Love this place. Lots of different business here. Huge parking area in the center as well as in front of them individual businesses. Biggest store is the Canadian tire. Lots of food shops here. Cactus club cafe is on this location as well. I frequent this place a lot.

Marine Way Market is a great market place. In this area there are so many stores like Canadian Tire, London Drag: Save On Foods, Mark‘s and also other stores. For Coffee and a simple snack there are Starbucks, Tim Horton, McDonald's. In addition to this, there are some options to get your favourite meals from the Cactus Club, White Spots and so on. The location is very beautiful and has a nice parking spot. Specially at evening, the lights are nice and attractive.

Here I found optician store with optometrist. Where I phoned to make an appointment for eye exam and had it 3 days after. No 30 days like some other places.

good place to be in when you just want to drive by and light hangout. they have Starbucks, Mcdo, Tims, small restaurants (like pho etc), bigger seating restaurants (like Cactus club and White Spot), some clothing stores (like Marks which is a fairly ok quality clothing store), they have groceries (save on, kins market, cobs, etc), misc store (Canadian Tire, london drugs) dental store, pet store, bank, and such. arts n crafts (like dollar store, Micheal's, home sense winners, staples, purolator, etc) is on the other side. we usually go here when we rest from biking. quick grab to eat, rest, and hydrate so we can go to the next place. we also stop here when we drive bec there's loads of ground level parking. PLEASE GO SLOW. There are loads of older people here and unfortunately lots of people drive fast :( there are no public washroom so you would have to go into one of the shops/restaurants.

Has a lot of different useful stores. The only annoying thing is that half the center is across the highway and it is a little bit of a hassle to go to the other side if needed. Includes grocery stores, Drug stores, Winners and tons of restaurants.

Excellent market just off either side of a main road. Bank and all kinds of fast food and department stores.

There's no such place called Marine Way Market. People call this area and businesses on both sides of Marine Way Market Crossing. An old website from 2009 was created by a random person to showcase the businesses here. It hasn't been updated since then as it's effectively no longer maintained. The only website link is a bogus Facebook page. The ignorant don't know any better like they don't know they're being gouged for mobile phone plans and fuel. They'll continue to review here instead of reviewing the actual business.

My favourite mall in South Vanc. Lots of different shops and restaurants to choose from. The majors...London Drugs, Saveon, Cdn Tire, boutique shops, specialized shops, (fish, clothing, decor etc) and lots of drive through coffee and fast food. I've been going there for years to meet up with friends at Cactus Club. Clean, well lit and lots of parking. I recommend this mall to all my friends and family.

Good mix of businesses but the Tim's and McDonald's get super busy drive thru's so it's faster to just go inside

Love marine market. Wonderful selection of shops conveniently located. Always parking available. Sometimes its hectic especially on weekends. Try to go weekday if you can.

I mainly go for the Tim's and Save-On early weekend mornings. It's a nice spot to sit in the car with breakfast and tunes. Pleasant view of the big sky and distant mountains.

Uniquely unusual, out of the way location on property of Northern Lumber. Open for breakfast and lunch. Various platters looked great. Best wonton soup (specialty of the house) I have ever had. Full on flavour. These folks work hard and the quality shows. Everyone leaves with a contented smile.

Many services at this location. Wi-Fi throughout the parking lot. Busy spot with enough ways in and out so as to make turnaround reasonable

Kinda disjointed. I visit often and still don’t know what it offers besides that larger stores. Canadian Tire a big plus. Driving, foot traffic and parking make it three stars.

Shopped at this little mall. Good little mall to shop quite a few stores. The only thing that is really bad about it is the parking lot is horrible poorly designed and when it is busy good luck trying to get out of there without getting frustrated. Otherwise pretty good to shop at the store is there

This shopping area has developed rapidly in the past 7-8 years. It used to have a few scattered shops 10 yrs ago, but today it has all the well known Restaurants & Retail outlets. A visit to Market way is an enjoyable experience

Convenient shopping centre with a very good variety of shops, covering pretty much every category (bank, coffee shop, grocery store, auto store, restaurants, etc.). It's a nice place for a one stop shop to buy everything you need. Also across the street they have more shops like a Dollarama, Michaels, Winners, Sun Given Foods, Staples, Boston Pizza, etc.

I like this mall with Canadian Tire, London Drugs, McDonald's, Tim Hortons and Save-On-Foods, Safeway would have been better for me, but you can't have everything.

Good luck finding parking. This area is a freaking zoo most days. But some good shops and Canadian Tire is alright.

  • 5/5 Sabrina B. 1 year ago on Google
Really great variety of stores with very good amount stock. Wide variety of restaurants including Starbucks, White Spot and Tim Hortons, kind of busy but usually have a lot to offer food wise. Legacies Health Center is the greatest!! Incredible staff that go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for, that your health is better when you leave than when you first came in. Would really recommend them over other medical offices.

Lots of options for grocery and food. Save on, Kins farm, Chinese market, Cobs etc. Cactus club, white spot, Boston Pizza, nandos, barcelos, agra tandoori, marble slab etc

  • 5/5 Suvin B. 1 year ago on Google
This place was great. Tones of shopping and eating options from Tim Hortons, White Spot, Cactus Club, Mc Donalds, just to name a few. Also for convenience there is a London Drugs, Save On Foods, and Canadian Tire. I highly recommend checking it out.

Spacious parking lot. You can get all your shopping done. You've just got to drive from one end to the other. Or walk and carry bags. Cdn Tire, London Drugs, Save On Foods, Mark's, BC Liquor Store, Drive thru restaurants, and numerous eat-in restaurants. There's also a variety of shops offering different types of services.

  • 4/5 Howard P. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a few food choices here. Cactus Club, Cobs, Tim Horton’s, Starbucks, McDonald’s etc with a nice and big parking lot. Not the easiest place to get by transit though.

  • 5/5 Evan B. 1 year ago on Google
Decent little strip mall which contains a Canadian Tire and a McDonald's is the main destinations but also features a Cactus Club for some delicious food in the far back corner

Marine way market is a one stop shop which has pretty much all you need including nice eateries, an ice creamery and a fishmonger thrown in for good measure. With a save-on , a London drugs and a Canadian Tire it's a great place to shop !

I found London drugs was working to keep people socially distanced but I didn't find that all the stores in general were working that hard or paying any attention to that social distancing is a big thing for me so I give businesses scores on that now

Good little spot - has all sorts of shops on both sides of the road. You can pretty much find anything you need (within reason), bakery, fish market, vegetables, eye brow place, hardware, grocery, workwear yadda, yadda.

  • 1/5 Becky Raelee S. 3 years ago on Google
Not practical and they do not participate in social distances

In summer this place is fun to visit and go to, but around winter it gets dark and gloomy. Pros: Christmas lights there are phenomenally beautiful. Summer sunny days are fun. Cons: Winter time dark and gloomy, vibes are melancholy.

Last week my happy hour Bellini was not so happy! It did not look like their signature Bellini..skimped it. Otherwise, our server was friendly and our sharing appies were tasty. Curious as to why their 2 sushi rolls are full price during happy hour??

My hat goes off to all the staff that are already there when I arrive at 7:00 am for a last minute lunch not made the night before at Save-on Foods or a Coffee Frap at Starbucks. A nod to both Tim Hortons and McDonald's for their Covid safe drive thru service. Or Canadian Tire line ups that are necessary to keep us safe! The whole market deserves a banging of pots and pans!

As far as strip malls go, this place is at the top of the heap. It has a Starbucks, a running room, London Drugs, a post office, a grocery store, a bakery, and some kind of fast food place it's super easy to get in and out of here, and to go about your business. It's also super close to Fraser for shore park, so if the weather's nice you can get in a nice walk by the river as well. Win-win.
