    Joined at the beginning of this year. Basically, hadn't done any kind of training since the covid lockdowns of the gyms back in early 2020. Dan and Ashley were able to slowly ease me back in with their workouts and nutrition tips the first couple of months. Fast forward to present day and I can definitely see the results and feel a bit stronger since I first joined at the start of the year. Dan and Ashley are great trainers. They just recently brought back a trainer, Malcolm. And he has been a great addition to the team at Club Sweat Fitness. I highly recommend joining. You have your workouts catered to your level at the start and it scales up from there. And it's in a mini group setting, so you can get some motivation by working out with other people as well.

    This place is a game changer. I've always been the dude that hates mainstream. The regular fitness gym is boring for me. Club Sweat has been nothing short of awesome. They are a circuit based fitness with some days focusing on strength and some days focusing on cardio. Its intensive but worth it. I've already lost 14lbs in the last few months. No crazy diets just portion control, healthy eating habits and fitness. All the staff including Dan & Ashley are amazing. Give them a try, you won't regret it!!

    My wife and I have joined the club at the end of last year. A few weeks ago I told my wife that it was among the top three best decisions I have made in my life. Of course it goes after asking her to marry me 😄. Jokes aside, starting exercising regularly changed our life and solved many heath problems. My wife’s back pain is a distant memory now. All thanks to Dan and Ashley. We are very happy about finding this club. Their professional approach, ability to guide us combined with their exceptional personalities impacts our life in a very positive way. We are looking forward to many years of exercising with Dan and Ashley! Thank you, we are very lucky to find you!!!

    Joining Club Sweat 8 months ago was the best thing I've done for myself in years. Ash and Dan are friendly people with energy to spare, and I'm ALWAYS glad I've gone. Regular gyms made me feel insecure and awkward but at Club Sweat you know that everyone is there to improve - regardless of their starting point - so even if our exercises are different, we're all at the same level of effort. If you want to feel better and stronger, you HAVE to check it out!

    This couple is life savers. The day I met them, I had severe depression and was taking a lot of medicine. With the help of these two and my own efforts, I came back to life and now I have a healthy life, a healthy body, and a healthy and beautiful mind. Good sports environment, clean, tidy and full of energy, thanks to Dan and Ashley. I hope you have more success. It is important with whom you walk on the path of life.👌

    Incredible PEOPLE training you at Club Sweat - they know what they are doing ! Really motivate you, teaches you proper form, makes it FUN to be there, and bottom line - you get RESULTS ! I've been going to gyms for 40+ years, and this place is GREAT. I encourage you to check Dan and Ashley out - really terrific owners that I appreciate, and am very grateful to know.

    Dan and Ash are fantastic people and so supportive, no matter what condition you're starting out in. The workouts go by so fast, and Dan and Ash make sure you're doing everything correctly and working hard. I love that I can just show up and not have to think about what I need to do - they plan it all for me! Ash also helps with nutrition and food planning. Amazing people and an amazing business!

    When you walk into Club Sweat, you enter a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment. There are people from all walks of life and everyone is there trying to be the best version of themselves. On the fitness side, Dan's programs are tailored to an individual's natural ability, there are no generic workouts that people follow. This is a game changer as the programs are built on a foundation that allows your body to succeed! I've never felt like I've been required to do something that I feel I can't handle, and while the programs challenge you, they are incredibly effective. In a short four months, I have noticed huge improvements in my strength, mobility, and flexibility. On the nutritional side, Ash is very supportive and also ensures she holds you accountable. You are never judged for what you eat, and she helps you learn how to make small tweaks to your lifestyle so that you can still enjoy what you love to eat, but not sacrifice your health. Both Dan and Ash never tell you that you're doing something wrong, instead, they tell you what you've mastered and how you can be even better. They are patient, kind, and motivating. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and I am so grateful to have found Club Sweat!!!

    As someone who has never been able to manage to stay motivated at normal gyms, I was quite surprised when I decided to try out Club Sweat last year after years of lackluster training attempts. I was immediately impressed with the communication, understanding of individual needs, professionalism and yet very fun nature of Dan and Ash and this place they have. Now a year and a bit in, my partner is joining and we both look forward to our weekly visits! Definitely will be sticking with them for as long as we are able to! Oh, and they are totally transforming me into a beast!!

    I started with Club Sweat's virtual workouts at the beginning of Covid in March, then progressively moved into their semi-personal training program in the summer. When I joined Club Sweat, I was so impressed with both the passion and knowledge that both Dan and Ashley have. They are extremely attentive to their members, ensuring that proper form is the main focus, and always fun to be around. Dan and Ashley are very supportive trainers, and they work with you to make sure that you are on track to achieving your goals. Your program is personalized and tailored to your specific goals, and Dan and Ashley help you reach your goals. They challenge you to work harder and become stronger with each session, and they keep you motivated and make you WANT to stay accountable. Even though I have always been an active person, I wasn't always seeing the results with other workouts that I was doing. Once I joined Club Sweat, I began to see changes in my body. I feel stronger than ever, and I am noticing the results I have always wanted to see. They make the workouts fun and enjoyable, while also challenging. They also help you with your eating habits, and ensure that proper nutrition is a focus, without deprivation of foods that you enjoy. Not only are the trainers great, but the other members of the semi-personal training sessions are also dedicated to their fitness goals. The semi-personal training groups vary depending on the day, but every group is welcoming and motivating to be around. I am really happy with my progress at Club Sweat, and I look forward to many more virtual and personal training sessions with Dan and Ashley. Thanks Club Sweat!!

    Joining Club Sweat has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I have tried to loose weight for SO many year, and nothing has happened, but working with Dan and Ashley, the weight slowly slipped away, and I’ve kept it off for almost a year and a half and counting! Dan and Ashley have created an amazing community and an incredible business. I am so thankful I was able to find them when I needed them. The workouts are always fun and even greater is the sense of community that you fee while being a part of Club Sweat. I finally feel in control of my health and fitness, which I have never left before in my life, I know that power was always there, but Dan and Ashley helped me find it again. I've taken so much of what they have taught me over the years and applied it to my own life and personal fitness, I feel more confident, mentally resilient and stronger than I have ever been, and it all started out by taking a leap of faith, trying something new and trusting the process. I will always be eternally grateful for Club Sweat and Dan and Ash for changing my life. If you're wondering if you should reach out and start your fitness/health journey with Club Sweat, you should do it. I do not regret it one single ounce.

    I really loved my experience at Club Sweat. Dan and Ashley created a great program for me that taught me a lot of the basics about working out. They really took their time during each workout to make sure I was holding my core and moving in a safe and effective way. I felt empowered by Club Sweat and I am so appreciative of them!

    Dan & Ash at Club Sweat are truly the best of the best. They are the perfect combination of knowledge & passion, and have an unbelievable ability to both push and support you at the same time. I am so impressed by the difficulty of the workouts that they come up with, and my physique has honestly never looked better. They tailor workouts specifically to me & my goals, are great at making modifications when necessary, and whenever I have questions about fitness, health or my body in general they always go above and beyond to give or get an answer. I believe that investing in your health is one of the most valuable things to do, and Club Sweat is worth EVERY PENNY. I was looking for a challenge and was wanting to take my fitness journey to the next level, but I truly feel that whether you're a beginner; an advanced athlete; or somewhere in the middle, that Club Sweat is a facility I would highly recommend. In addition to them being amazing trainers, they are also amazing people. I could go on and on. They're the real deal. Thank you so much Dan & Ash for everything you do!!

    I started with Dan and Ashley about 2 years ago. I had tried other fitness avenues but never really saw the results I was looking for. I was kind of in a funk and came across club sweat through a recommendation. Dan and Ash are so brutally honest, listen to me and give me realistic step by step expectations. They motivate me to keep going and be patient with myself. I could definitely say that I am in the best shape that I have ever been.

    Club Sweat with Dan and Ash has been the absolute best find! I always felt intimidated going to regular gyms, and even after signing up, I would rarely go for many reasons - not knowing what to do, feeling self conscious, not knowing the proper gym etiquette. Since joining Club Sweat, I’ve never felt out of place because of how friendly and welcoming the environment is. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or increase endurance, they will create a program specifically for you and your goals. I never thought I would be a person who likes going to the gym because it’s fun, but now I am because of the stress-free environment at Club Sweat as well as the fun programs they come up with!

    I am so happy that I chose Club Sweat! I started my journey with Club Sweat about a year ago and I have no regrets. Dan and Ash have been supportive every step of the way and have helped me reach my goals. I was always scared to go to gyms because I didn't know how to use various equipment or what exercises I should be doing. I would often try something that was way too difficult and get discouraged. Every attempt at exercising would last a week or two before I would give up. That all changed when I made the decision to try out Club Sweat. Dan and Ash sat down with me to find out about my goals and current abilities and then completely tailored an exercise program for me. They continue to change my programs building on the foundations as I get stronger. The programs are fun yet challenging but I never get discouraged because I am constantly seeing results, whether it's increasing my the weight on an exercise, getting an extra set in, or losing inches, the improvement is noticeable and worth it. Highly recommend checking out Club Sweat. I never thought I would be someone that actually enjoys going to the gym!

    Dan and Ash are next level, as trainers and people. You instantly feel comfortable in the setting they have created @ Club Sweat. They truly care for each and every member and meet you where you are at and know just how to push and motivate you to reach your goals. I joined not knowing what to expect and its far exceeded my expectations. I am two years in now down almost 30 lbs and my goals are constantly changing. I will be 50 next year and cant wait to see what this next year brings with Club Sweat driving me! I joined looking for results and got so much more. The only thing you will regret is not joining sooner!!! Fact!!

    I joined club sweat nearly 3 years ago and I absolutely love their program. Ash and Dan are amazing and wonderful people that will always be there for you to get you fit and healthy. I have learned so many priceless lessons from them that will stay with me for life. I'm fitter and healthier than I've ever been. The price is a bit high, but if you can manage it I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Dan and Ash are all around amazing people who go above and beyond for their Club Sweat family. It doesn’t matter who walks through their door, they not only want to help them achieve their goals but they build personal relationships with everyone. They have great energy and encourage you to push yourself. There is never a dull moment at Club Sweat and you will never regret going there! Despite all the hard work, there are always smiles and plenty of laughs during the workouts. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to both exercise and diet/nutrition, I’ve learned so much from them. If you want to take good care of yourself and treat your body right, go see this fantastic duo and they’ll help you achieve your goals. It’s worth every penny!

    I cannot recommend Dan and Ashley enough! I have never been a gym person or even slightly athletic, thus too intimidated to enter a gym! At 53, I took the chance and I’m so glad I did! From the first day, I honestly felt like a member of the family! And now, 2 months in, 8.5 inches lost and 12 lb lighter, I have so much more energy and look forward to my next class! Dan and Ash guaranteed results even before I started and they continue to deliver!

    After having total knee replacement about a year ago after years of lack of mobility, I was in search of a gym that could move me back into fitness. Since starting with Club Sweat, I have been most impressed. Dan and Ashley do a wonderful job of customizing a program that works for me. They took great interest in my past physiotherapy and workouts. In a short time, I have started to feel confident in the movement of my new knee and my own strength and abilities. Gently being guided in a comfortable environment will keep me motivated and on track to success.

    11 months ago my husband and I started at Club Sweat. We cannot say enough about Dan, Ash, and the community of people we have met and how wonderful they have all been; Dan and Ash bring amazing energy to each class! And the classes are the perfect balance, you get a customized program that suits your needs, but you get the support and community of those around you for motivation. As someone with a history of sport related injuries, it's been just what I need.

    If you are serious about making changes to your health and lifestyle, you need to join Club Sweat! Ashley and Dan are the absolute best. I joined about 3 months ago. I was hesitant because of lower back pain I had been struggling with after the birth of my daughter. Ashley and Dan has worked with me to assess the limitations of my body and has worked around my back pain to improve my strength and overall mobility. My back pain has mostly disappeared and I've been able to make tremendous progress in terms of strength and also dropping body fat. So glad I found Ashley and Dan because I was completely lost before I found them!
