    Pushkin has been helping me for about 2 months. He is so caring and puts a lot of thought and effort into our sessions. I would recommend Pushkin to others. Pushkin is an excellent trainer who listens carefully and pays close attention to personal needs and individual goals. He has a great sense of humour, puts people at ease and creates a comfortable environment for each of his clients. I am very happy with the results. I have greater flexibility, more energy and I have lost weight.

    Dan Noorani is a very knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. He is professional and has a fun sense of humor at the same time. I have been learning so much, feel inspired, and motivated and I look forward to each session. Dan made me feel very welcome to be at the HD gym when I first arrived. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, this is an excellent gym and an excellent trainer. Highly recommend!!!

    I’ve only been going here a short while but they were welcoming and ready to help me with my goals! They really want you to succeed and support you. Nice gym with happy friendly people. I’m working with Dan currently and I highly recommend him if your looking for some help to get healthy! He is a great motivator and he has an answer for everything. He cares about your success and he works with you to create a routine that fits what you need. All in all 10/10 highly recommend!

    Switched from my previous gym to HD Fitness and it was the best decision ever! HD Fitness has such a great vibe and atmosphere. The gym is fully equipped and clean. The trainers are also very friendly! I highly recommend those interested in getting into the best shape of their lives to invest into this amazing gym!! Shoutout to my trainer, Roy, who has helped me hit so many PRs! Excited to keep crushing my goals!

    I train with Tanveen at HD Fitness. I haven’t come across an individual who shows so much compassion, who’s caring, listens to her clients and gives that extra support when you need it during the workouts. I really connected with Tanveen the first day and really enjoy coming to my sessions to workout with her and just gain more strength and reach my fitness and health goals. She always checks in on a regular basis too see how everything is going. She is very genuine. I’m glad I was introduced to Tanveen as a Mental Health Worker sometimes we need that extra support to focus on our fitness and health and HD fitness really does make a big difference from my experience. Tanveen is motivating with the workouts she posts on Instagram and the heavy weight lifting she does and she also boxes. I really like how she incorporates various different exercises and weights that will help you reach your goal. Thank you Tanveen at HD fitness for providing me with exceptional training to better my fitness and health journey.

    I met Pushkin at another gym about 5 years ago. I have seen the countless amount of work he has put into perfecting his craft. His actions speak louder than his words. I’ve seen him sculpt his body and mind in front of my very own 2 eyes over the last 5 years. He lives and breathes everything fitness. If you are looking for a a personal trainer to help you reach your goals, he’s your man. Never met a more passionate and caring individual. Nothing but good vibes.

    If you're looking to have fun while getting fit, then I would definitely recommend Pushkin! He'll make sure you're pushing yourself and hitting your goals, but also make sure that you're having fun while doing it! He's very passionate about fitness and dedicated to all his clients fitness journey. You can never go wrong when choosing him as your trainer!

    Been working out with Sydney for a year. She is highly knowledgeable and highly supportive. She has strong intuition on when it's time to push her client and when it's time to ease off. Besides the actual workouts ... which are as challenging as you're willing for them to be ... she provides excellent support and advice for recovery, nutrition and meal plans, etc. She genuinely cares about her clients' success meeting their goals. If you bring your A-game she can truly help you get to the physical condition you want for yourself. The facility itself is first rate, if a little bit hard to find. High quality equipment that is always in great working order. Friendly trainers who give you a smile and a nod even though you're someone else's client. Clean and orderly. Early mornings are never overcrowded. Only "complaint" is that it is sometimes warmer than I like for my workouts. Highly recommended!

    I have absolutely loved my training experience at HD fitness so far. My trainer is Shanya and she has done an amazing job in holding me accountable as well as motivating me to be the best I can. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. I highly recommend training with her !

    Jas is a great trainer who brings positive energy to every session! It's been almost a year now working with him and we have seen major results; stronger, more endurance, increased speed and muscle gain. We started out looking for a way to exercise together and found ourselves renewing our passes regularly. He has a way of changing the style each week/continuing to challenge you but still keeping it fun and engaging. I have personally referred many people I know to him and highly recommend if you are looking for a trainer who is in it for the long haul!

    I seriously recommend Pushkin as a personal trainer! During my sessions I have so much fun, I always look forward to our training each week. I always feel like he has my back, being overweight and walking into a gym can feel really intimidating, but with Pushkin as my trainer I feel confident lifting something heavy with the big guys. Before working with him I didn't realize going to the gym could be really enjoyable. He keeps me feeling motivated and helps me work towards my goals. I'm still a beginner so I appreciate how patient he is, from going over movements to cheering me on as I complete a set. I feel so much stronger than when I started and In just a few months I've lost 5-6inches from my chest and I'm confident that working together I'll be able to shed even more inches.

    The staff are well trained and friendly. The place is quite hygiene having good equipment. “It’s your boy Pushkin” Pushkin is one of the best trainers I ever have and after you started training with him you can see that you are achieving your goal. If you want to be you body like Arnold he is the best person to reach out. Last but not the least as Arnold says,”if you don’t have a vision what your goal is in the gym your will drift around and will never end up anywhere” so the HD fitness and specially Pushkin who can show you that vision and help you achieve that goal 💪.

    Pushkin at HDfitness is an amazing trainer. His dedication towards his clients is very promising and no matter what challenges you have, pushkin will always find a way to workaround those challenges by having a customized training plan, while also giving great tips on following a protein rich diet plan. His workouts are definitely tough sometimes but will leave you feel accomplished for the day. I’d recommend Pushkin anyway for anyone looking to get a PT

    Lucas is a very knowledgeable and professional personal trainer. I feel good every after training with him. He boosts my confidence and pushes me to become the best version of myself. His words of encouragement is what gets me to push through with my workout. When he sees me getting exhausted, he gives me enough time to recover and he never pressure me to do something I can’t do. After a few sessions with him, many of my peers noticed a huge improvement with my physique. I highly encourage everyone to train with Lucas. The best in this area 👍🏻

    HD Fitness is awesome. Both Sid and Lucas work very hard with their clients to achieve their goals. In April, I made the decision to join HD Fitness and this was the best decision. I see a huge difference in my body and has changed my lifestyle. I'm down more than 20 pounds in just first few weeks with many more to go. Both Lucas and Sid make the sessions very interesting and unique which motivates me to do more. I'd for sure recommend it to my friends and family.

    I first heard about Sid over social media and was eager to start training with him after seeing him go above and beyond to make sure his clients achieve their set goals. As a competitive athlete, Sid has helped me attain goals such as making weight by a certain period of time, being able to lift more than I ever thought I could, and overall allowing me to become a better person. He is quick to respond whenever I have questions. Sid and Lucas both are phenomenal trainers and athletes that have changed lives of many individuals, and continue to do so!

    I have just joined High Definition Fitness and can confidently say it was the best move! Lucas is my trainer and he is so passionate, knowledgeable and very personable. It’s been a very long time since I have worked out and I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about working with a trainer. Lucas is super easy to talk to about anything! He answers all my questions, very approachable, and pushes me each session and holds me accountable, which I needed and love. Since joining the gym and working with Lucas, I have started to make better choices daily for my health. Thank you so much Lucas!

    My first training session with Lucas was great!! He was so knowledgeable and kept me accountable on my goals every step of the way! If you are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.     The facility is great and well maintained. All the trainers are so friendly and helpful. If u want to get into boxing and learn the proper technique look for Coach Edwin, he is the best! Janice will help you with your fitness goals and both of them will help you stay consistent and on track. I highly recommend them both and this gym!

    HD fitness is one of the nicest gym facilities I’ve been too! Super cool environment and really friendly staff. I’ve been receiving one on one boxing coaching with Brennan at HD Fitness & the training has exceeded my expectations. It’s great to learn the boxing foundations from someone who is an experienced boxer themselves. I’ve been improving on my skills each session & getting stronger! We have fun when he trains me, I learn a lot & it’s a stellar workout! I’m happy to have bought these sessions and hope to continue my boxing training! Highly recommend!

    Sydney was an amazing trainer, she catered meal plans according to my busy schedule and would always reply right away whenever i messaged her. Worth every penny and will help you reach your goals in half of the time it would take you if you were to do it alone. Can not recommend her enough, the best!!

    Trained here for the first time yday.. they have literally everything you need from athletic/functional training too weight lifting. The attention to detail from the thicker Matt's so you can slam weight around too the lighting, everything has been optimized to a science. I've been to alot of gyms, even worked in the industry for 5 yrs. This is the best gym in surrey hands down. Staff are great too 🙏

    I like HD Fitness a lot. It's one of its kind in the Surrey Delta region. Roy is my trainer. I love his passion and dedication towards his clients in reaching their goals. I started training with him in Nov 2022. I can see the results, started losing weight, and developing abs. I strongly recommend Roy for personal training and achieving your goals faster. P.S - The crowd at HD fitness is really good unlike the ones in the other cheap gyms.

    I lose 10 lbs in 2 months, cannot recommend Sydney any more! I tried with other personal trainer at my school and the coach at school kept being late. I felt my money was throw into water and then I trained myself for a long time. Unfortunately I did not get the result that I expected. I was frustrated and chose to give a shot to personal trainer again in the gym which is close to my home. This time I was lucky and found Sydney! She is professional and knows how and when to push. She told me the proper way to move and encourage me! She also gives out practical nutrition plans for which I will not feel hungry and can stll enjoy my preferred food. What I need to do is just follow her and stick to the recommended plan, then I lose 10 pounds, naturally! In one sentense: A good coach boosts your training road to success!

    I have been training with Dan for past 3 months and he’s given his 200% in training me. I strongly recommend him as a personal trainer in terms of workout and diet plan plus he’s a fun person to work with, keeping you motivated and making your workout kind of fun.     I have been following HD Fitness and Sid on social media for over a year before deciding ti become a client. What I saw on social media and what I am seeing now as a client is that everyone there is very genuine and so caring towards helping others meet their goals. I have had other trainers in the past but I feel the trainers here are really there to help guide you to understand to make life changes and not just make it about training and a diet. In the shirt time I have been there I understand more than did before training and i really appreciate the fact that they are so passionate and caring. I had a financial issue come up right after I joined and Sid and Edwin didnt hesitate to find a way to help me out. So i think they are just the best! You need to go check them out! Train with the best there is.

    I used to go to gym myself for quite a while, until I got extremely occupied with work and life. I really needed a reason and motivation to go back to gym! I found that personal training is the only way to get my foot back in the gym! I needed someone who can educate me on importance of my health, proper nutrition, routine exercise and non stop motivation and accountability! I found all these qualities with HD Fitness Person Training! I never had a personal trainer before, now that I do, the only question I ask myself why didn't I do this earlier?!! Its amazing how proper exercise and nutrition makes a tremendous effect in our lives! For that I am forever grateful to my person trainers at HD Fitness! Amazing guys, down to earth, knowledgeable and great attitude towards life!

    The HD fitness team is excellent. They are encouraging and supported me along my journey. I've had other trainers in the past and never saw the results like what I have been seeing now.     HDfitness is the absolute best! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring and supportive. I have been with Lucas for 6 months. He is so amazing! I was intimidated to even step into the gym because of being an obese middle-aged woman. I thought I should already be fit, in order to belong in there.To make me feel more comfortable, he said we could workout in the women's section. Now we workout anywhere in the gym! Lucas has a special gift. He treats the whole person, it's not just customized workouts. He makes you believe in yourself. I would never have been able to reach my fitness goals without him. I am so grateful for Lucas, he is a real gem! I highly recommend HDfitness. The investment in your health is the best investment.

    I’m training with Sydney Smith currently and I love it!! She really pushes me to do my best and is always in contact with me and constantly checking in with my progress. She even gives me food advice when asked and had a very flexible schedule and is very understanding. She is super funny and cool to work out with and I would greatly recommend her!!

    I absolutely love coming into HD Fitness because everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I've been working with Elaine and she has been the best personal trainer I could ask for because she always makes me feel so comfortable and determined while pushing me out of my comfort zone at the same time. She is also so motivating, intelligent and extremely supportive. She is an amazing listener who carefully considers your goals and creates an individualized plan to help you meet your fitness needs. Before coming here, I never thought going to a gym would be so much fun. I look forward to my sessions with Elaine each week and have been seeing results I didn't think was possible. 10/10 would recommend her as a trainer to anyone looking to meet their fitness goals!

    Edwin trained me for a few months. He's a great trainer and boxing coach. Helped set me up with a proper diet plan and showed me the proper techniques and excerises for targeting the muscles I really needed work on. Great energy in the gym all positivity. Set up an appointnent with Edwin if you're looking into start boxing or personal training.

    Tanveen is an amazing trainer, I have been training with her for 4 months now. I was initially apprehensive about going to a personal trainer as it was my first time meeting one. However, Tanveen was so welcoming and kind that I felt comfortable right away. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about fitness and dedicated to making sure each session is enjoyable. She truly has made me love working out. I can't recommend a better trainer then Tanveen.

    When I was looking around to find a trainer, I stumbled across HD Fitness and had heard many great things about them. I got really nervous and anxious when I saw the big muscular staff on the team but they are truly the sweetest people I have met. I came in for a consultation with Sid, who ended up being my trainer. The consultation went great hence, I decided to start the program. Sid was very detailed and answered all the questions I had; he also me feel less nervous and overwhelmed. I can truly say that deciding to join HD Fitness was one of the best life decision I had ever made for myself. I never told them but at the time when I was starting, I was quite depressed and was not in a good place mentally and physically. Going through this journey with them helped me change not only physically but also, my mentality grew as I continued. One time during my training session, I broke down because I had a lot going on in my personal life and Sid was very helpful. He told me that is was ok to cry and I didn't have to be strong all the time. After, he pushed me during my workout because he knew I could do it and it was to show me that I was strong and could get through it. HD Fitness is truly a second family to me and I felt like I could always lean on them and share how I felt. They weren't just trainers, they were friends and like family as well. I threw up on my first day but don't let that scare you; I continued and it became easier each day. I came to love working out and will continue until the day I can't anymore. I came in weighing almost 137llbs which was pretty average but I had lots of body fat and not much muscle. At the end of my program period (3 months), I weighed 124llbs. I lost fat and became stronger; I learned how to eat better and control my portions. Even after my sessions were over or on days I didn't have training, they were always helpful by assisting me when I was doing something or or had questions. A lot of it was a result from their great work and encouragement but remember YOU also have to put in the hard work and dedication to reach your goal!!! If you can do that then, HD Fitness is the team you should invest in.

Yes there are days that I didn't want to go to gym after long hours of work or a sleepless night but all he said was Don,just get your self in or I'm coming to pick you up. This guy will push you to the limit and gets the best out of you. You will be surprised what your capabilities are.There were times that I was down for personal reasons and I could text him anytime and have a heart to heart and he was always there to listen. Not only he is an awesome coach but one hell of a pure hearted guy who will always be there for his clients no matter what. He introduced me to boxing and I love it. Never in my life I thought I would enjoy boxing. He focuses on lifestyle changes not just a quick temporary shotcut fix.Edwin I just want to say thank you for always pushing me to my limits and I enjoy our sessions together.     Genuinely cannot explain how amazing my experience has been with HDfitness! I started as a 22 year old who was extremely fatigued all the time, unable to properly focus on my work due to anxiety and depression, and unable to be physically active due my weight - I just felt weak and helpless! Around November I decided that I needed a change, I was worried for my future health and knew I’d face a lot of health problems and difficulties if I was continuously living a sedentary life. So, i started my search for a trainer. I was worried that I wouldn’t find someone who supported my life goals properly - I study kinesiology and can really tell when people are just scoping for anyone to train with no real passion (and I didn’t want to do anything related to “mainstream” “Instagram” fitness shenanigans). Shortly after my search, a friend recommended and spoke so highly of HDfitness, so I booked a consultation with the mindset and goal of simply being healthy; and I received MUCH MORE than just that. I was initially nervous before my consultation but as I met Sid and Edwin, I truly felt at ease! We went through my goals, what I wanted to see and they were so kind and were open to answering all my questions (which was great because I was a beginner).... today marks my 11 months with HD and I’m truly a brand new person in every aspect. I haven’t only lost 20 pounds weighing in at 123 pounds (and gained muscle), I actually feel extremely strong and able to take on my day - I’m less dependent on caffeine/naps and literally just feel like I have endless energy. Tasks and life stressors are much easier to approach as well - this process isn’t just about getting your body/health right, I’ve learnt so many life lesson in my health journey while training with Edwin! A lesson of patience, persistence, consistency, confidence and a sense of family comes with the package too!!! I cant wait to continue training with this team, they truly take care of their clients and have even approached the COVID situation seamlessly. Moreover, simply excited to learn more from my trainer and all he has to offer, I’m continuously tackling my goals with his guidance and support. I know my decision to make this change was so worth it. I wouldn’t and couldn’t go anywhere else. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and speak soooo highly of HD Fitness! If you’ve been waiting to find great trainers, stop your search, this is it!!

    Edwin has been training me for about 3 months now and it has been amazing. He has changed my life. He has kept me motivated, provided constant support and shared his expertise to help me achieve my goals. I feel very fortunate to get to be a client of his. The entire crew at HD fitness have been welcoming and the facility itself is clean and is a joy to workout in. I highly recommend!

    Go and see Amrit!! I have had a hard time finding the right kinesiologist but after two years, I can confidently say that I have finally found the right one! I have been seeing him for months now for Kinesiology. Amrit is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and personable. Oh and his sense of humour makes the sessions fly by. My sessions with Amrit have been helping me in recovery and pain management. He takes the opportunity to listen to your needs and provides positive support. Do yourself a favour and go see Amrit! :)

    I do not typically go out of my way to make reviews, but my experience at HD fitness was so amazing that I had to! My personal trainer Tanveen is so knowledgeable and helped me reach my desired fitness goals. At first, I was hesitant of working out because I did not know much, but Tanveen created a safe and positive environment for me that allowed me to work out comfortably. She also spent her time teaching me the correct forms which I appreciated extremely. You can tell she cares about her clients and goes out of her to make sure they receive the best service. Highly recommend!

    I never leave reviews unless I actually think someone deserves it. It had been a while since I’ve gone to the gym until a friend recommended Sid, and I’ve now been training with him for about a month and I only have good things to say. If you have a goal in mind and want someone to push you to your limits then I highly recommend HDfitness!

    I def tried a few trainers and didn’t seem to get a proper personalized workout , Sid cared a lot about my progress not just getting through the work out , I kept with it and followed the meal plan and saw major changes

    I have been a client of Sid for over a year & all I can say I can’t recommend him enough. He is not only a most professional trainer I have worked with but also an up-to date with all the latest techniques. Sid not only helps me on my training days with him but also gives me plan how to train on the days when I am on my own. I have noticed improved strength, endurance and more flexibility in my body since I started working out with him. I have gotten meal planning from him and help with healthy recipes. Our workouts are strict at times but also fun he always gives me goals and keeps on top of my Progress. I am a bit of slacker so every time I am late I get to do 100 push-ups, which have probably gotten rid of my habit of tardiness. I would also like to mention Lucas, who just joined HD fitness a while ago, and I work out with him twice a week and three times with Sid. Lucas works with me on size and strength, and he is a competing body builder. It’s been an amazing combination of two through professionals who have great skills in their areas of expertise. Keep up the good work Sid & Lucas you guys deserve all the success!!

    I am currently a client of Sid Akbari and doing workout with him 3-4 times /wk . So far I lost 10 kg out of my 25 kg target in 6 months . He is so caring and make you to follow your goal . Always motivating to do better . I tried atleast 10 training in 6-7 years but was never consistent with anyone . I found Sid different because he is not looking into your pocket to have more sessions and delivering nothing like others did to me . In 2 months I am fully motivated and he also guides me about my meal planning though I am not fully following his instructions otherwise I know I might be another 10 kg down . Great exp working with Sid - highly recommendable

    Great hidden spot. Been training here with Marc for a few months now and it’s been amazing. I never thought I’d actually look forward to the gym, but Marc is not only a great, knowledgeable trainer. He’s also kind, funny and knows when you push you and encourage the right way.     I have been working out with Pushkin for the last year and half. Pushkin is an excellent trainer who has in-depth knowledge of diet and exercise. In addition to his great knowledge, Pushkin is very personable and carries a great sense of humour. I thoroughly enjoy all my sessions with Pushkin despite being pushed to my absolute limits. Fully recommend to all beginner and advanced gym goers. 5 stars without a doubt!

    hd fitness trainer Jess is AMAZING. I cannot speak more highly of her. She really makes working out a fun time, even if you hate working out. She is body positive, and her energy while training makes me excited for my sessions. She creates a safe, welcoming space for any body type to train. She's hilarious and will push you to your limits during your sessions. Shes professional and fun. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for training.

    I highly recommend Jas for personal training. He’s the most attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine trainer I have ever met. He makes working out fun and enjoyable with his variety of exercises and challenges. His positive attitude and approachable nature makes me feel completely at ease. For somebody with chronic back pain, he’s helped me correct my form and technique to prevent its trigger. I walk (or maybe, stumble) out of each workout session feeling confident and ready to conquer my day. And of course, the results - proven to be evident week after week.

    HD Fitness is dope! I said I wanted a BBL at the beginning of my training sessions and although these people aren’t plastic surgeons, I was equipped with the knowledge and training I needed to get a PHAT A$$. Mitch was my trainer and I’m glad I went with him. I interviewed three different trainers from three different gyms. He stood out the most with his professional demeanour, extensive educational background, and good communications skills. I did a total of 12 tandem training sessions - all of which built a solid foundation for my future and safety at the gymboree ☺️☺️

    I love coming into the facility and it has become such a comfort for me. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they are always their to answer any questions. Sid did such a good job with everything and making himself very approachable as well. When my trainer was telling me that he was going to move on from here, they made the transition with Lucas so easy going. Knowing the way I was and seeing who would work well with me when my trainer was leaving. Highly recommend Lucas Owen as a PT. I also started Boxing and if you want to sweat and get a good cardio workout in then I highly recommend booking a consult with Brennan.

    I don’t usually write google reviews unless I’m extremely impressed but this gym deserves 10 stars. Amazing facility and always clean. The owner and his team are super welcoming and helpful. It’s never too busy either. If you are looking for a non intimidating gym, this is the one. Ive been working out for years and went to a ton of gyms but this has become my all time favourite. Thank you Sid for opening up an amazing gym. Looking forward to continue working out here!

    Phil is an excellent personal trainer! He's professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I appreciate how he checks in on me and ensures that I have a personalized training plan according to the things that I enjoy doing rather than just handing me a generic plan with exercises/equipment that I don't like doing. It makes me want to go the gym more, and I can see and feel my progress. I know that with him, I won't be injuring myself as he's very keen on making sure that I have proper form. He also explains things in a way that makes sense to me. I definitely recommend Phil to anyone who's looking to hire a PT!

    I’ve been doing workouts with Lucas for 2 months now and I am amazed by the amount of knowledge I have gained and the progress I have made. Lucas is always motivating me, helping me find ways to remove the roadblocks. He has designed program specifically for my needs. If you are looking for a professional, positive, and knowledgeable trainer then Lucas is your guy. I am so glad to have him as my trainer. Highly recommend. He is amazing!

    My first experience with Sid and have not been disappointed! I train here about 3-4 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and perfect, clean environment for workout. I love that they provide parking at the gym, paper towels, and water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

    Marc Guibord is an excellent trainer, he listens to your goals and tailors a plan for you. He is very caring and fun, always open to listen and talk whether it be about fitness or life in general! Very knowledgeable and will push you to your limit but worth every minute/penny! You’ll have the best love/hate relationship with this guy as your trainer. I have been training with Marc for years and he has helped me become so much stronger and find a love for fitness again.

    Started my journey at HD Fitness in March 2023 with the intention to fit into a dress for my upcoming daughter’s wedding, in July. Being paired up with Dan N. who was this young, extremely fit, personal trainer, gave me a sense of extreme anxiety & honestly felt very intimated. Here I was this very sedentary, overweight, 59 year old woman, and remember thinking to myself, he had lost the lottery & was stuck to train this older lady. Not going to lie, it was tough in the beginning, battling my embarrassment, and thought about quitting everyday, but Dan was absolutely amazing! He provided the support, understood my limitations, and found alternative options to train me, while still challenging my body. In time I became stronger, leaner and found my confidence in myself, turning. I am down 35lbs of fat and lost many inches this year, and I am not done yet. Thanks to Dan, who I call my son, I have transformed into this strong, confident 60 year old woman with a whole new lease on life, and excited to see what Dan has in store for me in 2024. I encourage you to reach out to Dan…… IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!

    I absolutely love my trainer Shanya. I didn't know it was possible to have fun while getting your butt kicked at the same time! She's passionate about what she does and will be your biggest cheerleader. I've been working with her since the beginning on the year and I've had amazing results. I have more energy, endurance and strength. I have never been consistent with exercise or fitness so my biggest goal was to create consistent habits and I definitely feel like I'm achieving that and more. If you're thinking about investing in your health and fitness, HD Fitness is a great place to start.

    Early in the Summer, I began training with Edwin at HD Fitness facilities. Before this, I had stepped into a gym maybe a total of 5 times in my life because I was always highly intimidated to start. With Edwin's help, I have made many positive life changes that have helped me become proud of the person I am today. It was never easy, but taking it daily, along with Edwin's upbeat and kind demeanour with the right amount of tough love, was the recipe for my success. Not only has Edwin been an incredible fitness coach, but Edwin has also helped me regain confidence and been someone I could depend on to listen to me and provide level-headed advice. If it is in the means of your life, I recommend investing in yourself and taking the steps to create a healthier future.

    I’ve been training with Jas Aulakh for the past couple of months and have noticed such a difference in my body! I’ve become so much more mobile and experience less pain during my workouts. Jas is super attentive to what your goals are and structures a plan to make sure you get there. I’ve had a couple of different trainers in the past but have noticed the best results working with Jas. If you’re willing to put in the work then Jas will get you to where you want to be!
