Nothing beats a Pizza after a rough day in the office! Pizza Pizza is an awesome Canadian-based chain offering super yummy, minimal fuss and down to earth grub at very reasonable fair and is one of the few which offers both non-dairy cheese as well as plant-based protein options! I really dig this franchise and is one of my favorite (as a vegan) pizza options. I wish they'd use the Chick'n (vegan) menu options as Pizza toppings would be dope! I'm not a huge plant-based Pepperoni nor immitation pork fan. I took advantage of their awesome fixed-rate XL 4 topping pizza offer at a great price, expecting do(ugh)pe flavor!! (Pun intended) via a super easy ordering system through the app. I am disappoinyed and frustrated with this branch that even selecting Easy on Cheese, did not seem to apply via the app and was not noted on my order. The cheese also seemed to taste extremely creamy, moist avid temperature and just a super weird vibe. Not a great experience like my visit to their other pie joints. Support the Great White North! 🍁

Pizza Pizza is my absolute favourite. Very convenient location and they are open until very late. They have a wide selection of pizza and sides. I went at this location late night and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pizza and wings i ordered were delicious. Prices are decent too! Highly recommended.

pizza was UNDERDONE AGAIN FOR THR SECOND TIME. first time i ordered from this location through uber the pizza was SO RAW i waited 1 hour for delivery just to throw the whole thing away. Second time around the pizza WAS RAW AGAIN only this time i got sick within 1 hour after eating i was puking in the toilet. Not only will I never order from Pizza Pizza ever again I can't look at pizza the same. thanks for making me feel like going to a hospital and dying.

This is my first time ordering from Pizza Pizza. I got a thin crust custom-made pizza with chicken, beef, green peppers, and onions. Overall, not bad.

Cardboard. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I asked the staff how long the pizza had been out for, she said 13 mins… more like 13 hours… hard as a rock, it was like eating cardboard. Atmosphere was fine, honestly respect for giving two homeless people a place to crash, I would have given to them the pizza if I started eating it before I’d left.

I love their food, but their service sucks. I ordered a pizza and some other food using SkipTheDish, after my order was confirmed I received a call from the store saying they don't have the topping I ordered. I asked to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The employee said she can't do it and I have to do it myself. My question was why? It's not my fault you do it. Restaurant should check their inventory before confirmed an order. She kept refusing to do so and passed over the phone to other employee and she kept saying the same thing. I was literally frustrated and said don't argue just give me my money back. Finally she agreed to call the courier service for a refund. It's been worse experience ever for me dealing with such a unprofessional employee. I hope they will be trained better on dealing with customers and how to process refund for courier services. Both employees refused to give their name and their manager's name and working hours so I could follow up with the experience I had. If someone from the management read this, please train them better. I've been in customer service business for 7+ years and never ever I've served my customer like this.

Best pizza pizza in town. Every custom order is made nicely. Last when i visited i was attended by Navpreet kaur she was super nice and she took order so patiently and made sure best is delivered to us. Thank you for being generous. Gonna visit every-time.

Very good pizza usually but service was mediocre on Feb 24. Food took forever to prepare and when my two small pizzas arrived they didn't even kave the keto crust that I ordered. Staff seemed a bit lazy with one woman just sitting in the back the whole time on her phone. Wish they would just pay attention as it would have made my friend's bachelor party much better if he actually got the food he wanted.

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas.. Staff members are always friendly and greet their costumers with smiling faces. prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

It was on of the best shop I’ve ever tried! The staff who was working there alone for a night shift was amazingly great!! Of course taste was super good. I definitely visit again soon!

I decided to give it another chance even though it was a terrible delivery experience the first time. The pizza is too expensive for specialty crust and then they are very skimpy on the toppings. Other places like Uncle Fatihs are better with toppings and deliver so much faster. Last time I ordered Pizza Pizza it took so long to deliver I already fell asleep. I live about 5 minutes away, and it was a Tuesday late night. Why so long? Never a positive experience. I lost $30

I heard good things about their strombolis on YouTube so I tried the pepperoni one and they are amazing! One thing I didn't like was the cashier showing the tipping percentage on the payment terminal even though it was an online pickup order. I'm fine with restaurants raising menu prices to pay workers well but please stop with the tipping madness that's spreading like cancer these days even for fast food pickups and food courts. Edit: Reduced a star because of the cringe self-congratulatory comment by the "owner" completely ignoring 2/3 of my review complaining about the tipping at this restaurant.

They are lucky i did not sue them. After eating a pizza from this place i have been getting a rush and all my body skin was full of buttons for 2 days. Seems like they gave me an expired date ingredient. It is a shame that the city of vancouver does not check restaurent hygiene quality regularly. Wont recommend it at all.

Really, have to say, terrible, see pictures， thin and regular crusts are the same. And apparently over cooked. Burning taste 6/19 update : got contacted by customer service. Hope next time can have a better taste. They do care customers. Good customer service indeed

Cost is 5/5 for the quality and portion size, aswell as optionality of the pizza toppings, has a lot of value. Taste 5/5 the ingredients taste fresh and the pizza dough is cooked well, a crispy bottom with a soft top. Location 4/5 parking sucks, and interior is small, but take out is 5/5 from this pizza place.

Had amazing pizza and poutine today, Thank you Simran Jeet Kaur for the lovely service. She's polite, smiling, respectful and patient. I didn't know what I wanted but she stepped right up and explained what would be perfect pizza According to my mood and choice of options. Ty Simran and Pizza pizza for a lovely dinner.

I work in the area and this is the only last night eats around I been here before many time I come in on a Thursday order my pizza then I ask if I can have chilli flakes on the side they said they don’t do that it’s pizza chilli flakes and ranch is like everyone favourite to put on ( I been here many time and I have ask for it and they given it to me so I don’t know why today was different )also at the end of the night she was cleaning the counter with food around and the spray was going everywhere but the pizza was good

Great service, it happened I came late an hour , wham I got there the stuff were so helpful remade me a new pizza because my first order gone cold … lovely staff .. very helpful

First time buying from this branch, amazing staff, excellent services, and fresh yummy pizza. I highly recommend Italian sousages for toping. Thank you guys for your amazing pizza.

decent food for late night cravings. Operation and processes need to be addressed. It took me almost half an hour to receive my poutine (I ordered a poutine and slice of pizza). It was 11:30pm and there were only 2-3 customers, including myself, in line. Once I finally got my poutine, it was room temperature - cheese was not melted and gravy was cold. Staff was very apologetic and offered to make me a new one.

Pizza may be good, who knows? They have no direct number to stores and MAKE you order through a 3rd party. If you want to check on anything, you can not, and have to call to Asia, I assume, for any any help. There is no help or resolution to any problems. Not worth the hassle or aggravation. Done forever! Never again.

Excellent service by the staff here. They helped us out customizing unique combinations of pizza’s for a huge catering order. Param was an excellent host. FYI for all halal pizza seekers you can get halal chicken here only for walk in customers tho

All the toppings seemed to be saved for the pictures posted... my pizza was lacking toppings and was 99% dough. 3 pineapples pieces per slice. RIP. Better than 7/11 pizza, but not by much.

Got the 2-slice special with i think it's 3 options to choose from, and agree with the previous review that it's basically just cardboard... might have been sitting in that lamp of death for way too long...
