One of the best child hospital in New Town. Good doctors and nurses, check up every now and then, clean and hygien above all. The patient ward is just like a 5-star room with quality services. Little expensive but worth it. Food given is moderate. It's the best child hospital with proper care and services. Children below 2yrs affected with Adenovirus have also recovered well. In Kolkata this is the best hospital for women and child care. The price must be a little higher but you get the best facility and well experienced Doctors. We went there for Delivery and by the Grace of God everything went well and we were discharged within Three days. Please check in the Financial section before admitting regarding the price or any insurance related they will explain. They have a package type for rooms, you can choose according to your budget. We didn't have any insurance so we paid full cash( no negotiations here) 🙂 Overall a very good experience.

Overall good experience. It has all the facilities for women and child care. Good Doctors, skilled nurses, dutiful baby sisters, frequently visiting cleaning stuff and tasteful healthy food for the patient and attendant makes our stressful days of admission and delivery easier. Administration is also good, explained all terms and conditions for different packages properly, checked multiple times whether we have any issues. Suggestions - Overnight Parking facility for admitted patient's attendants should be there.

The billing procedure was seamless, alleviating any unnecessary stress during an already intense and emotional period. However, there's an opportunity for enhancement in the discharge process. While functional, streamlining this aspect could significantly improve the overall experience for patients and their families. Similarly, the birth certificate procedure could benefit from a more efficient approach. Despite these minor improvements, the hospital's commitment to quality care remains evident. The parking facility, although roadside, was convenient, with a reasonable fee of Rs. 20 per hour. Additionally, the presence of a small cafeteria and local food stalls nearby offered convenience and varied refreshment options during our stay. All the personel associated with the hospital are extremely helpful and cordial, starting from Doctors, nurses to admission and discharge staff, security persons. Must say the best hospital for mother and child care. Two new members of our family were born in the hospital. Everything is just great. The doctors, staffs, nurses etc all are very gentle and cooperative. For some people the hospital may be expensive, but for the quality anyone has to pay.

I visited for 1st time when I was not pregnant, ma'am was very helpful in making us unwatchable needs to be done and how I have take care of myself throughout my pregnancy from before to after delivery. She always suggests what is best for the patient rather than prescribing unnecessary medicines and scans. During all our there she always explained all aspects of my pregnancy very patiently and also gave us reassurance and she was always there with us.
