I order Lucifer's ring from Benee Rubin. I am a big fan of lucifer and when it arrived it was a bit wider on my finger than it should be due to my finger size being smaller. I contacted Benee Rubin and the customer service was amazing. Linda, was very prompt with her replies and helped me get a smaller ring within 2 weeks. I couldn't find any stone cutter in Ottawa that can polish the stone on the ring after it fell from me on ceramic. So again, contacted Benee Rubin and Linda was able to give me the contact of the stone cutter so I could polish it and helped me get in touch with the stone cutter. By far the best customer service I have seen, and best craftsmanship on any ring I owned.

I’ve never been much of a jewelry guy and always avoided wearing rings as I have very difficult fingers to fit a ring on (because of my large knuckles). But when I started watching Lucifer on Netflix his ring immediately caught my eye, I fell in love with it and decided that was my forever ring, my one special piece of jewelry. After searching the internet I found out that it was made in Vancouver by a local master jeweller! I immediately got in contact and ordered it and I can honestly say it is so much more than I could have ever expected (and I have very high expectations) Benee was so professional and helpful right from the start, she took extra time for me to guide me through the process and made me feel very well taken care of. Her work is exceptional. From the quality to attention to detail is second to none. She’s gone above and beyond with resizing so it fits perfect which shows how much she truly cares about her products and customers. I honestly love my ring so much and get compliments on it every time I wear it, best jewelry purchase ever.

I just got my Lucifer onyx ring in the mail yesterday all the way from Canada to Japan, and it's STUNNING! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out and it's super cool. I initially ordered mine in a 5, and so when they mentioned they could only do a size 6 but would put beads in it to make it fit a size 5, I was a little concerned with how it would turn out, especially considering how tiny my hands are. But it fits PERFECTLY and you can't tell that it's a size too big. Linda was very informative in her email updates on my order. In my case it took about 4 weeks to craft and then another couple weeks to ship. It came in a very nice and simple bamboo box. My boyfriend is a die hard Lucifer fan and loves the ring he wear's in the show so I was thrilled to find Benee Rubin via a google search. I am in Australia therefore was hesitant with ordering a ring so far away but right from the initial inquiry I made through to actually receiving the ring in Australia the service was exceptional. They talked me through the whole measuring process, were very prompt with their responses and more then happy to answer all my questions.
