started
with
Club
Sweat's
virtual
workouts
at
the
beginning
of
Covid
in
March,
then
progressively
moved
into
their
semi-personal
training
program
in
the
summer.
When
I
joined
Club
Sweat,
I
was
so
impressed
with
both
the
passion
and
knowledge
that
both
Dan
and
Ashley
have.
They
are
extremely
attentive
to
their
members,
ensuring
that
proper
form
is
the
main
focus,
and
always
fun
to
be
around.
Dan
and
Ashley
are
very
supportive
trainers,
and
they
work
with
you
to
make
sure
that
you
are
on
track
to
achieving
your
goals.
Your
program
is
personalized
and
tailored
to
your
specific
goals,
and
Dan
and
Ashley
help
you
reach
your
goals.
They
challenge
you
to
work
harder
and
become
stronger
with
each
session,
and
they
keep
you
motivated
and
make
you
WANT
to
stay
accountable.
Even
though
I
have
always
been
an
active
person,
I
wasn't
always
seeing
the
results
with
other
workouts
that
I
was
doing.
Once
I
joined
Club
Sweat,
I
began
to
see
changes
in
my
body.
I
feel
stronger
than
ever,
and
I
am
noticing
the
results
I
have
always
wanted
to
see.
They
make
the
workouts
fun
and
enjoyable,
while
also
challenging.
They
also
help
you
with
your
eating
habits,
and
ensure
that
proper
nutrition
is
a
focus,
without
deprivation
of
foods
that
you
enjoy.
Not
only
are
the
trainers
great,
but
the
other
members
of
the
semi-personal
training
sessions
are
also
dedicated
to
their
fitness
goals.
The
semi-personal
training
groups
vary
depending
on
the
day,
but
every
group
is
welcoming
and
motivating
to
be
around.
I
am
really
happy
with
my
progress
at
Club
Sweat,
and
I
look
forward
to
many
more
virtual
and
personal
training
sessions
with
Dan
and
Ashley.
