Had an awful experience here. The customer service was so bad. They act sweet when u start getting massage but are so rude at the time of billing. My bill was $52 In cash. I asked her about price before getting massage and she told me the same amount. When I was about to leave she said that I have to pay tip and it’s mandatory. A tip of $5. I refused to pay it and she started saying I should appreciate her job. I said I do but I can’t go out of my budget for that. Last time when I got massage I gave them $10 tip. She said that I am being rude. And she is not happy with me. While leaving I told her I won’t be paying tip thank u for service. Then she said “no thank you from you please” I don’t know how someone isn’t ashamed of forcing their clients to give them tip. Their service is very bad and I would rather go somewhere else from next time.

It's a good place to destress and have a good massage for a very nominal price.

This place is a joke. Don't waste your money. The massage oil reminds me of canola oil chefs spray on their grills! Im already starting to break out! Rooms are tacky and not clean. Cheap closet doors in between rooms. Can hear loud chatter and wrap music in the barber shop next door. Dark colored sheets are suspicious 🤔Ladies doing the services were kind but obviously have no training. Reception ladies are so rude demanding a larger tip. Worst "spa" experience ever

👎👎👎👎WORST MASSAGE EVER! She's not massaging me, she's just putting oil and spread it. I noticed no force at all and I told her to put some forced. I can't explain at all as I was very DISSAPOINTED. It ruined my Day Off!! Looks like she doesnt know what she was doing!! After that, she put some very hot towel at my back without giving me heads up and I got shocked even in my face i told her its hot for me and she still put the hot towel on my face!! Amazing service every single visit! My masseuse, Nicole, is very experienced and knows exactly what areas to go over without me saying anything. Clean facility, nice ambience, and very relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality, well-priced massages, facials, and other spa services!

Average massage, bit over-priced, not good quality sheets, rooms are cramped. Owners will ask for cash or debit and expect tips while paying at the checkout. Find something better.

I went there few times wasn’t bad then I met Nicole she is awesome she is a great massager and she knows where it needs massaging I will be going back as long Nicole is there Nicole is very experienced and friendly

Nicole was great !She got rid of the knots between my shoulder blades that I thought I'd never get rid of! So relaxing I actually fell asleep for awhile without realizing it!! Thank you surprise the price was so low ... Will be back!
