UPDATE: March 25, 2022 BAD NEWS, I FOUND A SHORT HAIR EMBEDDED ON MY HAWAIIAN PIZZA. see pic, i encircled it. GROOOOOOOSSSSSS!!! 🤢🤮 Also, i know all the guys never wore any hair nets, some gloves. SOOO it's not far fetched that it will eventually land on your food. I live right beside the place but i wont be going back here again even if i loved Pizza Garden in NewWest. even NW location is going down in pizza quality. pizza has now a super thin crust, so not a lot of toppings can be placed on the pizza itself bec it will break. the crust is also very very thick so...it's just a waste of space. Finally came back to see if they are getting better. Bought the 8pieces deal, mostly vegetarian. Seems like they are getting better at just working and stream lining work flow. That's probably the only good thing 😣 WHY PIZZA GARDEN???????? PLEASE DO BETTER. quality control is gone so are you just giving us hair in our thin poorly topped pizzas? -- Not the same as Newwest but good enough to fill hunger. They also don't have the box deal that the other store has. -2 🌟 because place is a bit dirty and did not live up to the name of the "franchise".

Love Pizza garden's Neopolitan style pizza. Great selections. My only negative comment is that some pizza on display looks sad. May be sitting there for hours thus looking dry already. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of fresh pizza you are getting.

I placed an order for delivery for a medium cheese pizza and when it came it was filled with too much tomato sauce and I didn’t ask for extra. I called them so I could get a replacement pizza and the Manager tells me that its the way they make it WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT. He also tells me that its just my personal preference thats the problem and that he can’t replace my pizza even though they messed up. Terrible customer service, let me show you all what the pizza looked like.

As usual, Pizza Garden = the best. High quality experience and best value, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. This branch particularly, we found being very good in terms of service and product. The ambience is not too bad for dine in. Do not hesitate going to this Pizza Garden if you're a fan of good napolitean style pizza.

Not impressing taste. Here is why: 1) Too much dough 2) 20% Mozarella cheese still raw even that package say 900 Degrees oven. Please I don't buy it. Fool other customers with your slogan. 3) Too much olive. Food should be not too much and too less. 4) Finally the Price does not match for the quality. Conclusion: I will buy again if you are the only one that is open in Burnaby.

The pizza is seriously nuts. Vegetarian and gluten free options as well. The pizza is surprisingly cheap compared to most competitors.

Ordered pizza from here on multiple occasions and it was good, however today was not edible -- it was super chewy and the crust was really hard. I called the store to give them feedback (not asking for compensation) and even told him that. The gentlemen I spoke with kept saying "I tried the pizza and it was really good. It was amazing" he wasn't willing to hear me out and kept interrupting. Customer service was -5/10 Pizza was 4/10 - flavor was good but was chewy and hard

I don't know what to say. I'm not a specialist in pizza, but for me, it just tastes fine. Nothing really special.

Fire pizza!! Got a margarita pizza and they prepared it within minutes, impressed with the service and quality. probably the best pizza we’ve had in Burnaby - A super underrated spot. Gives me NY pizza vibes - very thin, wood oven, chewy, loved it

I ordered online via the app where new customers get 25% off, I must have done something wrong because when I got to pickup, she said there was no discount. I questioned this because it was the only reason I bought 2 full pizzas to take home for dinner and they kindly took off the 25% of my bill. I think it was my fault as I didn't pay online but they were awesome about it. The food was fresh and delish! Tbh I wasn't crazy about the Alfredo chicken, was a bit bland for me but the cappicolla mushroom was spot on. Definitely on my regular rotation now.

Some of the best pizza I've had in Burnaby! Very similar to NY or east coast style pizza. The crust is thin which I love so I can taste more of the toppings! We ordered the Pollo Pesto. It was really good! I definitely recommend trying their pizzas.

This is hands down my favourite pizza place - it’s not even close to my house but I make the drive out there because it’s just that GOOD. Ozkan is the best guy, he’s super friendly and always makes sure everything is perfect for every single customer. 10/10 would recommend.

Every time we go there we make sure we take a slice of their special spicy vegetarian pizza. All of their pizzas are delicious and freshly made. Steps away from Metrotown skytrain station and very hard to resist when you pass by the store and get a smell of their delicious pizzas. One of my to go place to eat.

This is one of The Best pizzas I have ever had. Anytime I order it's fast, delicious, and often done a little sooner than quoted! By the slice they warm up those slices in the forno, top notch. I recommend their Hawaiian!!! It's great. I order from here as regularly as I can manage ;3 The ingredients, flavours, and the crust are all a cut above. The staff at Pizza Garden Metrotown should be very proud. 👌 🍕

Had an appointment in the area so I popped in for a slice...Wow what a great find! Traditional Neopolitin style pizza. Crust was thin and crispy with great veggie options. YUM! The girl working there was super friendly and helpful. Great music playlist. Will definitely go back.

This is by far THEE BEST Pizza Garden in the city. Owner knows what he's doing with those pies. As an Italian, this establishment makes pizza as close as it can get to the authentic, real Neapolitan style - cheese, dough, toppings, presentation and oven time, all top notch. I'm surprised with the 4.1 average rating. 5 in my books ☆☆☆☆☆. Keep up the good work Pizza Garden Metrotown, Burnaby!

The only pizza I can eat!! Very tasty!! They have a big choice of different kinds of pizza. The service is always on the top - very friendly, fast and professional! You can buy a slice or order a take out with a delivery. The only munis it's very pricey, but there's no comparison for the quality.

Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We were super impressed, great taste and quality was amazing. The crust was super tasty, lite and flavorful. Delivery was smooth and the delivery guru called within 30 mins saying he was in the lobby of our Elements hotel. Would highly recommend
