It is a very cute affordable cafe. We ordered veg momo, veg chowmin , chicken lollipop and Two cold coffee. It was very tasty and affordable. They also have an outdoor sitting area. You can also find cute cats. The ambience is very nice. Must vist 👍

Nice ambience and food is good. Visited it after a long time but the taste is same and I personally liked it very much. Milkshakes and coffee are a must try

It's quite good place to eat dinner, breakfast and lunch. Area is neat and clean. And you can sit inside and outside according to your preferences.

I personally love the place. its a small joint with delicious and cheap food. You can go there at literally any time of the day and not be disappointed.

Decent ambience and service time. The rolls, snacks and Chinese items are pretty good I must say. The tea is also very good. But don't go for milkshakes or cold coffee. It's very very bad. Otherwise a pretty good place for a quick bite. .

I would have rated them 0 if given an option. I ordered Egg cheese roll and they have given Egg chicken roll. And when informed about the same, the person who claims to be the manager of the outlet neither apologized nor was ready to replace the order. Pathetic service

The infrastructure is decent but the staff don't seem to be welcoming not interested. You have to help yourself.

Pathetic food and pathetic behaviour of the manager.ordered veg pasta mix sauce and sweet corn soup. Pasta only had 4 -5 chunks of simla mirch …thats all in veg pasta…and in sweet corn soup is made like it was ready by mixing just water that too had unmixed chunks.

Tasty and good quality foods and drinks at reasonable prices. Ambience is also good. You need to pay the bill first and then you need to collect your food from the counter.

This restaurant has many outlets in Kolkata. The snack items are pretty good. Fastest item is roll. There is sitting area available both inside and outside the restaurant. There is a bit of rush in the evening and service is slow. Car parking is on the road. I would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

The one managing the counter should be thrown out!! He is disgusting doesn’t know how to be polite, Gunda r dokan naki??? I ordered egg chicken chowmein and told him to add some green chilli’s but he told me that I need to order schezwan noodles, and chilli’s cannot be added. He always has his earphones on and doesn’t listen properly the DON’T care attitude is just awful! Another man was there dark complexion and had less hair, I asked for a fork and he decided to throw it on the tray!! While we were eating he started singing cheap songs!!

I ordered mix sauce pasta & potato honey that was really good and delicious and the price was also fine 🙂😋. Overall Good experience 😌

If you are in the mood for adda with snacks, this outlet of Goutam's located just beside tank no.3 in Newtown is the ideal cafe. The food is simple but lip smacking. However, it is a self service joint. There is both outdoor and indoor seating and washroom is also available.

Nice place to hangout with your friends in evening and having coffee and snacks .Self service is there and cleanliness is good. Parking is available just in front on the road. Little bit on the costlier side for non-workings .

Affordable cafe, yet clean and well maintained, decorated well, feels posh, yet is pocket friendly. There is ample sitting area, both indoor and outdoor, and the tables are well spaced out. Menu items have Indian / Chinese items along with good tea / coffee options. The timings are not great. I asked at the counter and one of the employees said they open at 1 pm and close at 11pm.

Didn’t know there was a Goutam’s at Newtown. It was good place with proper seating, both inside and Outside. Outside you can smoke with a cup of Coffee or food. No questions raised. The inside was good which could accommodate 20 guests at one time. We ordered White sauce Pasta, Fish Orly and Crispy Chicken. Fish orly was not at all at par with the other Outlets. Fish Orly here was a disaster and tasted nothing like i had tasted before at other outlets of Goutam’s. White sauce pasta was good. So was the Crispy Chicken. But i feel as it is situated at a remote place, the quantity or the portion of food was less than other Goutam’s outlets. Overall a average experience. Not too good, not too bad. Can visit here with Family. All kinds of Payments are accepted.

We ordered Fish Orly, it was good. Had a little smell but taste was good. Then tried Chili Fish Dry and trust me I didn't like it at all. It was too sweet and the same as Fish Orly, just in different sauce.

It is an average restaurant in newtown area. Seating are nice as well as ambiance but the quality of food is not up to the mark. Quantity is very less, does not worth price. Taste of noodles and rice are so so. Only fish orly can give you a releif. You can go there once for an evening hang out if taste of food does not worry you much. We had there Fish orly 👍🏼 Chicken pakora 👎🏼 Mixed hakka noodles 😶 Chicken fried rice 👎🏼

I had a very bad experience ,we had placed an order for garlic fish dry and they had given us a stale fish fry which Was really bad experience for us.

The cafe is small and nice. The place is crowded on weekends, so you may have to wait if you want to sit inside. Had cold coffee with ice cream, hot coffee and soda shikanji on beverages. All these were average in taste. In snacks we had pan fried lolipop which I would recommend. It was tasty and had good amount of chicken. Price was justified for all the items. Nice place if you want to spend some time with reasonably priced good food.

Nice place to hang out with friends. They have good seating arrangement. You can seat both inside and outside. Quality of food is average but I think the tea is above average. Overall a good place for tea, coffee, snacks.
