love
their
food,
but
their
service
sucks.
I
ordered
a
pizza
and
some
other
food
using
SkipTheDish,
after
my
order
was
confirmed
I
received
a
call
from
the
store
saying
they
don't
have
the
topping
I
ordered.
I
asked
to
cancel
my
order
and
issue
me
a
refund.
The
employee
said
she
can't
do
it
and
I
have
to
do
it
myself.
My
question
was
why?
It's
not
my
fault
you
do
it.
Restaurant
should
check
their
inventory
before
confirmed
an
order.
She
kept
refusing
to
do
so
and
passed
over
the
phone
to
other
employee
and
she
kept
saying
the
same
thing.
I
was
literally
frustrated
and
said
don't
argue
just
give
me
my
money
back.
Finally
she
agreed
to
call
the
courier
service
for
a
refund.
It's
been
worse
experience
ever
for
me
dealing
with
such
a
unprofessional
employee.
I
hope
they
will
be
trained
better
on
dealing
with
customers
and
how
to
process
refund
for
courier
services.
Both
employees
refused
to
give
their
name
and
their
manager's
name
and
working
hours
so
I
could
follow
up
with
the
experience
I
had.
If
someone
from
the
management
read
this,
please
train
them
better.
I've
been
in
customer
service
business
for
7+
years
and
never
ever
I've
served
my
customer
like
this.
