The rooms were clean, very comfortable, value for money considering the location. All was ok but during the last moment of checkout I had some rush and I had a charger left in the room later on I asked the service desk regarding my charger .They told there was no charger. So my suggestion is please keep your things properly later on you will not get it. I thought I would take some good memories later on it was turned into disappointment. 😕

The best airbnb with the best hospitality. Clean rooms all equipments available. Anytime house help provided And the caretaker whose name is FARUK helped us like family and is still helping

Much trouble with taps, toilet seats, a/c drips, slippery tiles in bathroom while using shower. But kudos to the onsite manager who catered to our issues very promptly. Some late night music from surrounding area. Some noisy residents also using accommodation.

My son has called in the month of Dec 2022 for confirmation two times but they cannot give the room according to my date again this month today when my son again called for confirmation they first told the date from which date it is available. Again from there one lady and one person called and started telling slang language to me and my son that we are calling hundreds times for booking and we are playing with them . Such a worst behavior from a guest house in kolkata I have never seen. I should suggest no lady alone should stay there its not safe for any person. Any guest can call and and ask but no person from guest house behave like this. It happens only in this type of place. Worst relationship manager .

Excellent stay. I chose this property because I was familiar with the location. Never regretted. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very cooperative. TV in the dining toom has an android tv with subscription of Hotstar and Netflix. Have not checked about Prime. Highly recommended.

Rooms were good, but toilets needs maintenance.
