We went to this freshslice today. It was the worst experience ever. The staff was extremely rude and acted like if we are getting free food from them. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and the customer service was really horrible. None of the employees sanitized the table after being used, especially when it is really important to do that in the middle of a pandemic. They should realize that there are not many options to eat in the Royal city centre and they should focus on improving their customer service and most importantly their food quality. Their food quality was very poor. Half of our food ended up in the garbage. If we were not hungry, may be all of it could have been in the garbage seriously.

So fresh pizza store! Staff are friendly, caring about store cleanliness. Especially CHAMODI is really kind She always takes orders with a big and pretty smile

Yesterday evening I ordered this pizza from here and it was very tasty and fresh. A girl named Chamodi, was in cashier and she also very friendly, understanding throughout the ordering process. With her great support and quality service I got this pizza superbly. I would highly recommend freshslice and service of Chamodi for any potential customers.

Love the partial whole wheat dough/crust they use making it healthier with more fibre than standard white flour pizza dough. Everything was fresh and delicious and it is a generally standard but breadier pizza experience.

Love their dough, so great! Excellent location to do pizza pickups since there’s an exit by the food court at Royal Centre mall. You can park underground (actually street level) and walk up to the food court directly or if you’re walking or on the bus, you can easily see the location. Ladies at the counter are professional and friendly :) Pictured here are 2 medium pizzas: chicken and bacon feast with bbq sauce; half and half (butter chicken on one half, vegetarian pesto on the other).

Pizza in Fresh slice is really good, but in New Westminster, in royal city square, customer service is terrible. You wait to order pizza and girls from customer service just continue to do their job. They are not saying to you Hi, Or thank you. Their face always mad. This is happening already not first or second time. I live in neighborhood for one year and every time for one year as I go there always not good customer service. Pizza is really great but customer service is ruining everything.

I ordered Fresh Slice today for the first time and I was surprised to see that they upgraded my medium pizza to an X-Large! My teen boys were very happy! The pizza was delicious and very fresh. I will be ordering again soon.

This is one of the best place to have the various range of pizzas 🍕 in New Westminster. I’ve been there for a quick brunch but now it became my favorite spot to eat pizza whenever I get cravings for pizzas. Also not to miss it, staffs were really friendly and they went beyond the expectations to make any customers satisfied whoever walk-in to their outlet. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful Highly recommend place for your pizza cravings 🍕

Worst Experience ever, i have been into a different locations of Fresh Slice and by Far this location was the worst in terms of "customer service", Food are great its the ambiance and bad customer service that really set me off in this location the regular person that works there doesn't even smile! anyways Fresh Slice has a good variety of Pizza's just be mindful of the customer service that you will get specially in this location.

Hello, I ate medium pizza from alot of store of FS, however i never had soo good, perfectly made half beef half pepperoni pizza ever. I even called in to give my reviews. The girl Ravdeep really knows how to make a pizza. Thank YOU

The taste is good , such as the prices !! Good combos for a decent price. However , the attention is the worst. I'm not saying everyone should smile but there is one Indian girl on the afternoon shift that is dead. She never speaks when attending , and shows not even a sign of soul . She seems to do it in bad manner everything and that really is not good and when she talks , she actually whisper , cause the volume of her voice seems to be -10 The rest is OK.

Such a great experience with Freshslice pizza today. I made a big order for the school. They came on time, super delicious, rich in toppings and fresh. The staff members are very friendly and same for the delivery person. The prices were so reasonable. Highly recommended

Fresh Slice Pizza has several branches in Vancouver. It used to sell Pizzas of all varieties economically in the past. But after Covid, the cost has shot up by 30% & a Full Pizza now cost $18/- compared to $12/- in the past. The quality of Pizzas however continues to be still good & it is a good option as a meal. Overall it is a good place to pick up a Pizza

I ordered 16 sliced of pizza, I have 5 kids so it made sense. Instead of getting the deal from the warmer my kids had to wait over ten minutes for the workers to make a "fresh one." Definitely not impressed. Likely won't be back. Ever.

Was brushed off by 1st lady, very rude looking too. She just looked at me, and said she can help me, pointing at the other lady working there. Should treat all with Respect Lady, shame on you. This is my very 1st negative statement on food service. Hope it is my Last.

I ordered a 4dine for $17.59 and the staff charged me $19+tax. When I questioned why she charged me the extra, then she said that because I ordered 8 slices of cheese pizzas, but she already overcharged me before I selected my pizza. I have never been ripped off like this at any other fresh slice stores. If she wanted a tip, just ask for it instead of ripping off the customers. Update: I received a reply without any apology. The staff did not give me a receipt, so I don’t know the order number. She should at least ask if I need a receipt or not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has an issue with lying and saying they don't have any containers for hot sauce when I can clearly see the containers. Ive been a loyal customer and she lies over and over again. There's an innocent other girl who knows she is lying and i can see how uncomfortable it makes her and me. All of a sudden she pulls out the container every time after standing there and waiting for it. Terrible customer service. Always disappointed. Will not be back only because of her.

We had an event for our company, and I kindly ask the possibility of ordering 17 pizza in early morning, so one of the staff (Jasleen) nicely accepted and prepared the pre order. In addition to that she accepted all the changes in toppings and on the top of that suggests the most reliable toppings for Vegie's pizza. I am really happy to use their service and happily going to order from that place for next events.
