It’s rough at $9 for a small scoop. While it was creamy and delicious - I can’t speak too much for the price gouge. The location is nice and clean. They offer other items like cookies and loaves (in a refrigerator) but overall the price was enough to do me in. Try it once - great, but I likely won’t skip back.

Came to a tasting event for their launch of pastries. Great mouth feel and flavour. Good experience! The original founder James has returned to bring the pastries to the world.

The location is a bit hidden right now (it’s at the end with all the construction, near the scotiabank entrance). They let you sample 3 flavors before committing to one.

Stopped in here last night after dinner with the family. It was a nice walk from the Japanese restaurant we ate at. The kids all got a kids scoop abut honestly I would just get the regular scoop because for $1 more you get almost double the amount. Kids scoop is $7 and the regular scoop is $8. Only complaint is the chairs! They are so cheap feels like it’s going to break. I’m pretty sure there are already a few chairs broken as we switched a few when we sat down. Lots of seating chairs inside and very well lite. Definitely an upscale Galato shop and perfect for that “First Date” 😂 I ordered 4 kids scoop and when I saw the price difference I felt a little ripped off. So get the regular scoop. I got the affogato with vanilla ice cream and I enjoyed it. It was a single shot on a tiny scoop of ice cream to fit in the mug. Give it a solid 4 star ⭐️ The Strawberry was really Good!! Give that a try.

Absolutely wonderful place. So glad it is in the area. It is a bright and open space with lots of light coming through the windows. The selection of ice cream is great - I thought they would have more flavours than they did but they just opened so hopefully more to come in the future. At the moment, they also only have 3 vegan flavours as well.

Very bright and clean place with ample seating. Tried a selection of 5 of their dairy and vegan gelatos and thoroughly enjoyed all of them! a little pricier than some other places in Metro Vancouver but still delicious. Just a note - their gelatos are covered with a lid, so you're not able to see them before ordering it, if that matters to you.

The Pistachio Gelato at this place has secured its spot as my absolute favorite. The rich, nutty flavor is simply irresistible. Additionally, the staff is consistently nice and friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience.

As others have mentioned the price is kind of ridiculous. The gelato itself was decent. I enjoyed the Akbar Mashti (Iranian saffron and pistachio) and the hazelnut flavors. Worth a try once.

Love the decor and atmosphere. The gelato was so soft and creamy and they had a good selection of flavours! You can get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday if you join their rewards program too :) we got black sesame and matcha green tea - it was so good! Will definitely be back
