays if time permits than weekend to avoid crowd.

They now offer costco gas, the price is cheaper by 2 or 3 ntd per liter.

The gas service is pretty good.

Came to buy American products but there are not many. It seems like mostly local suppliers but in larger sizes. Might as well go to Carefour as they have a larger selection of Western products!

For the family shopping it's one of the best place to visit. Very spacious covering wide range of products from house usages to personal wears. Prices are much reasonable , so if you need bulk quantities... you should give yourself a try visiting! 👌👍🙂🙏

Costco in Xinzhuang is quite big. Two floors building with electronics, clothing, beauty care... in entrance 1st floor and food, wine, groceries in B1. Love this place it’s our regular shopping place and quite good service. Most awesome thing is we can find many items which mostly rarely available in other Costco’s like thermal water bottles in summer almost every summer they are available in this store compared to other stores.
