Good place to hang out with friends and family. The water park is well maintained and they have few dance shows happening near the wave pool at regular intervals. They also provide costumes and locker at 1000/ per couple and the best part is its refundable if booked online (I am not sure if they refund the amount when booked at the counter). They also have food counters and serve drinks. The quality of food is Okeish and drinks are bit over priced. Over all a place which will give u good whole day of entertainment and quality time. One can definitely choose to visit if one like water activities.

A must go place when you are at kolkata (the city of joy). It is a famous water park. Monday to Friday entry fee for adult is 1000 rs. And on weekend and holiday it is 1100 rs. For children above one year entry fee is 500 rs. After getting the entry, you will get locker for keeping your belongings, lockers are separately available for ladies and girls. You will also get dress costume like pant and tees, for both girls and boys of all ages, children's costumes are also available here. Initially you have to pay for locker and dress and after use you have to return this and you will get the amount. You can also get delicious foods here. Drinks are also available here. Here many sliders are available. Most amazing wave pool is here with music. You will enjoy here.

I strongly recommend everyone not to go there because - 1. The price is too high as compared to the water rides, amenities and facilities. 2. The quality of food is disgusting as compared to its tarriff. 3. The behaviour of the staffs starting from securities, receptionist, room services and the management is extremely unprofessional. The managed himself does not know how to talk and uses abusive language with guests. 4. Location of the water park is totally in a remote area which is not at all convenient for everyone. Since last two decades it has been serving as one of the best water amusement park in the country. Being a Calcuttan, I didn’t stay over there, but almost in every time when we visited in family or with friends every time we enjoyed finger licking foods. I would love to suggest others to visit once who has never been there till time.

Rooms were looking good. Aquatica water park and rides. In weekend, i noticed models were performing near wave pool. Plenty of shades available for family coming to water park. A versatile options of water rides. Plenty of lockers, rest room & food options. In restroom, most of the places shower doesn't work and doors are not available. But as it's very big so, it doesn't matter. Food is so so. Not good. You cannot carry food items inside. Overall it's very nice experience. Must visit place. Cost ticket Adult: 1100 on weekends 1000 on weekdays Kid (above 1 year): 550 on weekends 450 on weekdays Discount are available on some vouchers in counter and online ticket booking.

Aquatica is a 705000sq ft (17 acre) water theme park in Kochpukur, Greater Kolkata, India. The theme park was started in 1999. It is one of the largest water amusement parks in and around Kolkata, as well as eastern India. It is quite a popular destination on the day of Holi. The water theme park Aquatica is located in Kochpukur. It is close to Thakdari (Rajarhat) and also New Town (Action Area - I). The area is well connected by public transport bus (12C/2) from Howrah station. The bus passes through Ultadanga, up to Baguiati Jora Mandir along VIP Road, takes a U turn and then passes through Kestopur Bazar and reaches New Town below Box Bridge (the bridge near to Technopolis that connects Sector V and New Town) and finally reaches Aquatica via Thakdari. Box bridge is very well connected by public transport from VIP Road side and EM Bypass side too.💕🌻

Worth the money. Rides are adventurous and safe. Wave pool is awesome. Rides are available in all kinds for all age groups. There is a jungle animal themed water rides house just for the kids. Water was clean. Food was quite good too. People can also enjoy alcoholic drinks. A couple of points i needed to see improve- food stalls were less. Options for basic snack items like fries should be there. Some tapes didnot work in few of the washrooms. Those need to be repaired. Apart from these everything else were good.

It's a very good place for Hangout with family,friends,childrens...👍 You can spend a whole day and you will never feel bored...🥳 And it's a huge place...Largest water park in east India...😳 And every water ride are very exciting...Try every one of them...👌 There are also defferent and multiple rides for kids and adults...👏 It has locker facility...You can rent costume... You can also buy food's although price may be higher...🤷🏻‍♂️ If you want a break from outside world... Highly recommend...💙

On 11th October, 2023 I went there with 2 friends for celebrating my birthday. I booked one room which included 2 water park tickets. Also I purchased 1 extra water park ticket for my friend as we were not supposed to stay overnight. However, on our arrival, the receptionist lady informed us that only 2 people can check into the room. We informed her that we wont stay overnight and would leave by the evening. She called the resort manager, Mr. Mridul Das on our request. Mr. Mridul Das, while talking to us made some derogatory and instigating statements that could lead to feast fight. However, we finally booked 1 more room. But the rooms were extremely untidy, there was no towel. In one of the rooms refrigerator wasn't working while in another room's bathroom, shower was not working. The behaviour of the staffs were extremely unprofessional including the receptionist and the resort manager named Mridul Das, who behaved like an illiterate goon. Even the food that we ordered from inhouse kitchen was tasteless and does not justify the price. I strongly recommend everyone not to stay over night at the resort as the locality is also not safe for unmarried couples. The resort has easy access for local people who are mostly Bangladeshi muslim immigrants.

It is an exciting place to visit. Full of adventure. Full of water rides. Full of aqua fun. And Good Food. Aqua Zumba is a full package enjoyment with exercise and fun of dance. From the short height to the long height of rides it will blow up your mind and can even left you mesmerized with the turns along with the speed. You can get costumes for having fun in water. And lockers for your clothing and personal wears. And even also if you feel bored then there is a raining disco where you can go and get refreshed.

Its a nice place to hangout. Water rides are good.You can enjoy a whole day with your family and friends. Staffs are really good. They are always there to help you. Online ticketing system is not that good. Maintenance of rides are okaish. Some pool waters are green. Changing room and shower rooms are really poor.

Looks nice. But very stupid and limited rides. And a ticket price of 1000 rupees is absolutely not worth for the water park with such limited rides. The resort is also expensive for the quality of rooms. The rooms are nice, but atleast they should give free water park access with resort bookings. But you get only 50 percent off if you book rooms. The worst place... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The behavior of the staffs are way to bad... in the name of new and fantastic rides they offer you Hell...They don't even have medical assistance in case of any emergency...I really think why the authorities have approved them without these basic amenities Rubbish people... Disgusting guys... They don't know how to deal with the guests..... I strongly recommend to not visit the park

Good experience but the rides are pretty average! You have to take a locker which costs ₹100 and if you carry your active wear then u can save your precious money ! I would recommend...if you get a pass which offers 90% or 80% and they will charge you according to the offer !

This was a welcome surprise and we spent a great day having a ton of fun..No untoward incidents ..... Lots of rides. Clean pools and lots and lots of slides for all ages. The larger slides not for smaller kids and you have to sign a declaration before going on them ... but that was taken care of pretty soon and we were sliding down some major water slides. Dont forget to catch the view from the top i.e. the top of the higher slide its beautiful. So the bigger kids enjoyed these rides and for the smaller kids 5-9 there are 3 large pools with about 15 slides that are equally fun. Note : Lockers can keep about 3 bags and they give you a lock band that you can keep on your wrist so u can put away ur valuables and enjoy the water fun in peace. It seemed pretty safe. You can purchase food inside they only take cash but u will get everything from Biriyani to Pizza and Fries. Lockers are close by. Try to go during a weekday it was not as crowded as some of the reviews we read earlier. We were warned it would be dirty and weather hot etc etc... but don't let any of that deter you if you want to have a fun filled day in Kolkata. We did and we dont regret it and we will be going back for more.

I had a very bad experience in this waterpark. Please everyone don't trust the line "India's largest waterpark" for aquatica.. It's a bit good but not as good as we expected. This is a total waste of money. There are only 4-5 pools and very few water rides. It's not at all a large waterpark. I'm sorry.

Not kid friendly. At the gate they have charged full for my kid saying he is more than recommended height but they have not allowed him ride. They issue same hand band for children and adults and also take bills at the time of entry so that you did not have any evidence to show that you have paid in full. Staff managing ride are very rude to customers. They did not do anything even after complaining.

I pay the full payment but they denied my stay. Dishonest, immodest management, you are not automatically registered in online booking sites as you say I made my booking through online booking. Dose online booking is illegal ?Then deregister yourself from online booking sites.Never stay at their hotel. They will cancel your booking anytime if they get an offer in bulk. It happens to me. Secondly , rooms are expensive. You can take rooms in other hotels nearby. There are many hotels near aquatica.

Utter Mismanagement. I am here today (28.02.22). The staffs are all busy with their phoned and headphones into their ears and no one to instruct safety measures for rides. My son fell and he got his ankle and feet hurt but the staff was busy with his mobile. The food costed 160 (veg thali) and was served cold. When complained they gave extra rice and said to manage. The waves of the pool remain closed for maximum time. The Niagra Falls was not operational. The changing rooms were stinking with no maintenance at all. There was a small snake moving in the water and when I told tye nearest available staff he reacted as if itvwas normal. Not at all worth ₹900 per person. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

First of all it's situated at a very distant area . The management there is too bad .. if they're spreading offers to everyone!!! They might as well put some people to manage the whole thing I almost died waited for 3 hours just to get the tickets . The crowd was just too but , limited lockers people were literally putting clothes and and bags in trees, at road and everywhere, too dirty all of the places , no security at the pool people were literally doing whatever they want 4 girls from our group got touched by random strangers at the pool?! A huge place like Aquatica shouldn't be this bad about management .

The stay in was awesome.The ambience is comforting and goes as both family friendly and couple friendly.The management stuffs were very helpful even in the case of emergency they proved to be cooperative. The hotel staff were also good, they arranged the breakfast before time in case of hurry. Overall experience was 5 on 5!

Had so much fun with Friends. U can go with friends but won't recommend with family. DJ was also available for pool party. Alcohol and food stall was easily accessible. Water rides are must. Go and have fun. Charges is 1000 rs per person and if u borrow clothes they'll charge security ammount but once u return it at the day end total money will be refunded.

The management is totally fraud,They post on their social site the independent day offer is on going till 28 February 2023,but when we reached there, the management says to us the offer has already ended. But They were not update it their social site, and their cashier & security's behaviour is worst ever they don't have to manners to talk,Overall fraud Place ever,And we don't recommended anyone to come here Andi also Tell to this experience to all and also down their ratting And i post it the total experience in my social media site.. just wait and watch.

Everything was good but the water was not cleaned though it has been opened after a long period and niagara falls was close and SOME STAFFS WERE TELLING THAT THIS RIDE IS CLOSED AND WHEN WE START COMPLAINING THEN THEY TOLD THAT EVERYONE CAN GO NOW THATS HILARIOUS !!!

The property is very spacious and well maintained...slides are very good ...kids slides too... If kids swings will be added this will be cherry on the top.. The wave pool timings should be more flexible

The ground was big.. too much smoke of burning leaves or something was coming. We went there to watch a concert. Didn't explore the whole resort. But the ground is quite big compared to that of ecopark, and it accommodated huge stage with numerous numbers of food stalls quite well.

I have been there several times. Those stars are for the waterpark not for rooms. Rides are good but one thing I must say is that aquatics had not upgraded itself. It is as it was 10 years ago.

It's an excellent banquet resort and water park in new town, Kolkata. It's rooms have good facilities and restaurant service is outstanding. The behaviour of the Management and staff members is par excellence. Overall, my stay at the resort was highly satisfied and comfortable. I highly recommend this resort for memorable stay.

Few days ago I visited this water park and I lost my iphone in wave pool And its gone inside the tank because there is no barrier or grill to resist any thing and also after informing the athourity they even dont close the wave too bad experience . it was a wrost day .

The staff's behaviour and room service is very good. Food is good but not everything that's on the menu is available. Good place to spend a night with family. But few amenities do not work properly. There's TV but hardly any channels. There's a geyser but no hot water. And then there's a lift that stops working at times.

If you love water this is the place to visit in Kolkata. Lots of water based slides, pools, wave pool etc. Fun to visit with whole family. Swimming costume available on chargeable basis.

The ticket price is 1100 for a park that has substandard rides (that to very few in numbers). Some rides (one of which is supposed to be the best one) were under repair and this inaccessible. Didn't quite like the experience. Would definitely not be revisiting. P. S : if you have a child below 4ft 6 inches, it's going to be a waste of money because it's practically not possible to get on any rides except for the kids' one if you are so.

I have been there on 17/10/21 and wanted to stay and enjoy. But while the tariff was hiked due to Puja Holidays, it has no look or feel of a resort at all. There were simply too many rooms on both the sides with very narrow passage. It's not worth staying. But the water park and rides were enjoyable but nothing new

Small park... All rides could be completed within 1 hr... Ticket cost is 1000 which wasn't worth it... If u're up with ur frnds, I would recommend u visiting Nicco Park rather than Aqutica....

Day by day they are shrinking their park & breaking some major activities like pendulum ride... & creating play ground for kids.... And the disco room's floor is totally damaged...

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the resort. 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐ for the water park. Overall 4/5. The water park's management is pathetic there's broken tiles, found bird poop stuck on one of the water slides. Nicco park's wet-o-wild is way better. They don't clean the pools very often so you'll find dead insects in the pool. Don't expect warm water in winter (like wet-o-wild). Room in the resort was awesome. Nice view, clean washroom, had a mini refrigerator and electric kettle and everything. Moderately soundproof as well.

Nice place to hang out. Very good services for locker and dress rent. Nice rides, but slides are very old and and limited no new rides. The board is also not good quality and therefore compromises with the joy and seafty. You cannot expect very hygienic pool as thousands of people visit daily. The security should check for bangles to womens, as you are naked feet inside. I got hurt from some broken bangles on the path. price is 1100 on weekends and 1000 on weekdays which is slight costly, but you can get offers online on pre booking which will cost you only 500-600. You get very good food and drinks inside that I liked very much. 😀

Not crowded area outside of the Aquatica , and only few shops here the area.. the area like villages. But Aquatica is good for couples, not for singles especially boys. Because there were allowed half pants, short pants, & singles are jealous! They are not do anything without looking. I think Aquatica opened only for Couples, becoz there were enjoy couples not single

Thered aren't too many rides. But you'll enjoy if you're going with friends or as a couple. Food is a bit expensive comparatively but they make it up with portion size.

Overall is it okay. But found lack of maintenance. Some floor tiles are badly damaged anyone can be injured badly. So, be careful during enjoyment.

Since my school days i have been enjoying this park very much with frnzz N families. But this time i have experienced the worst security guards inside the park, where many security guards have misbehaved and literally thrashed 2 men with bamboos stick i have witnessed that incident and i feel it's not secure and will never go such place to enjoy with family or frnzz where you never know you will return safe or with fractures bones. I wouldn suggest and request the upper management to look over the incidents takes place. Thank you.

All transaction are here accepted in cash only except online ticketing. No digital transaction accepted during rented slacks, mobile cover, locker etc. as they are refundable. My advice for visitors is - go for online booking if you don't have pass. Counter ticket is 33% expensive than online ticketing. Water in all area is uncleaned. It's a water park cum resort...it's a great place for having fun all over the day in the summer days... Rooms are great with all type of equipments...food quality is also good... Waves is the best part of the waterpark...on Saturday Sunday & holidays there is also In House DJ available near the Waves... you can go & stay & have fun with your Friends & Family...There is a bar also in the resort. Their breakfast buffet is awesome..

They clearly dont know what is called after sale services. The staffs are really irresponsible in their work rather they just want to enjoy themselves. Receptionist should be kind and cordial which she is clearly not.

Went for a reception invitation. It was really good experience. The food quality was very nice. Overall loved the place and the ambience.

Last visited in 2004 and I must say it's not worth the price, the entry fee then was 200 rupees per person. Obviously it was a new experience for us back then filled with fun and frolic but I guess there are better ways to spend your money. The restaurant and every service within the complex is too expensive.

There are options to drive straight from Narkel Bagan until Balaka Abasan and then follow the canal road or use one of the many New town roads. Aquatica has a number of rides including tremendously exciting ones like the Black Hole, the Wave Pool, Niagara Falls, surf racer, Tornado and the Aqua Dance Floor. Regular parties and Fashion shows are hosted here, especially in the winter. There are 55 well appointed Rooms with Conference Hall, Party Hall, Board Room, Food Courts available.

I had been to Aquatica Kolkata so many times in the last 10-12 yrs. However I find that this time hygiene is an issue. The locker room is smelling like urinals. 2 to 3 important rides are on maintenance. This time we don't find any other activities like zumba, welcome drinks like we enjoyed on our last visit. I hope these things will be taken care of by the management soon.

It's a good experience for me to visit that place. But need to improve the gents washroom cleaning system(the gents washrooms are at very bad condition). Otherwise everything was very good and also guards are there in wave pool no worries if you went their with family, friends or girlfriend. If someone teases anyone they do quick reaction solve your matter. I recommend that place specially on Sunday cause some more surprises are their. Super fun rides, also you can beat your fear into strength. Do visit on hot summer day it will refresh your mind and body.

Its good nothing special. Gents toilet not good, no water in bathroom.

The place doesn't have a proper washroom for women and the management is not so good. The place can be maintained way better considering so many big events happening throughout the year and having such a huge crowd. They didn't even have proper lighting outside the selected section for the show when I visited. Atleast some lights and decorations are expected if such big events are happening there.

Quite spacious and can accomodate large number of invitees. However it's quite far from the main city and connectivity is a big challenge. Overall a nice place for weddings and such occasions.

Perfect for spending weekends with family. Place is designed superb, but the food quality for complementary breakfast is poor as well as lunch and dinners provided by the caterings are not so well.

Enjoyed evening at Aquatica. Ambience and food was excellent. Better daytime for water sports.

The water park brings back old vibes and memories. Visited the place after 6 years, so it was nostalgic. Currently tickets are going for 150-200 for February. The place could be better maintained and the staff isn't really helpful. The biggest problem is the crowd management and accessibility, it's difficult to reach and get back from there. Apart from this it is a very fun place for friends or family outings. Will love to visit again ♥️♥️.

Place is nice , rides r decent, specious. .. But the fee of ₹1000 was unjustified, locker and rental cloths are available but they didn't gave us towel , don't know why? In rides which requires inflatable tubes u will have to carry yourself for 3-4 floors ..

Place is amazing as water sports, but be aware with other facilities, staffs are rude, mobile packets are unsafe. I lost my mobile . Price is too much high. 1000 for adult, 500 for children. Better to go digha, mandarmani book a resort, play in ocean and have swimming pool as well.

Very much horrible behaviours of staff and also the water is almost dirty. Dead insect are roaming in water and the no any safety in water rides if want to waste or burning your money then buy this water park tickets 👎🏻
